ROTALIANO DOC

NOS is the pinnacle of Mezzacorona quality. This Teroldego, “the royal
wine of Trentino”, is a limited edition wine that is only produced in the very
best vintages from hand selected grapes grown in the Piana Rotaliana.
Named after the dialect for the Noce River that flows through the valley,
NOS is aged for 3 years in oak. Final refinement in bottle for at least 12
more months.

VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI IGT

Mezzacorona Red Blend expresses the aromatic richness of two noble
varietals of the Dolomites, Teroldego and Marzemino, combined with an
international varietal, Merlot, for elegance and softness.

VINIFICATION
The Teroldego & Marzemino are vinified in the classic red winemaking style at
75-85°F for 12 to 13 days with the addition of selected yeasts. Then Teroldego
and Merlot are matured in French oak barrels (lightly toasted, 3-years old) for
6 months.

CHARACTERISTICS
Teroldego, with its profound flavors of red currants, blackberry, and blueberry,
provides a full-bodied structure. Marzemino brings a pleasant juicy character
that creates a soft, velvety, palate pleasing wine. The Red Blend is balanced
with the addition of Merlot to add aromatic notes of vanilla and cocoa.

DELISA PINOT GRIGIO ROSÉ 750 ml

Elegant, pleasant, and Italian, Delisa is Mezzacorona’s most refined side.
A floral, crisp, aromatic and delicate wine, born in a mountain garden.

GRAPES
Pinot Grigio Rosé 

VINIFICATION
After pressing and destemming, the must is cooled and left in contact
with the skins directly in the press for about 8-10 hours. Then, the must
is collected, and a soft pressing of the skins is carried out up to limit the
extraction of tannins. The must is then filtered, and fermentation begins
with the addition of selected yeasts. At the end, the wine is left to rest on
its lees for 3-4 months before being prepared for bottling.

CHARACTERISTICS
The nose reveals a very fresh and delicate aromatic profile, characterized
by aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits like pink grapefruit mixed with
delicate floral notes. The palate is characterized by a pleasant salinity and
freshness with a lively and refreshing acidity.

PAIRINGS
Refreshing and with an alluring acidity, Delisa is ideal as an aperitif, but also
an excellent complement to any Mediterranean dish.

This elegant sparking wine is made using the most important white grapes
cultivated in Trentino Alto Adige, estate grown in our vineyards at the
foothill of the Dolomites — at elevations between 400 and 800 meters

60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Bianco & 10% Muller Thurgau

VINIFICATION
After natural clarification, fermentation is done at a controlled temperature
of 64°F for 10 days. Then the wine matures for 4-6 months on the lees, it
undergoes the secondfermentation in autoclave for 15 days and matures
on the leesfor 3-5 months before cold stabilization, filtration and bottling.
This production process (Charmat method) is also used to produce
Prosecco.

BOUQUET
Fresh fruits like red apple, pear, white peach, melon and pineapple.

FLAVOR
Very pleasant with a soft mousse, persistent bubbles and smooth acidity.

GRAPES
A selection of white and red grapes found in the valleys at the foothills of the
Dolomites (Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero).

VINIFICATION
After a soft pressing and clarification, the must is fermented at a low
temperature for about 10 days, then left on the lees for at least three months
to enrich the structure and roundness. After this period, the varietals are
blended to obtain a cuvee that is balanced in aroma, flavor profile and color.
Secondary fermentation is started and stopped when the residual sugar
reaches a desired value by our winemakers.

Temperature is then decreased to better preserve the overall balance of flavor
and strong aromas. The wine remains on the lees for 4 months and then

Bright in color with pale pink hues. On the nose, hints of mountain rose, fresh
cherry, peach and bergamot. The flavor is intense, with a very delicate bubbles

VINIFICATION
Traditional white vinification, including the skins brief contact with the

CHARACTERISTICS
This wine is characterized by a straw-yellow color and a crispy fruity flavor

a temperature-controlled fermentation at 18-20°C (65-68°F).
CHARACTERISTICS
It has a straw-yellow color with green accents. Well balanced, fresh and

temperature-controlled fermentation at around 16-18°C (61-64ºF (16-18ºC)).
CHARACTERISTICS
This wine is characterized by a straw-yellow color. It shows notes of pepper,
elderberry, gooseberry, asparagus and tomato leaf. Fresh and slightly sour.

Pressing with separation of the stems. Maceration of the skins with several
pumpings over 5-6 day period, followed by a temperature controlled
fermentation at around 77-80°F (25-27°C). Maturation in oak barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS
It has a ruby red color with violet reflections, an intense bouquet with wild
berries notes, particularly blueberry, blackberry, raspberry. It shows velvety
tannins and a robust structure.

Mezzacorona grows this variety exclusively in Piana Rotaliana, in carefully

VINIFICATION
After pressing, the juice is cooled and sent to the wine tank. Then, the
pink-colored must with purple reflections is fermented at a controlled
temperature of 18-20°C (64-68°F (18-20ºC)).

CHARACTERISTICS
This dry, fresh and fragrant wine shows a light pink color. Its aroma is
intense and fruity with notes of strawberry and raspberry.

NERO D’AVOLA RISERVA SICILIA DOC

The vineyards of Sambuca B21 and B30 were selected for the creation
of this Nero d’Avola Riserva, in west-east orientation. The exposure totally
to the East favours direct irradiation from the first light of the morning,
immediately after the coldest moment of the day, causing a sort of limited
temperature range directly on clusters and leaves.

VINIFICATION
The rich soils, warm climate with cooler nights from our elevated growing
area in Sambuca di Sicilia allow for perfect maturation of the grapes that
are harvested during mid-September. A partial selection of the grapes
undergo fermentation and maceration for about 15-18 days with repeated
remontages to extract the color and tannins, which give structure to the
wine. After going through a full malolactic fermentation, the wine from
this selection is aged in French American oak barrels for 18-20 months.

Simultaneously, a second selection of grapes is allowed to hang longer
on the vine in order to impart an additional level of fruit complexity and
darker flavors. After its alcoholic fermentation and maceration for about
15 days, the wine is kept in stainless steel for 18-20 months. At the end of
both aging periods, we make an assemblage with 50% of the wine aged
in barrels and 50% of wine made from the non-oaked aromatic blend of
extra hangtime grapes, creating a distinctive, rich and elegant wine.

CHARACTERISTICS
Intense ruby red with hints of violet. The resulting aromatic profile of
Hedonis is a bountiful and deeply complex expression with hints of dried
red fruits, anise and sweet spices, notes of almond, vanilla and tobacco
resulting from aging in wood. There is a profound structure on the palate
along with a velvety and juicy attack, finishing with soft and sweet tannins.

This wine expresses the nobility and opulence of one of the oldest Sicilian
grape varieties, Frappato. The grapes are grown in the Acate area and offer
an exuberant vivacity. Tinchitè rosé presents a warm cherry color, with
pronounced ruby and violet notes.
Tinchitè showcases a slight natural effervescence. Its residual light
effervescence comes from the vinification: before the fermentation is
completed, the must is cooled in order to stop the fermentation process
and to maintain the natural CO2 produced by the yeasts.
It reveals a profusion of fresh floral scents such as geranium, raspberry,
blackberry, wild strawberry, red currant and pomegranate. Tinchitè rosé

This wine interchanges the various terrains of the Tuscan Region: the
luscious hills in the central zones of the region and the more rustic hills
of the Valdarno. The fermentation commences with maceration on the
skins for 7 days at 82ºF. The grapes are then blended.

COLLI DELLA TOSCANA CENTRALE IGT
This wine is a meeting of grapes from 3 different vineyards named “Il Borro”,
“L’Asinello” and “La Frascucia” situated between 400 and 500 meters a.s.l.
It is maturated in oak barrels from the forest of Allier (about 18 months for
Merlot and Syrah and about 30 months for Petit Verdot).
