6 Alonso is the king of Naples. He is sailing home from Tunis in North Africa after the wedding of his daughter, Clairibel, to the king of Tunis. Also on board the king’s ship are Alonso’s son, Ferdinand, and Alonso’s brother, Sebastian. They are joined by Alonso’s advisor, Gonzalo, and his friend Antonio, the duke of Milan. Antonio took the title of duke from his older brother, Prospero. Prospero disappeared suddenly one night and was never seen again.
