Mrs. NELLIE PAUL VERGHESE
PRINCIPAL
From the Principal’s Desk
Education is one thing no one can take away from you – Elin Nordegren
1. Education is a life long process of empowerment.
2. It is rather a harmonious and synchronized amalgamation of aptitudes, intellectual power and
value system.
3. It can empower us to become empathetic individuals, build our self-confidence and learn more
about our strengths0.
4. It helps us grow personally, professionally, and socially. It also helps us become better version
of ourselves, it broadens our perspectives to help us learn about different societies and cultures.
5. The new academic year is vehemently waiting to resuscitate and resurrect like a myriad aura.
Though the previous year was contradictory and inexplicable I feel proud and gratified to
welcome you to our new academic year 2021-22, with an ocean of opportunities and possibilities.
6. Teaching and learning offers us all numerous opportunities to focus on a number of “small
things” that culminate over time to produce students who are prepared to do the “great things”
of life. Keeping this in mind we aim at the integral development of each student and lay a lot of
impetus on honing every aspect of child's personality that works towards nurturing the child in
to a happy and well-equipped human being.
7. I am confident that with our strenuous exertion we will always give “the best” to our children
and will create a very exultant, contented and learner friendly milieu to make the teaching
learning process ecstatic and to dig out the intrinsic aptitudes of our children. NCS(K) is always
opening a wide range of unique opportunities to meet their basic needs and to dredge up their
inquisitiveness, both in scholastic and co-scholastic areas.
8. Documentation is vital in a student’s life as it brings them back to the reminiscences of school
life and keeps in record the most celebrated moments in their life. The school Almanac serves as
a proof to recall the moments of exuberance and vivaciousness.
9. Almanac also provides a wide platform for our students, teachers and parents to unite and share
their opinions to meet our myriad aims and objectives. No doubt, it will always be a flexible
medium of communication which will uphold the mission and vision of NCS(K).
10. It’s time once again to get our heads back in the game and continue on our path to excellence.
11. My dear children, there are far, far better things ahead than any we leave behind. I wish my
students another year of insightful experiences and accomplishments.
With Warm Wishes
Principal
NCS (Kochi)
