AARON CLARKE 202 GLASGOW A stand-out member of the team, Aaron is the stuff of legends. Yes, he may be working his wee socks off at University for a Law degree, but that hasn’t stopped his unfaltering commitment to the store. With immaculate uniform standards, amazing service skills, and consistent reliability, he always comes in to cover sickness – most recently taking a shift at the Edinburgh store which is over three hours travel. Positive, thoughtful and always going above and beyond, his sense of fun and team spirit is admired by all.

And because she’s always thinking outside the box and striving to support others, Allison encourages her team to regularly help out across Scotland, at both solus and outlet stores. Super-positive, and always equipped with realistic solutions, Allison sees the bigger picture and reacts accordingly, acting as a fantastic mentor to new managers across all areas.


LOUISE COWPER VM MANAGER After a big team restructure in 2021 Louise rose to the challenge with determination and passion and has since achieved so much in her new role. Her attention to detail, passion for the brand and understanding of the elevation strategy has seen brilliant new premium equipment rolled out – just one of the many successful projects she’s worked on. Our legend ensures the global business has all the relevant manuals and tools, and nurtures influential relationships with all departments across the business. Maria has built strong relationships with franchisees and is committed to ensuring our premium brand standards are continuously met worldwide. Always focusing on delivering improvements, Maria put considerable effort into communicating the elevation strategy. Ensuring each section was relevant to the audience, and also proposing how to ensure appropriate follow up with different markets. ISABELLE TOLLEY 208 CANNOCK Even though this is her first job, Izzy has fast become a fantastic member of the team. Performing week on week and delivering great results despite only doing a couple of shifts. Izzy is consistently our Top Productivity performer, and she is currently the only team member whose Productivity is over £200 year to date. So far this year she has taken well over target, seeing an increase in sales of 44%. Her email capture year to date is currently at 85% - she’ll do everything she can to get those emails! Energetic and passionate, she is already showing the confidence to get things done to an impeccable standard. This legend is sure to go far.

LAURIE PIPER 195 BRAINTREE Prioritising quick wins is Laurie’s superpower. Her confidence and ambition means she’s able to deliver immediate results, which was especially appreciated during challenging times. She had her work cut out at Braintree with no supervisors and several sales vacancies, but always went above and beyond to get the job done. Since developing such a great team, the store performance has peaked, trading positively, outperforming the traffic, and elevating conversion above outlet average. Not only that, but our legendary Laurie also consistently delivers on KPIs with e-receipt capture above area average, at a whopping 90%.


KAREN TRUE OPERATIONS MANAGER As the Operations Manager for Wholesale, Karen has worked tirelessly this year with limited resources to keep the wholesale stock moving as efficiently as possible to our international partners. Karen has also taken on board multiple projects and trained numerous new team members to build a strong and friendly team. This legend always remains positive and committed and is a constant support to other team members, going above and beyond what’s called for to ensure the success of the wholesale team.

LEANNE NOBLE BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER A baptism of fire, Leanne started her year organising and hosting the Managers conference in February all on her own! Rising to the challenge with determination and humour, for her amazing efforts, Leanne was promoted to Business Operations Manager in May. She has grasped the role with both hands and has done a legendary job not just managing the stores but also ensuring that the operations within the White Building all run smoothly. Leanne goes above and beyond to maintain relationships with various partners and departments across the business. She works through all challenges with determination and a level head, and her ability to manage various projects whilst simultaneously doing the day-to-day job is remarkable. Leanne has gained much respect from all of her colleagues, is a credit to the business and a cherished member of the team.


ANTONIA SANZ 110 LAKESIDE Toni is totally terrific. She leads by example and is always hands-on, motivating the team to go above and beyond for every customer. Her passionate and dedicated attitude to work inspires the whole team, always bringing that extra buzz. Like a true legend, Toni has moved outside her comfort zone to continually elevate her performance. She has participated in the brand video, focus groups, and helped support other stores. A can-do attitude is a must, and Toni excels here, using her passion to shine commercially, always thinking of ways to drive sales in her smaller, more challenging store. From supporting new mums and other stores, to investing in the team’s work-life balance and being a wellbeing ally for all, it’s no wonder she’s considered such an exceptional store Manager.

JULIE TAYLOR 110 LAKESIDE An inspiration to all, Julie’s battle back from ill-health to recovery has shown her strength and resilience. As if her team weren’t already so proud of her, the support and professionalism she’s shown since returning has been legendary. Training is vital, and Julie has played a crucial role in this process as well as covering additional shifts whenever the store has needed it. More recently she has agreed to support the store in a management capacity again to ensure cover during peak trade, allowing time for recruitment. Julie always goes above and beyond, embodying the core values, with a genuine love for the job and her team.

It’s been a fantastic journey for Megan, with a committed and passionate outlook, and determination to give all customers the best experience. Androulla is a Dune legend, our link selling queen who never fails to step in and introduce those links with other team members - a great role model for new starters. Through many changes over the years, she has always been able to adapt and embrace evolution with ease. She always brings an upbeat attitude to work and is there to support management when required. Regular customers come in and personally ask for Androulla, showing what an asset to the business she is. The management team would not have been able to survive without her positive outlook and support through the pandemic. She’s been a constant presence and joy to work with.


HAYLEY SANWELL BUYER Hayley is a truly committed Dune Londoner, always the first to take on extra tasks and support the team. Most recently she played a pivotal part of the Lerins launch and the new Dune London Kids collection. She goes above and beyond to ensure her team is happy and motivated, has a fantastically positive attitude and the confidence and ambition to bring projects to life. She is independently minded and thinks outside the box to actively drive creative change. For example, during lockdown she created a video for all suppliers so they could easily understand how to complete the Company Voluntary Agreement document which is hugely complicated and is used when companies are in financial trouble. This legend is no stranger to delivering excellent results, even under immense pressure.

HAYLEY WHEELER JOHN LEWIS AREA SUPPORT ACCOUNT MANAGER With 19 years’ service under her belt, Hayley has been an unofficial legend many times during her career with Dune London. But this year she really came into her own driving the John Lewis partnership to deliver outstanding results. What started with the JL link scheme being revamped, utilising our managers to build strong relationships with their local JL store, then simplifying the visit sheets and communication whilst ensuring frequency and consistency, has culminated in remarkable results. Increased sales, lower payroll, elevated standards, increased space in many locations and our relationship with John Lewis is stronger than ever. Positive, resourceful, self-motivated and a true brand ambassador, Hayley demonstrates all the core values. There’s never a problem that our legend Hayley hasn’t already got the solution for.


WIOLETTA MAYER 452 KINGSTON Imagine being able to make a difference every day. That’s what Wioletta has accomplished with her tireless commitment to the business and willingness to accept additional responsibility. Her desire to keep learning and take on new challenges means she’s never afraid to action whatever is required to make the department a success. Great results come easily to Wioletta as she seamlessly launches every sale, achieves great Mystery Shop results and excellently manages the stock loss and audit. CHAISE LE SURF 257 OXFORD STREET Super-energised, friendly, respectful and always thinking customer. Just some of the Core Values that Chaise embodies every day as a legend. Supporting his manager and team comes easily, rising from stockroom supervisor only five years ago his understanding of the job role and the huge impact he has on store performance is clear. His attention to detail and organisation across both stockrooms and accessories areas, and knowledge of the stock package shows his passion for the product and instinctive understanding of the business needs. Chaise has stepped up and developed his service levels through DDE and floor controlling skills and turns up to every single shift with a smile and positive attitude.


DENISE MULCAHY SENIOR WHOLESALE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Our IP superstar. Denise is conscientious, efficient and an absolute gem to work with. As the administrative back bone of the Off-Price Team, she ensures that all Sales Orders are manifested on IP and that our invoices are sent to our multiple customers before end of period. Thanks to Denise taking on the pivotal role of ensuring accuracies on purchase and sales orders and operations, the Off-Price business has been able to focus on growth and development. Her legendary knowledge of IP and the business has earned Denise the nickname ‘The Mercedes of Admin’, as she’s fast, efficient and never takes a wrong turn.

DI KITTS INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER A total legend who embodies the core values, daily. Di is always there to help - anything from assisting with stock takes at the DC to taking phone calls from stores out of hours. Di is passionate about Dune London (her team liken her to a colourful stick of rock with the Dune DNA running through it!) and takes her huge workload in her stride. She always makes time to check in with the team and is a great sounding board for discussing ideas. She helps with stock takes at the DC and will always log on to help stores troubleshoot too. When visiting stores for training, Di will often help sort out the back office to give them the strongest possible start. She’s a committed and passionate brand advocate and has even been known to check in stores on route to holiday too.


LEILA ROORAST 454 BRENT CROSS Leila has a fantastic reputation amongst the team and senior management in Fenwick. She’s able to use her relationship with Fenwick to influence their decisions, which often benefits the Dune London Concession. Leila does an outstanding job with the VM in store, keeping standards very high and to guidelines. A total brand ambassador, she’s always dressed to impress with an impeccable uniform. The benefit of being solus trained means that Leila can jump in to support our solus store when needed too – a concession legend, all while working only 18 hours a week!

ZOE JOHNSON 153 WHITE CITY Zoe has developed into a confident manager who delivers impressive results and sets expectations high. From Brent Cross to St. Pancras, and more recently in White City, she always delivers excellent results and builds exceptionally strong teams. Prepared to do whatever is required to support the area, even changing her personal plans to help stores stay open without any complaint. Zoe has built and retained strong sales teams in all environments, sharing knowledge and her passion for the product and business with everyone she meets. A true legend, she leaves positive impressions with all her previous teams too.


DIANA LISECKA RETAIL & INTERNATIONAL ADMIN SUPERVISOR Although everyone knows that Diana is the queen of International Administration, this year she took on a larger role. As part of this promotion (and unknown to her at the time!) she took responsibility for agency team member coordination across the entire site - a challenging new process, not just for Diana, but for the whole DC. It’s definitely not been an easy task - however Diana has tackled it with enthusiasm and a positive attitude to help deliver the labour model needed. With her ambition, commitment and confidence, Diana has achieved the welldeserved Dune London legend status.

DUYGU OZKAN JUNIOR MERCHANDISER A true asset to the Middle East team, Duygu lives and breathes team spirit. Always willing to share knowledge and cheer on her colleagues, she has been a legendary support from the day she first joined Dune London. She is approachable, hardworking and goes above and beyond to help the wider business. Intermittently covering other roles on top of her own, Duygu has an impressive can-do attitude and always remains positive, no matter the challenges that come her way. Duygu was covering two roles for five months, often working longer hours to ensure all work was completed. She has great systems knowledge and is superb at managing IT issues. Duygu has built a terrific relationship with the team at Apparel and is the go-to person for any issues. In addition to this she provides fantastic support to the wider teams - a true Dune London Legend.


LEE EGAN 251 TRAFFORD Lee has taken the elevation message and truly ran with it. Always thinking of the customer journey, how we can work smarter, and ensuring procedures work efficiently. Our product prince, his legendary knowledge spans style names, fits, and leathers. He ensures teams know all the features and benefits, so they can go on to communicate them effectively through intelligent and engaging service. To say he is passionate about Trafford being the best is an understatement. He’s always willing to troubleshoot and takes so much pride in the store, from sprucing up the back of house to keeping the outside looking absolutely immaculate too.

ADAM SERVICE 649 SELFRIDGES Our very own style icon and outstanding brand ambassador. Adam bags legendary status once again this year due to his instrumental part in in securing the illustrious Selfridges Christmas windows. For the first time ever, we showcased the Dune London collection for two whole weeks, including Black Friday. Such a fabulous opportunity to elevate us as a global brand, that wouldn’t have happened if not for Adam’s valuable instore relationships. On top of this, Adam has once again achieved sales growth on what was already a remarkable performance, finishing the year up on Budget and last year. His passion and commitment to learning and development is clear. Even when running such a highprofile store, Adam goes above and beyond to offer support across other sites, and regularly checks in with teams to ensure all initiatives are running effectively.


AGATA WOJCIK QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR Agata, the dynamo. This legendary lady has the energy of four people and when the department is stretched, she just does more (then more again). Her no nonsense approach to work and staffing issues has made her well respected throughout the DC, whilst her excellent people skills mean she knows how to get the best from the team. When the departments merged, Agata was the influence that turned two unsure teams into one smooth working unit. A kind heart, she makes sure that every team members birthday is celebrated with cards, chocolates and flowers, and always puts personal time and effort into colleague ‘goodbyes’ and ‘thankyous’. Agata has excelled in the supervisor role - and regularly goes way beyond expectations to ensure the department is brilliantly supported.
