On the first day of Hari Raya, Joe saw four policemen at a roadblock. The four men
were working hard in the hot sun. Joe felt sorry that the men had to work and that they
could not celebrate the special day with their families.

Joe went to a shop nearby. He bought some drinks and some cakes. Then, he
went back to the policemen. He gave the drinks and cakes to them and wished them
"Selamat Hari Raya'. The policemen were very surprised by what Joe was doing.

They shook Joe's hand and thanked him for his kindness. Joe smiled and
thanked the policemen for working hard to keep the town safe.
