Terdapat dua kaedah untuk memasukkan teks ke dalam lembaran kerja Excel.
Kaedah 2 Kaedah 1 Microsoft Excel
Kaedah 1:
1. PIlih sel (A2) yang diperlukan, tekan pada Formula Bar dan mula memasukkan teks
perkataan.
2. Setelah mengenal pasti teks perkataan tersebut, tekan √. Jika ada keperluan
untuk membetulkan teks atau ingin memadamkan teks, tekan ×
Kaedah 2:
1. PIlih sel (A2) dan mula memasukkan teks perkataan.
Peringatan:
Semasa memasukkan teks perkataan, tekan Enter untuk memastikan teks anda berada dalam
sel yang dipilih terlebih dahulu. Ia akan bergerak ke sel di bawah sel yang sebelumnya
supaya anda boleh memasukkan teks di sel yang baharu. Untuk menggerakkan sel ke sebelah
kanan, tekan Tab. Anda juga boleh menggerakkan cursor di sekeliling sel dengan
menggunakan papan kekunci.
Memasukkan Format Tarikh
Klik bahagian kanan pada tertikus dalam sel yang dipilih, pilih Format Cells. Kemudian, di petak
dialog Format Cells, pilih Date dan pilih format tarikh yang diingini.
Kembali ke Operasi yang sebelumnya
1. Tekan Ctrl dan Z secara serentak pada papan kekunci.
2. Klik pada butang Undo.

Pengisian Automatik (Autofill)
1. Melalui teknik seretan pada lembaran kerja, data yang banyak dengan data yang
seragam dapat diisi secara automatik dengan cepat dan tepat.
(Contohnya, isi nombor siri dari 1005001 hingga ke 1005009)
2. Pilih satu sel dan isi nombor pertama dalam siri 1005001. Anda dapat perhatikan satu
petak hitam di sisi kanan bahagian bawah sel yang dipilih. Ia dikenali sebagai Fill Handle.
3. Tekan dan seret Fill Handle ke bahagian bawah. Kemudian klik Auto Fill option, pilih
fill series untuk memulakan operasi pengisian automatik.
Selain itu, anda juga boleh menyalin data yang sama ke sel lain dengan mudah.
(Contohnya, setiap sel mengandungi 5E di bawah class murid. Tekan dan seret Fill Handle
ke bahagian bawah sel.)
Keluar dari Microsoft Excel
Terdapat tiga cara untuk keluar dari Microsoft Excel.
1. Klik File > Exit.
2. Klik butang ikon Excel pada sebelah kiri atas lembaran kerja. Kemudian, tekan Close.
3. Klik pada ikon x berwarna merah yang berada di sebelah kanan atas lembaran kerja.

Kita boleh menyediakan satu jadual untuk mempersembahkan statistik penggunaan telefon
bimbit bagi kategori umur yang berlainan. Lembaran kerja ini dibina dan disimpan dalam
dokumen.
Mengubah Suai Kelebaran Lajur (Adjust the Column Width)
Untuk membina dokumen seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar di bawah, adakah teks di
sel A1 terlalu panjang dan terpendam? Bagaimanakah caranya untuk menyelesaikan masalah
ini?
Terdapat dua cara untuk mengubah suai lebar lajur di lembaran kerja.
Cara 1:
Gerakkan kursor tetikus pada lajur utama setelah simbol kursor bertukar menjadi .
Heret kursor tersebut ke sebelah kanan dan cuba ubah suai kelebaran lajur.
Lajur pertama menjadi lebih lebar

Cara 2:
Gerakkan kursor ke lajur utama sehingga kursor tetikus bertukar kepada . Klik dua kali
supaya kelebaran lajur akan diubah suai secara automatik berpandukan kepada panjang teks
dalam lajur tersebut.
Menyalut Teks (Wrap text)
Apabila teks perkataan terlalu panjang dalam satu sel, teks tersebut akan hilang terpendam.
Untuk menampilkan teks yang terpendam, anda boleh menggunakan fungsi Wrap Text.
Pertama sekali, klik pada sel yang dikehendaki untuk fungsi Wrap Text, tekan pada butang

Menambah Baris
Terdapat dua kaedah untuk menambah baris:
Kaedah 1:
Pilih baris pertama, klik pada Home > Cells> Insert> Insert Sheet Rows.
Kaedah 2:
Pilih baris pertama, klik pada butang kanan tetikus dan pilih Insert.
Baris baharu ditambah Anda boleh tambah
teks perkataan dalam
baris yang baharu.

Menambah Lajur
Terdapat dua kaedah untuk menambah jalur yang baharu:
Kaedah 1:
Pilih lajur pertama, klik pada Home > Cells> Insert> Insert> Insert Sheet Columns.
Kaedah 2:
Setelah memilih lajur pertama, tekan butang kanan pada tetikus dan pilih Insert.

Jika anda perlu memadamkan satu baris atau lajur, pilih baris atau lajur tesebut, kemudian
Cara 1:
Tekan butang kanan pada tetikus dan pilih Delete.
Cara 2:
Anda boleh memilih Home > Cells > ikon Delete.
Penggabungan Teks
Kita boleh menggabungkan beberapa sel ke dalam satu sel dan mengubah suai teks ke bahagian
tengah dalam sel gabungan teks.
PIlih sel A1 ke D1 untuk digabungkan, klik pada ikon Merge & Centre, untuk menggabungkan
serta menyusun atur teks ke bahagian tengah dalam sel yang baharu.

Pilih sel yang diingini untuk disusun atur, klik Home > Alignment > ikon Center

Klik File dan klik Save As untuk menyimpan dokumen.

a. Buka lokasi yang diingini untuk menyimpan dokumen tersebut.

Nota Tambahan:
Jika anda ingin memasukkan nombor yang sama atau huruf yang berulang berkali-kali pada
sel yang berlainan, anda boleh menggunakan fungsi Copy dan Paste.
Kaedah 1 :
Pilih nombor atau huruf dan tekan Ctrl dan C secara serentak pada papan kekunci untuk
menyalin (Copy). Kemudian, klik pada sel yang diingini serta tekan Ctrl dan V secara
serentak pada papan kekunci untuk menampal teks pada sel tersebut.

1. Untuk memilih warna latar belakang pada sel, klik-kanan pada sel tersebut dan pilih
Format Cells.
2. Dalam kotak dialog Format Cells, pilih tab Fill dan pilih warna kesukaan anda.
Ini adalah warna yang anda pilih.
Jika anda ingin menukar warna yang
lain, klik pada warna tersebut.
3. Anda juga boleh pilih Pattern Style pada kotak dialog Format Cells.
Klik OK apabila siap.

1. Pilih seluruh jadual, klik-kanan pada jadual dan pilih Format Cells.
2. Pada kotak dialog Format Cells, pilih tab Border, kemudian pilih Line Style, Color dan
Presets.

Kemudian klik pada Insert > Illustration > Picture.
