Dalam rangka memperkenalkan pentingnya
sistem manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi pen-
didikan, maka diselenggarakan kegiatan Webinar
Awareness ISO 21001:2018 dan Training Internal
Quality Auditor bagi jajaran Civitas Akademika IT-
Telkom Jakarta. Standar ini disusun secara khusus
dan diperuntukkan bagi sektor Pendidikan dalam
melaksanakan pendidikan yang bermutu. Pada
hari selanjutnya, acara berlanjut ke Pelatihan In-
ternal Quality Auditor, serta membahas secara
teknis metode dalam menyusun pertanyaan sepu-
tar Audit serta metode dalam melakukan pelapo-
ran hasil Audit sesuai 10 Klausa ISO 21001:2018

and an Internal Quality Auditor Training for the
ITTelkom Jakarta Academic Community were
held. This standard is prepared specifically and is
intended for the Education sector in implement-
ing quality education. On the next day, the event
continued to the Internal Quality Auditor Train-
ing, as well as discussing technically the method
in preparing questions about the Audit as well as
the method for reporting the results of the Audit
according to the 10 Clauses of ISO 21001:2018
