He’s always sharing his knowledge with the new starters and happily provides training with a fierce team spirit. He goes above and beyond with anything that comes his way, approaching any task or challenge with a smile on his face. A stickler for spot-checks, always meeting deadlines and targets with attention to detail and confidence, it’s no surprise he’s become a trusted member of the International department. Willing to step up and take on additional responsibilities and tasks, always kind and helpful, Andrew is a true asset to the International team.
ANTHONY JAMES WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE Thanks to Anthony’s enthusiasm for elevating the appearance of the DC, we’ve seen impressive improvements. Our resident decorator, he’s a dabhand with a paintbrush and has personally refreshed the site office and rest areas to a phenomenal standard. No stranger to additional responsibility, he’s often brainstorming improvements and volunteering to review processes to make them more streamlined and efficient. Currently training to become a Manual Handling Equipment instructor (which will keep training in-house and avoid future costs) our legend Anthony has also taken ownership of other key areas to ensure the site conforms to all health and safety standards.

AUDREY SIM CREATIVE Our queen of calm and source of positive energy. Audrey tends to have a huge workload, yet finishes on time, to the highest standards, and without any reluctance. A great communicator, she always makes sure everyone is up to speed, and her team spirit and energy doesn’t go unnoticed. Finding solutions is one of her many strengths and she’s worked tirelessly to improve processes. It was Audrey's idea to colour code the email slices that are approved (in green) and need amending (in yellow) to avoid confusion across marketing and CRM teams, a slick change that has made all the difference. This little legend works at a very fast pace and designs content beautifully. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always delivers creative on brand, on time, and with zero stress.
BEN TAYLOR WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Introducing the ‘racking guru’. Not just a legendary website supervisor, Ben has completed an extensive training course and taken ownership of the DC racking project– enabling rack changes to be carried out safely across site. Ben had not long been a Supervisor before the management shuffle on Web, yet really took on responsibility for the operation of the warehouse through this period of change. He offered to do a month’s worth of late shift cover in order to effectively train the new inexperienced team. Ben has been with the business for over a decade, climbing the ladder from Operative to Team Leader and now Supervisor, and is a shining example of how to progress internally within the DC.

BETHANY BAILEY WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE Always going above and beyond, Bethany sets the standard around the DC. She’s also one of a handful who immediately steps up to a challenge. From joining extra committees or training new team members, she goes out of her way to help others understand processes. The brilliant Bethany is also a member of our crucial health and safety team, meeting monthly to discuss issues found in and around the DC to ensure accidents are avoided. This legend projects a warm, cheerful and can-do attitude and fully supports the business with her friendly and respectful approach to work.
CAROL HAWKINS WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE An unsung hero, Carol has been with Dune for 14 years. This lean, mean Ecommerce processing machine exudes amazing passion and energy, and is a legendary mother-figure of the website warehouse operations. She always hits her KPI target, has a positive outlook, and is willing to do every task that is assigned to her no matter how big or small. A valuable source of information for new team members, she always leads with a smile – a true example of someone who is committed to their role, and consistently performs at an elevated standard.

CHELSEA ARNOLD ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT In one short year Chelsea has become proficient on our ecommerce systems and integrated brilliantly within the team. Her responsibilities are vast, from uploading all products on the website, liaising across buying, merchandising, and marketing departments to ensure all products have copy, imagery and correct data. With legendary attention to detail, she is also responsible for most content changes on the site across UK and international and is always reactive to trade requirements. Chelsea has owned and improved the approach to uploading old season stock that often doesn’t have imagery or product descriptions. With upwards of 800 products now online, this had a really positive impact on the business, highlighting her ability to deliver outstanding results.
VIKTORIJA DIATKOVSKAJA DC ADMINISTRATOR This legend deserves recognition for the non-stop support she gives to the wider business. Viki epitomises an above and beyond approach when it comes to taking on extra tasks. She continues to dive into DCrelated challenges with Accounts Payable and Human Resources, channeling exceptional team spirit to support the business, despite her increasing workload. Few people will have seen such a change to their role and workload. Viki has accepted the challenge, stepping up to support financial reporting and budgeting process. She also continues to form strong relationships with other departments (especially Finance) and is always professional and completely committed to her role.
