Chungi, Dhyakki, Lakhu Dhalne, Rumal Lukai, Muso ra Biralo, Ghurra Khelne, Bhurung (Beyblade) Ghumaune, Dandi-Biyo and Thelo Hanne are few minor and local games. 1.2. Minor Games a) Dhyakki /Ek Khutti This game can be played in a court. The court contains ten rectangular boxes and two columns. The court can be sketched anywhere. Two players can be played at a time. A circular stone disc called Dhyakki (striker) is used. This Dhyakki is stroke by the toes. The player should raise and bend his/her one leg to play. So, it is also known as Ek Khutti. The Dhyakki is thrown into the first box of any column and stroke forward. It can be stroke in clockwise / anticlockwise direction. The player and Dhyakki cannot cross the boundary line. The raised leg should not knock the ground while playing. b) Chungi Game Chungi game is a minor game. The rings of different color and diameter can be used to weave. The lower limbs are used in Chungi game. It is stroked by the inner side of the foot. The stroke makes the Chungi aerial and easy to strike. The strokes can be counted for the competition. a. Make a group of your friends and play Ek khutti. b. We can play by turning back side standing at a point and tell Nepal Stop five times. The eyes of all the persons should be closed. Along with telling of Nepal Stop, all the persons should turn front and run fast. The dam person (one of them) turns back and rest persons should stand like statue. Then, dam person comes to front and attempts to make laugh. If, s/he cannot make laugh them then s/he fails and the game is over. The new dam person is appointed to re-start the game. We can play in school, house compound and playground. b) Lakhu Dhalne The Lakhu Dhalne is an interesting group game. Each team contains at least four players. The stones and Chungi or ball are used in the game. Chungi or ball (lawan tennis) is used to hit the Lakhu (pile of stone). Game Procedures (1) Collect the circular / flat stones or pieces of bricks. (2) Mount the entire stones one upon another (piling) to make Lakhu. (3) Select the team to hit the Lakhu by toss. (4) A player of toss winner throws the ball to fall the Lakhu. If Lakhu is fallen down, the players start to re-build. The opponents catch the ball and attempt to hit the players Lakhu and Ball

Game Procedures The players move around the circle of their friends by bouncing or dribbling the ball at the signal. The students can move in clockwise or anticlockwise direction. The beginner and turn holder are decided roll wise or in alphabetic order. Please, divide the whole class into various groups and practise the circle relay. Sit down normally on the floor. 2. Stretch out your legs ahead in front. 3. Cross your legs and broaden your knees in order that you can slip your both feet under the opposite knee. 4. Bend your knees along with fold your legs. 5. Keep your feet loose in order that the external edges lay on the floor and the inner curves are settled beneath the inverse leg. 6. Your thighs and crossed legs ought to frame a little triangle. Keep some space between your feet and pelvis. 7. Sit with your buttock in a neutral position. This is an art that can assure lot of pleasure to us. We can use household things, natural items and many things for the printing purpose. The ceramics is the harden form of clay products. It is traditionally popular in the community. 2.2. Clay Work, Techniques and Model There are many methods used in clay work or ceramics. Two most simple methods are briefly explained here. a) Coiling Method Coiling is one of the most versatile of ceramic (clay work) techniques. The smoothness of clay supports the potters to roll it between their hands to produce a coil that can be joined to form the wall of a hollow vessel. In the beginning, train yourself to prepare coils of soil. 2.1 (b) Slab Method The slab is a construction technique in which clay is rolled into thin sheets or slabs and joined together into shapes. We can use this method to make pot, vase, pen stand, flower stand, container and other similar objects. The methods have the following steps: 1. Moulding the clay firmly. 2. Rolling out the clay to make the slab of an even thickness usually 1 cm. 3. Cutting the slab into shapes. 4. Folding and bending of slabs. 5. Joining all slabs together to form a finished object.
