Fuad CX Media is a media and edit solution that provides
Midlaj photo editing, VFX art, Designing, Promo, Videography,
Photography, Poster designing, Visiting card designing.

We were college mates and good friends. Our team
includes Muhammed Fuad, and Midlaj. It’s our start up.
Ones our college decided to conduct their firs Manage-
ment fest. Which shows their brand icons. For that, they
need a wonderful team for promotion and media works. It
was them combined and find ours is caliber. They make
us believe we can do something together. We work our
best to make that fast a successful one. And we made it.

After the event, we understood that our team has a
huge potential to do something creative. After a while,
we were convinced that we have a great opportunity in
the graphical creation arena. Started working with the
immediate resources at our disposition. Due to our lack
of expertise in that area, we decided to learn the basics
through online educational platforms. . In the initial stage,
it was very difficult to acquire clients. We made use of
our personal contacts and also established our presence
in social media sites like Facebook, Instagram and You-
Tube. The positive feedback from our first few customers
motivated us to strive even harder. We also made sure that
our services were at a feasible rate so as to gain a loyal
customer base. As they say, the rest is history.

Surumi Shajihan, a first year MBA student at FIMS, Surumi
started her entrepreneurial venture which aims at pro-
viding affordable men and women fashion accessories
to her customers. Tie-ups with all major brands have
amplified her customers’ trust and confidence. Surumi
conducts her business activities through social media
platforms like whatsApp and Instagram where she has
managed to find and retain customers. Quality products
at affordable rates along with effective engagement
campaigns with customers have proven to be a key
success formula for this young entrepreneur.

My journey has been started from the final year of my school life, Dibin

at the beginning of my college, we finally started our dream “CASHEW
EVENTS MANAGEMENT” with pleasure, but the condition and profit
form that was not better at the first. As we are new to this field we had
so many starting troubles. Later we too learned from our mistakes.
We started to set correct our faults and started to provide much better
quality service to our clients. The positive feedbacks motivated us to
move as best in the field and paved the way for the success of our team
in the field of event management.

Now people do believe us and our team is ready to manage any
events from A to Z with maximum standard and best quality. And we
also made sure that our services were at a standard rate to gain

Sneha Girish I thought of doing something productive along with my studies. But
I didn’t have any idea about what to do. When I joined FIMS, unex-
pectedly I got the best person as my best friend or either as my crime
partner who had helped me a lot in bringing out my inner potential to
start an online business in the name ‘Novah Collections’. I got inspired
by her to do this in a beautiful manner. There is a Whatsapp group and
an Instagram page through which i used to sell products and get feed
back from my customers. Since, we all are aware of the pandemic
situation created by the Covid-19 virus, it is much clear that people can’t
go out for shopping clothes & utilities. The positive feedbacks & sup-
port from my customers indicate that, I could provide them with the
best quality service with best quality products at affordable prices
at their doorsteps.

My venture is named “Aemal Collections” Fathimath Shafna
deals in customized products such as mobile
phone cases, jewellery, photo frames, personal-
ized wallets passport covers etc. Orders are taken
via Instagram and Whatsapp as well. Once the
order is placed, we deliver products to your
doorstep within 7-10 business days.

Rumana I have started my career as a freelance Makeup Artist in 2019.
I mainly focus on bridal and modeling Makeups. My love and
passion for makeup led me to start my makeup venture NeoBeauty
during then.

I am enjoying this creative career while meeting and chatting
with customers. It is always a pleasure getting positive feedback
after their Even.

Makeup is a kind of art that can change the look of a person
entirely with a few cosmetics. This is what fascinates me every
single time when I complete a work.

Kadeeja Fortunately I had an amazing group of friends at my UG col-
Layana lege life. We all were having the same taste and vibe. Since the girls
were so alike and wanted to explore more, there was a decent
requirement of money. There was a limit for everyone of us to
get pocket money from our parents and we thought we would do
something side to our studies, so that we could earn a bit. And we
all had one thing in common, “observation skill”. So we decided
we would startup something that can be made out of our observa-
tion, with our limited time and resource. So craft and gift making
was easy for us, since the market for such cute gifts and, sharing or
show off to the world through social media was on hype. And
they’re born our little venture ART_IE_ETERNO. And we shared
about our new small scale business within our college mates, and
we got a few orders. And then we made an online platform(Insta-
gram) to showcase our works and take more orders. And unbeliev-
ably that, now made 6 of us girls, to work almost all days! And we
are getting more than what we have expected. Now we are getting
orders through social media sites, mouth publicity, relatives and
friends. We have a clause to share our income, since the effort made
by the girls were differs!

I started a new venture called We4 Wash. This venture was started Muhammed
during this pandemic. Manufacturing on hygiene products like dish Ameen P.T
wash, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, washing powder, soap, hand wash
etc. All the products are manufactured by us. Our strategy was to
deliver the products to the homes at the lowest possible price after that
our plan is to deliver the products to the shops. First, I started making
the products from my home and then expanded my business I took a
room and started doing it from there. This is something I started with a
very small investment and this venture was successful. Since I started
during this pandemic, our first offer was free home delivery and the
first offer price was 391. Our future plan is to expand this business
and reach the retail wholesale shops.

Food Mania

FOOD MANIA was the first program conducted by
batch2019. The program was food a fest which is done
on behalf of canvas2019. The program was contacted on
12 November 2019.
Myself Muhammed Asif KK and Hiba P were the co-
ordinators for the event. The event was inaugurated by
Mubashir PP (MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CORZA
INTERNATIONAL, MANJERI) and followed by Saji
kuriakos (Director) Ahmed Riaz (Dep Director) and all
FIMS faculties.
This was a grand success. It was a memorable event
for all of us. We had different kinds of stalls and dif-
ferent varieties of food. The whole farookians enjoyed
the event.
We thank all the FIMS family for making this event
grand success.

Teacher’s Day

Teachers ensured that ‘learning never stops’, and no learner is left
behind. September 5 ,Teachers day 2020 is a day to celebrate the
teaching profession, and we provide them a different experiment
of celebration . It was celebrated by an online zoom meeting, so we
named as “HELLO TEACHERS”. We conducted it from 4.30 pm
to 6.30 pm. The day brought more fun and happy treasure to all
teachers and students. It was the day that concrete a true bond
between students and teachers. Mr K.C Ali Iqbal( former editor of
vidhayarangam) inaugurated the function. Students provide vari-
ous games and memorable gifts to them which they cannot forget.
It was a very memorable celebration and a different experiment for
all . The program was coordinated by the student coordinators

Freshers Day

The freshers day, Blast off 2K21 was a mag-
nificent and indelible moment of the Fims
campus by welcoming the new comers/Folks
with a great joy. The event was Coordinated
by senior students, Harshid KK and Deena V
with all the support of their batch mates/peers.
The event was organized and accomplished in
a way that freshers enjoy the moment delight-
fully along with following all the covid pro-
tocols. The Program started at 5pm by wel-
coming the freshers and went on upto 10pm.
Assurance was made that every single fresher
participated by performing events and happily
enjoyed themselves as well as entertained oth-
ers, And in the end bond was born in between
the juniors and seniors where we finally name
it Fimsian family. . .

Finance ED club gives a 7 day training program on the topic

conducted as the final round of the training program.
18 teams with 6 members come up with their creative
and innovative start up plans and made the event a
grand success.
GERENTES 2K21 was conducted as a part of ED
Club activity. 18 teams with 2 members participated
in the event. All teams with equally talented and it
was quite a tough competition. The event ended in a
day including 3 rounds. Every team member was giv-
en with participation certificates and cash award for 2
teams who excelled.

The Finance Club is a student-run initiative fortunate
to be guided by the eminent Prof. Sujatha Shankar.
It works towards boosting interest in Finance on the
campus and also helps indulge that interest through
competitions, workshops and professional opportuni-
ties. Finance club has been successful due to the con-
stant support from our Director Dr. Saji Kuriakose,
Deputy Director Ahmed Riaz, Prof. Rajesh Janarthan
and our fellow mates. The student representatives are
Ebin Mathew and Hiba Mariyam Arshad M. Finance
club is named as ‘Asthra’ as we try to polish the
financial skills of students through various innovative
activities. ‘Asthra’ was inaugurated by Mr. Lohit N
Somayaji ,Regional training manager, HDFC Securi-
ties ltd. A career Guidance session was conducted by
Prof.Mansoor Ali to clear myths about finance as a
career. A Bulletin board was placed by Finance Club
to enrich the knowledge of students. Currently we are
conducting a Finance game under the guidance of our
eminent faculties Prof. Rajesh Janarthan and Prof.
Sujatha Shankar.

may 2021. By the success of this program we
got the encouragement to conduct another event.
So with the help of the coordinators and the HR
club members we conducted EMPEZAR on 3rd
June 2021. It was a huge success and the winners
were awarded with cash prizes. We look forward
to conducting many more activities in the future.

ing. Due to the pandemic scenario it was difficult

(MSA)

The MSA is a formally elected student association to initiate and co-
ordinate various curricular and extra-curricular activities of students
at FIMS. All activities of MSA are coordinated effectively by all the
members of MSA committee. The MSA comprises of the Director
of FIMS, elected student members and a faculty co-ordinator. MSA
participates in a wide range of professional and cultural events, both
in and out of the campus. It also acts as an interface between the
students and the administration, and supervises all activities that are
organized on campus by various clubs. This magazine is also the initi-
