About the University
At a glance, we would like to introduce ourselves as an academic leader for Women's education for the
Technical and professional education in India. We, The Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University, Jaipur has
been established and incorporated under the Act 17 of 2008 passed by the Rajasthan State Legislature
and notified by the Government of Rajasthan through its official Gazette Notification No. F.2 (23) Vidhi/
2/2008 dated April 21, 2008. The University is offering almost all disciplines i.e. Ayurveda, Homoeopathy,
Yoga & Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Medical Lab Technology, Optometry, Radiation Technology,
Pharmacy, Humanities, Engienerring, Education, Agriculture, Polytechnique Education, Journalism,
Food & Biotechnology, Law, Allied Science, Commerce and Management except Modern Medicine &
Veterinary Science which are likely to be started very soon.
The Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) under
Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956 and programs offered by the University are recognized by the Central
Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH), Bar Council of India (BCI),
Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE) and Distance
Education Bureau (DEB)-UGC.
The University is also associated with association of Indian Universities (AIU), Association of
Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI),
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India
(ASSOCHAM) etc.

activities as organizing a National Conference, Conferring
Awards and publishing e-Souvenir. It is a matter of pleasure for
me that voices of women are being recognized across the
Country and an intellectual gathering is all set to visit global
campus of Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University, Jaipur. I
welcome all the Academicians, Researchers and Technocrats
and other participants on this auspicious occasion of National
Conference and award ceremony being organized by the
integration of the various medical disciplines as Faculty of
Ayurvedic Science(Including Naturopathy & Yogic Science),Faculty of Homeopathic Science
,Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, Faculty of Physiotherapy & Diagnostics, at Jayoti Vidyapeeth
Women's University, Jaipur. Conference themed as “Veda's Recognition as Source of Reference in
AYUSH, Modern Medicine Pharmacopeia & Diagnostic Methods” (VRAMD-2018) scheduled to
be held from May 24-26, 2018. The primary objective of this conference is to offer a common
platform for the academicians, researchers, students and clinical professionals to share their
innovative ideas and scientific achievements. Also to discuss conference title based issues and its
future scope to get recognized our ancient sculptures as the original source of medical science
through out world. I am very much happy to know that we organize this conference with
inculcation of visionary ideas of Honorable Founder & Advisor of Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's
University Jaipur JV'n Dr. Panckaj Garg, with presence of Emeritus Professor Dr. K. K Pandey .
Further it is my distinct honor to introduce you all the Nation's First State Private Women's
University. Since its inception in 2008, JV has grown to become India's flagship known for its
education leading to community development, 24*7 security and initiations in women
empowerment. The University is fully geared to help students shape their future and turn dreams
into reality. The curriculum of all the programs ensures that students are exposed to the latest
trends in the field of their discipline and aims at providing new avenues for students to carve their

Diagnostics is organizing the National Conference & Academic
Awards Ceremony on "Veda's Recognition as Source of Reference
in AYUSH, Modern Medicine Pharmacopeia & Diagnostic
Methods VRAMD-2018 ”, held from 24-26 May, 2018, with its
primary objective to offer a common platform for the

share their innovative ideas and to recognize importance of Veda's.
As it is the first State Private Women's University of its kind in the country and having numerous state-of-

This is a matter of fact that no systemic comparative review of different medicinal plants under
different systems of medicine such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy & Modern Systems of Medicine
have been made.
Paper presentations and awards during the days of the conference will provide a great opportunity
for fruitful deliberations and will enhance the knowledge of young minds in field of medical
science.
In present conference we have made an effort to compare the phytochemical and therapeutic
aspects of different medicinal plants in Ayurveda, Homeopathy & Modern System of Medicine
with Pharmacopoeial aspects & ancient literature referencing.
We hope that the Conference will be a mile stone to provide recognition to Veda's.

Faculty of Physiotherapy & Diagnostics cum organizing secretary VRAMD–2018 with all the faculty

she described how Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women's University is working for recognition of Ancient system fo
Medicine and also emphasized on importance of Veda in today’s scenario.

Manch, (e) L1 Academic block – VI, (f) L2 Academic block – VI. There was a session of Faculty student
paper presentation at Prof. Rekha govil Shabhagar in the evening session.The details of the papers
