VIN SANTO DEL CHIANTI CLASSICO DOC 500 ml

This wine has been produced in Greve in Chianti since 1897. The grapes
are dried for 2-3 months before fermentation. The wine is then matured in
small casks for about 5 years.

Located in Valgatara, in the depths of Valpolicella Classico, sits the family-run Luigi Righetti
estate. Since 1909, when Angelo Righetti first earned a reputation as an outstanding
winemaker, the family has focused on producing quality wines of distinction.

Gianmaria and Giuseppe are the fourth generation of the Righetti family to carry on the
family winemaking tradition. Gianmaria and Giuseppe’s father, Luigi, who is still active in
the estate’s day-to-day operations, was the first in the family to consider production for
consumers beyond the local market. Gian Maria has gone a step further by crafting wines
with a more international flair. In addition to the traditional varietals of the region, the
estate cultivates international varietals to create Venetian wines with a worldly twist. With
over a century of winemaking history, Luigi Righetti is a classic example of a winery that
has preserved its own rich viticultural tradition, while creating innovative wines that are
celebrated on the world stage.

CAPITEL DE’ ROARI 750 ml - 375 ml
AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO DOCG
The name Capitel de’ Roari refers to the various plots of vineyards where
grapes are obtained for the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico.
The vineyards, situated on the finest hills of the Valpolicella Classica,
are well cultivated, limited in production and high in quality.

GRAPES
80% Corvina & 20% Rondinella

VINIFICATION
The land, rich in clay, and the sun are key elements that encourage
the accumulation of sugar and flavor within. The grapes are picked
in bunches during the month of September, and placed on mats to dry
until January, February. The wine is then placed in steel basins until July
or August. It is then aged for 3 years, partly in oak barrels and partly
in French Barriques.

Deep ruby red.

BOUQUET
Complexity of scents that emphasize dried fruit and almonds with a hint
of anise.

FLAVOR
Extremely rich flavors, long smooth finish and lingering aftertaste.

CAMPOLIETI 750 ml
VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO CLASSICO SUPERIORE DOC
The name Campolieti means “Happy Field” and refers to the vineyards
from which this excellent wine is produced, and also to the joyous reaction
of the many loyal Luigi Righetti customers upon their first taste.

70% Corvina, 10% Molinara & 20% Rondinella

VINIFICATION
The grapes are carefully picked during the harvest in September and
undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation for 8/10 days. In January
and February the wine undergoes the “Ripasso” Method, on the skins used
to make the Amarone.

COLOR
Dark ruby color with brilliant highlights.

BOUQUET
Black-cherry nose with a raisin-like complex of scents.

FLAVOR
Deep flavor, round tastes punctuated by a slightly bitter hint, delivered
with a graceful lightness.

ROSSO DEL VENETO IGT
Valsaia is the result of a desire to create a new quality wine representing
local tradition.

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Corvina & 10% Sangiovese
VINIFICATION
The grapes are dried slightly on wooden grates before being pressed.
Fermentation then takes place in small barrels at controlled temperatures.
After being purified, it is aged in small barrels for at least one year.

SOL 750 ml
ROSSO – SUPERVENETIAN
Sol is a wine that has adapted to the versatility of the Veneto region and is
composed of different grape varietals, international and indigenous. It is a
modern wine, full bodied, rich in color and perfumes.

60% Corvina, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Rondinella
& 10% Shiraz
VINIFICATION
Harvest begins in the middle of September for the base wine that ferments
for 10 days at 25°C. The Corvina grapes spend the next month’s drying until
January/February. These whole grapes are then added to the base wine, and
then ferments for 15 days. Aged in oak barrels and in barriques.

The Mottura Winery was founded in 1927 in Tuglie, in the province of Lecce - an area of
excellence in wine production in the region of Puglia. Today, the winery is operated by the
fourth generation of the Mottura family, and is recognized as one of the most interesting
and dynamic wineries in the Salento area. Mottura leads the way in production of great
red wines from Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes: unique varietals that grow only on
the Salento Peninsula, where they have been cultivated for more than a thousand years.
Mottura’s vineyards are located in the particular terroir bounded by the towns of Cellino
San Marco, Campi Salentina, Salice Salentino and Squinzano. The soil in these areas is
historically known for growing the indigenous varietals of Puglia. Iron, clay and limestone
found in the soil contribute to the abundant harvests that produce extracted, rich wines
that are full in body. Each vineyard is cultivated with the goal of optimizing the quality,
using practices in line with local traditions and native varietals of the area.

MOTTURA PRIMITIVO DEL SALENTO IGT 750 ml
The Primitivo del Salento is produced on the Salento Peninsula in the
Taranto area.

From selected grapes in low yield vineyards in the Manduria area, a selection
of grapes undergoes a slight drying on the vine. “Stilio” comes from the ancient
Salento cultural tradition of the taranta dance, and the image recalls the
symbolism of the spider, whose bite generates the need of dance, music and
colors in a cathartic effect — liberating emotions.

ROSSO VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI IGT

Sonoroso Dark comes from a selection of Teroldego Rotaliano and Merlot
Grapes that have high sugar content and are rich in color.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
The winemaking is conducted with fermentation at a controlled temperature
of 82ºF for 10 days, with selected yeasts. Here the deep color is extracted.

At the end of fermentation, aging begins in medium-sized oak barrels for
6 months.

CHARACTERISTICS
Sonoroso Dark expresses the rich taste and depth of the intense color of
the varietals and territory.

The red currant, blackberry and blueberry of Teroldego emerges on the
nose. From Merlot there is a beautiful aromatic profile with notes of vanilla
and jam.

Full, powerful and rich, with soft tannins that are well integrated thanks to
the oak aging.

PAIRINGS
Pairs well with red meats that are seasoned and BBQ dishes but can also
be enjoyed on its own.

VELVET RED WINE 750 ml
ROSSO VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI IGT

Sonoroso Velvet comes from a selection of the most mature Teroldego
Rotaliano and Marzemino grapes. The Marzemino softens the wine and
slightly lowers the alcohol level, making it velvety and smooth.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Winemaking is conducted with fermentation at a controlled temperature of
82ºF with the addition of selected yeasts for only 5 days in order to extract
color, and only the softest and smoothest part of the tannins. The Teroldego
undergoes aging for 3 months in oak barrels, while the Marzemino ages in
stainless steel.

CHARACTERISTICS
Sonoroso Velvet represents a perfect fusion of intense color from Teroldego
and elegant taste of Marzemino.

AROMA
Teroldego imparts notes of red currant, blackberry and blueberry with hints
of red cherry from Marzemino. A touch of vanilla is present from time in oak.

FLAVOR
Full body with soft, velvety tannins.

PAIRINGS
Pairs perfectly with grilled red and white meats, but also enjoyable on its own.
