The Magic of crystal takes place in the fusion. At this stage, the sand, potash, lead oxide and recycled crystal (cullet) mixed in proportions which remain a jealously kept secret, metamorphose into brilliant and luminous crystal, with this particular sonority that distinguishes it from mere glass.
