TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT
ADP provides transportation from all President’s Club hotels to Jamaica Sangster International Airport on group departure day. Please see the departure notice sent to your room for specifics about when you are scheduled to depart for the airport. In general, it is recommended to plan on leaving the hotel 3.5 hours before your flight departs. If you depart before or after group travel dates, you are responsible for arranging transportation to the airport at your own expense.
Upon arrival at Jamaica Sangster International Airport, you will check in at your airline counter, clear the security check, and proceed to your departure gate.
INCLUSIONS
INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM
• Round-trip, economy-class airfare for you and your guest between your home city and Montego Bay, Jamaica on program dates.
• Round-trip ground transportation between Jamaica Sangster International Airport and your President’s Club hotel on program dates.
• Accommodations for four (4) nights at your President’s Club hotel.
• All meals as described in your President’s Club daily itinerary.
• Choice of two (2) ADP-hosted President’s Club activities per person
as described in the “President’s Club Activities” section.
• Gratuities for bellmen, housekeeping, drivers, porters, and wait staff
for President’s Club events and activities.
• Charges incurred for checking one piece of luggage per attendee,
as long as the bag is not overweight or oversized. Submit receipts for luggage charges when you return from Club through the Concur system.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM
• Ground transportation between your home and your home city airport.
• Pre-and Post-Club airport ground transportation in Jamaica on dates before or after group arrival and departure.
• Pre-and Post-Club hotel stay on dates before or after group arrival and departure.

• Telephone calls, mobile (cell) phone charges, faxes, and Internet charges.

a day at leisure. If you choose this option in lieu of another ADP- sponsored BOD activity, you will receive a $100 USD Visa gift card. This “Mobay Money” is available for each BOD attendee. Use it to spend
on anything you wish and create a very special and personalized BOD experience in Jamaica!

GOLF – 18 HOLES OF FUN AT TRYALL
There are great golf courses just minutes from Round Hill. One of the most popular is a championship course built to blend the 17th century sugar plantation’s layout with the coastline and landscape’s natural features. The design of the course uses natural hazards unique to the location; a definite challenge!

roundtrip transportation to and from the course are included
