ZONING 3 (1 & 2) – Port Dickson beach and Sri Purnama beach are the
4 focal point in this area as they are attractive resort. There are
1 many activities in this area on weekends with visitors from
other states as well as tourists, but on weekdays only local visit
5 this area. But since march 2020 the area has had fewer visitors
2 as the whole world is affected covid-19.

( 3 ) Port Dickson polytechnic one of the institutions around
port Dickson. This polytechnic can accommodate approximately
1200 full time students and 374 academic lecturers and assisted
by 118 support staff. But since the covid-19 polytechnic, it is
now quite because some student who have practical training
can only study in the polytechnic.

( 4 ) The night market is one is one of the focal point for the
local, especially the polytechnic student. The night market is
only open during the Wednesday . There are various types of
food sold at this night market. This is also one of the sources of
income for traders. But since covid-19 the periods of sell has
become shorter.

( 5 ) Zaini Lin cafeteria is the inly café available on Sri Purnama
beach. This café is a focal point for visitors.

500 meters from the site there are many commercial buildings such as condominiums,

The site is also adjacent to the Purnama beach. this gives an advantage to the site with a
