Foot Reflexology

Promotes relaxa on, improves circula on, helps remove toxins, strengthens
the immune system and assists in pain management. Provided by Julie Glander,
Na onal Cer fied Reflexologist. Fee: $40/60-minutes; $25/30-minutes. Call for an

Healing Yoga for Boomers & Beyond

Michele Hoffman, cer fied Yoga therapist, has 15,000+ hours experience working
with people with joint replacements and chronic health condi ons. If you are not
able to get down on the floor, you may s ll par cipate and benefit. Wednesdays
from 9-10:15 am at the Tilden Community Center for $45 for 6 sessions or $8/class.

Walking Buttons “Walk for Your Heart”

Walk for your heart in our safe, climate-controlled facility. Use the Field House
Track at the Has ngs High School. M-F (6:30 am-10 pm) and Sat (8 am-3 pm).
Jogging and strollers are permi ed. Day me walkers, prior to first walk, must bring
photo ID to Community Educa on for security scan. Cost is $15, but are just $7.50
for Has ngs Senior Center Members.

Water Exercise

Contact the Center at 651-480-7689 for informa on regarding dates and mes. No
swimming experience required. Held at the Middle School, pool. Cost: $3/session
for members and $4/session for non-Center members.

Yoga Classes

Ricky Larson is a cer fied “Body Awareness Yoga” teacher who has over 4000
hours of teaching experience. $5/class or buy a punch card (6 classes for $27 or 12
classes for $50). Adap ve Yoga for limited mobility will incorporate seated poses
and standing poses using a chair for balance. Mondays (10-11:15 am & 6-7:15 pm),
Wednesdays (10:45-12 noon), and Fridays (9-10:15 am and 10:45 am-12 pm).

Zumba Gold for Seniors

Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit
the needs of the ac ve older par cipant. It is a dance-fitness class that is friendly,
and most of all, fun. Instructor is Susan Herr. Mon/Wed from 9-9:45 am; $4/class.
