ABOUT JAMAICA
About the size of the state of Connecticut, Jamaica is the third-largest island in the Caribbean. Its warm sandy beaches are legendary. Interior mountains rise thousands of feet into the sky. The coastal plain and jungle touch the shoreline that reaches the shimmering sea. Jamaica is a special place where people come to discover all types of fun and relaxation – from watersports to golf, touring, shopping and more.
The island’s unique cuisine adds a spicy flavor to its culture, as do the distinctive sounds of reggae – Jamaica’s most vibrant music genre that is not only popular across the island, but all over the world.
CLIMATE
In July, daytime high temperatures typically average 90 degrees (F) / 32 degrees (C). Evening low temperatures average 78 degrees (F) /

ADP’S INCENTIVE TRIP CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
Each trip is a performance recognition program that rewards the extraordinary performance of sales associates. This is an opportunity for you to celebrate success with your peers and leadership.
As brand ambassadors for ADP, we must hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical standards. The actions of you and your guest are direct reflections on ADP’s image.
ADP expects all program participants and guests to act appropriately at all times, behaving as they would in the presence of clients or in similar business-related situations. Any other type of behavior is unacceptable. You are also responsible for the behavior and actions of any guest accompanying you on the trip.
ADP’s message is simple – always act responsibly.
ADP expects that you and your guest will adhere to the following minimum expectations of appropriate behavior:
• If you choose to consume alcohol, do so moderately, and always be in control of your behavior and any decisions.
• Dress professionally at all ADP-hosted functions.
6

• Be respectful and courteous in every interaction with other ADP associates, their guests, ADP’s Global Security Organization, ADP Corporate Events personnel, hotel/resort personnel, other hotel guests, and all others.
• The use of the ADP Corporate Card is for legitimate travel and company-sanctioned expenses only – using the ADP Corporate Card for bar tabs is strictly prohibited.
For those who behave inappropriately or violate the rules of ADP’s Incentive Trip Code of Conduct Policy or the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy, there will be consequences. These may include, but are not limited to, both you and your guest being sent home, or other disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Significant incidents that result in intervention by the hotel and/or ADP Global Security for you or your guest may result in immediate termination of employment.
Any additional costs, fines, or damages incurred as a result of inappropriate conduct by you or your guest will be your sole responsibility. All costs associated with an early return from the incentive trip for you and your guest will be your personal responsibility and expense.
Examples of unacceptable behavior that will result in disciplinary action:
• Use of illegal drugs, abuse of legal drugs, or overconsumption of alcohol by you or your guest.
• Belligerent behavior or refusal to comply with requests from ADP Global Security, ADP Corporate Events, and/or hotel/resort personnel.
• Violation of any aspects of this Incentive Trip Code of Conduct Policy or the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
ADP’s Global Security Organization will be present at each incentive trip to enforce these policies and to investigate incidents. They will involve ADP Human Resources in all investigations.

USE OF WIRELESS DEVICES
ADP recognizes that some associates in attendance may need to conduct ADP business during incentive trips using wireless devices. Your wireless plan, however, may incur additional charges or fees
for required service while at the event. In addition, depending on
your location, your wireless devices may be subject to heightened security concerns, such as data theft and viruses. Please adhere to the protocols below to minimize your exposure to high communications charges, as well as data security issues.
WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP YOUR PHONE IN “AIRPLANE MODE” WHEN YOU ARE NOT ACTIVELY MAKING A PHONE CALL Wireless devices without international access and data plans operate in constant “roaming” mode, which will result in significant international charges. Be sure to only power on your phone when you are making a phone call. Should you not turn off your phone and incur a large bill, you will be personally responsible for the charges.
BLUETOOTH USE
Disconnect Bluetooth devices after you make a call or transaction. You may want to enable your “discoverable” mode only when required.
ADP SECURITY
ADP Security is present throughout the entire program and is responsible for access control, response to any security or medical issue, and the investigation of any alleged violation of the ADP Code of Conduct. You will receive a contact card with emergency information upon arrival at President’s Club in your welcome packet.
TAXES
An incentive award such as President’s Club is considered to be “non-business required” and therefore is taxable for associates who pay U.S. income taxes. While the cost of Club for both you and your guest will be included in your gross income, you will not be taxed on business-related items at Club, such as gifts and the cost of the Awards Banquets. For more on tax information regarding the trip, check the Travel Policy page on www.adppclub.com.

ZIKA VIRUS
As you know, President’s Club/Board of Directors will be held this July in Jamaica. We understand that some associates may have concerns regarding the Zika virus and travel to Jamaica. To help address these concerns, here is a link to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website that addresses the Zika virus and the current state of the situation in Jamaica: http//www.cdc.gov/zika/about/index.html.
As always, associates participation in recognition trips is optional. We understand that some associates may choose not to travel for a variety of reasons and ask that each of you stay up to date on travel news and alerts, as will ADP.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact your Human Resources Business Partner.

• They should first call your room at your hotel.
• If they cannot reach you in your room during daylight hours,
they should ask the hotel operator to route the call to the ADP
Hospitality Desk.
• If they cannot reach you in your room during the evening/
overnight hours, they should ask the operator to forward your call to the hotel manager, who will contact the ADP Security Representative.
13

MEDICAL/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Bring enough medicine to last the entire trip. Pack prescriptions in original containers in your carry-on luggage. If you have a condition with special needs, bring a doctor’s note. If you have a medical problem that restricts your mobility or involves dietary restrictions, and you
did not note this on your President’s Club Registration Form, please advise ADP President’s Club Headquarters before departure by emailing [email protected].
IF YOU BECOME ILL ON THE TRIP
There are modern medical facilities in Jamaica. Bring your proof of insurance with you. In some cases, providers may need payment when they render services. For medical emergencies, dial 911 or 110 from any open phone.
SECURING VALUABLES
The President’s Club and BOD hotels all have safety-deposit boxes and/ or guestroom safes.
• Keep airline tickets (or e-ticket confirmations) in a safety-deposit box or safe.
• Take a photocopy of the first two pages of your passport and store the copy in a safe place (if you lose your passport, this information will help you obtain a replacement).
• Do not leave purses, wallets, cash, cameras, or other valuables unattended.
CURRENCY & PURCHASES
EXCHANGING MONEY
The Jamaican dollar (JMD) is the official currency in Jamaica. You may exchange currency at credit card offices, banks, and in some casinos.
Please Note: US Dollars are widely accepted throughout most of Jamaica.
AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES
For locations where you can use your ATM/debit card to obtain cash contact the financial institution that issued your card or visit https://www.mastercard.us/en-us.html or https://usa.visa.com/.
14

When using ATM’s do not get distracted and avoid using ATM’s that are in isolated areas; look in any way temporary in structure or location; or that have additional “equipment” bolted on top, these are actually skimmers.
CREDIT CARDS
The Hilton Rose Hall, Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Rose Hall accept American Express®, Diners Club Card®, MasterCard®, and Visa® for your personal expenses. Many businesses in Montego Bay also accept a variety of credit cards.
Inform your credit-card company before you travel, otherwise they might put a hold on your card due to unusual activity. Also, apply for a PIN if you plan to use your card for cash advances.
Use a credit card rather than a debit card at your hotel so that the hotel does not put a hold on your debit card funds. Whether you present a credit card or a debit card, the amount held at the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Rose Hall is $300 USD per room. At the Hilton Rose Hall, the amount held is $10 USD per day.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
The use of a credit card at the hotel or anywhere else in Jamaica may incur a foreign transaction fee. Different cards use different methods for determining this fee. Before traveling, it is a good idea to check with your credit-card company to determine how foreign transactions are billed.
GRATUITIES/TIPPING
ADP will pay the gratuities for President’s Club events and activities. For services outside ADP-sponsored tours and activities, gratuities will be a personal expense.
15

DUTY-FREE PURCHASES*
U.S. residents returning to the United States after 48 hours may bring back $800 USD worth of merchandise, duty-free. This total may include:
• One liter (33.8 ounces) of alcohol (provided you are age 21 years or over)
• 200 cigarettes or 100 cigars that are not of Cuban origin.
If you are visiting Jamaica from a country other than the United States, please consult your country’s Customs Service to confirm what you are permitted to bring home from Jamaica.
ELECTRIC/PHONE/INTERNET
ELECTRIC OUTLETS
Electrical service in Jamaica is 110 volts and 60 Hz. Outlets are the same as in the United States. Travelers from other countries should pack an appropriate electrical converter plus an adapter plug.
• Converters and adapter plugs will be available at both hotels.
• If your appliances have a range, such as “110 – 240,” you will not
need a converter, just the adapter plug.
MOBILE (CELL) PHONES & IPADS
If you have a mobile (cell) phone or iPad® from the United States, it should be compatible with the networks in Jamaica. If you are from another country, you will need a tri-band or quad-band GSM phone, or 3G phone supporting 1900 MHz to be compatible.
Additional roaming charges may be incurred. Speak to your manager about your need to have such service while you are in Jamaica.
Ask your mobile (cell) phone service provider for a reasonable calling plan so you can make and receive calls while you are in Montego Bay, Jamaica. If you have a smartphone, you should disable your data- roaming feature to avoid excessive roaming fees. Any excess roaming charges incurred will be the responsibility of the associate.
16

It is strongly recommended to turn off the Cellular Data feature on your smartphone and/or iPad® and use only the Wi-Fi connection whenever available, including at President’s Club and BOD hotels. We recommend you download the President’s Club 2017 App prior to departing for President’s Club and while on a Wi-Fi network. After downloading, the app information is still accessible without Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
