THE AUTHORS
Dr. Ina Suryani is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP).
She completed her PhD with a focus on Technical Writing. Her basics in
B.Ed TESL and M.Sc. Computing. Prior to teaching in UniMAP she taught in
MMU, ADTECH and a few Secondary Schools in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur
for a few years.
Dr. Nazifah Hamidun is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis
(UniMAP). She obtained her first degree in B.Ed. TEYL at UUM. She later
pursued her M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instructions at UUM. She received her
PhD in TESOL at USM. Her main research interests is in TESOL, curriculum,
and pedagogy.
Dr. Rozilawati Mahadi is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Perlis
(UniMAP). She completed her PhD in Education at the University of
Nottingham (Msia Campus) Her research interests include meta-cognition,
self-regulated learning, self-directedness, Heutagogy, teaching methods and
language learning strategies.
Khairul Hisham Jamalludin is an English Language Teacher at Universiti
Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) has a Bachelor of English Studies. He has worked
as a helicopter maintenance engineer, advertising executive, IT executive,
translator, editor, avionics sales engineer, and a book illustrator. He is
currently studying using tabletop role-playing games to teach the English
language.
Pn. Noraini Abd Jabar is an English teacher with 32 years experience in
teaching English Language. Had been teaching in primary schools at
SK(LKTP) Chini Timur 1, Pahang, SK Taman Daya and SK Taman Daya 2,
Johor Bahru, SK Sena, Kangar and now still teaching at SK Arau, Perlis. Her
passion in teaching is more to children 7 - 9 years old. Involved in many
activities held by JPNPs in exposing the fun in learning English
Pn. Normima Azlina Abd Majid is an English teacher with 13 years
experience in teaching. Love teaching children and believe each child is
special. Master trainer for KSSR English Year 1-3, Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah
and involved in training facilitators for English programmes.
Pn. Davina Eizura Dahiban is an English teacher with 19 years experience in
teaching English Language. Fondness in teaching children and trust that
“Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.”
Has 3 years’ experience as an examiner of UPSR examination papers.
Involved in many activities held by JPNPs in reveal the amusement in
learning English.
