VEHICLE CIRCULATION

This vehicles circulation showed the density of traffic at Jalan Raya Batu 5, Port Dickson. The time lapse below
showed the traffic flow at the site .Through the analysis, there are several issues which causes the problem
occurred along the street.

CIRCULATION : PEDESTRIAN

Existing pedestrian road (blue) at the site is not much. Other than pedestrian road at the opposite, most
of the other pedestrian road are actually quite far from site.

ANALYSIS
Because of the lack pedestrian route that is closer to the site, we propose a new pedestrian route to maximizes
user comfort to walk around. A new pedestrian road (red) next to the site that will be connected to the existing
pedestrian road around the site for the user also for the public by make a gap at the existing parking lot.

SYNTHESIS
Other than adding pedestrian road (red) closer to the site, we also propose to
add new pedestrian road (red) from the site to the main road and to the
nearest bus stop (141m from Jalan Kemang12), for user's facilities.

10.0 CONCLUSION

The architectural site analysis report increase the complex information and
knowledge. This report consists of nine important topics which are size &
zoning, neighbourhood context, climate, sensory, nature physical features,
man – made features, utilities, human culture and circulation of the site.
Then, this report views site analysis as a sub-system within the design
process, and the major factors in the design process also form the essence of
site analysis and selection. In site analysis, several major environmental
factors are identified based on the information between site and the
surrounding area.
