Overview

Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) is Malaysia`s largest government linked university, established in 2002.
UniKL is fully owned by government agency Majlis Amana Rakyat (MARA) and is a leader in Higher
Technical, Vocation Education and Training (HTVET).

With a concept “One Institute, One Specialization”, UniKL 12 campuses are strategically located all
over Peninsular Malaysia next to the important industrial hubs, with Chancellery and Institute of
Postgraduate Studies thriving in the middle of business and commerce center of Kuala Lumpur.
UniKL graduates are equipped with industry-relevant skills and knowledge via participation in UniKL`s
entrepreneurial technical programmes.

Since its inception, UniKL has produced over 56,000 graduates and currently is hosting 22,000 students
from over 55 countries pursuing various level of studies from Foundation to Doctorate. Currently UnIKL
is offering over 30 programmes for postgraduate students in the fields of Engineering and Engineering
Technology, Aerospace, Information Technology, Medical Science and Pharmacy, Electrical and
Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Automation and Manufacturing,
Business and Management by both research and coursework modes.

UniKL offers industry standard facilities in each of our campuses and with over 100 university and
industry partners worldwide, UniKL postgraduate students have access to world class research
and study facilities as well as Dual degree programmes. UniKL offers Dual Master programmes
by coursework in collaboration with overseas universities such as Master in Data Science with
La Rochelle University, France, and Master in Science (Water and Hydropower Engineering)
with Delft University, Netherlands.

Master in Computer Science minimum of 5 years of working experience in related field

Engineering & Management
• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 2.75; OR

as endorsed by the Senate of UniKL; or

at least two years’ experience as a medical officer (International Students excluded).
