students’ representativecouncil progress report |39 FOODBANK INITIATIVE Monthly | Accommodation of UNITEN KSHAS The Foodbank Initiative was a resounding success continuing the good effort from previous terms, providing essential food supplies to students in need at UNITEN. This effort was made possible through a strong collaboration with Pasaraya Darul Makmur, Pusat Islam Ibnu Khaldun, and Uni10Care. Pasaraya Darul Makmur contributed generously by supplying a range of groceries, ensuring the foodbank was well-stocked and could meet students' needs. Pusat Islam Ibnu Khaldun supported the initiative through their outreach, raising awareness and helping distribute the food to those who needed it most. Uni10Care coordinated volunteer efforts, ensuring smooth operations and effective delivery of services. Together, these partners helped address food insecurity, allowing students to focus on their education without the worry of where their next meal would come from. As we wrap up this initiative, we extend heartfelt thanks to all our partners for their dedication and support. This collective effort has made a meaningful difference in our community, and we look forward to continuing our work together to support UNITEN students.

Each session of the Career Development Talk brings together experts who share their experiences and knowledge on various topics, ranging from resume building and interview techniques to industry-specific skills and career planning. These talks not only broaden students' understanding of different career paths but also equip them with essential tools and strategies to succeed in their chosen fields. MPP Fatimah’s vision and leadership in initiating this program have created a dynamic platform for learning and growth. Sponsored by Masjid Tengku Ampuan Afzan and Pusat Islam Ibnu Khaldun, this event exemplified the spirit of compassion and harmony that transcends cultural and religious differences.
