The Integral Family Development System in Nuevo

in distress and people with disabilities, to offer a better
quality of life, all within a framework of optimization of

population of Nuevo Laredo, through social assistance
programs that will help change the current conditions
that prevent their development, identifying and
addressing their needs to help them have a sustainable
