The procedure to install software
1. You have been provided with a compact disc
containing the installation files.

2. Enter the compact disc into the CD ROM drive. the
program will autorun
by itself.

8. Type your name and organization
(Optional)
9. Press the button Next.

Click on the [Run setupwinjaws5.exe]

3. You will be presented with a window like the one
below:

Changing the name of the school (Activate the application Winjaws5)

1. You should have been supplied with the Activation Code (16 digits) of DMH Technology.
2. Make sure the PC you are using has a connection to the Internet
3. Open the Winjaws5
4. Select the Tools menu >> Enabling Software
5. Enter the 16-digit Activation Code and click Activate Software

6. The message below will appear showing you Winjaws5 application has been activated successfully

Compacting the database
The size of the database will increase over time as users always add, delete and modify records in it. When we
delete the record from the database, the system will leave empty spaces (voids) in the base data.Melalui
compaction (compression) database size may be reduced.

• Compaction process is completed when the message below is displayed

Changing the password

As you all know, not all information on the timetable can be changed at will. For example: Information on the
subjects and classes will be taught by one teacher can be changed only by an officer who has the distinction of
powers by the school such as senior assistant.

From the main screen click on the icon

Select Tab Password
• Type a new password
• Re-type new password ( This is to make sure
you do not mistakenly type a password)

• Click the button SAVE
• To remove the password, click the Reset

button

When you have put passwords, access any module on
Information Systems Administration and Elementary
School Renovation Tax will only be allowed when you
have typed the correct password via the window as
follows.
• Type the password ( Note: The password is

case-sensitive and sensitive)

• Click the Submit button

List of tables

1. Grid to display a list of tables that have been
generated before. Each time the schedule is
generated you will be asked to give a name
to the table
and it
will be added to this list. The red line
represents the current schedule that will be
used in the module Table View and Print
and Replace.

2. Turn Table

• Select the appropriate schedule

One of the new features available in the application Winjaws5 this system is the ability to draw up the timetable so
that teachers and students do not need to move away from teaching time to reduce the time wasted in travel.

Distribution Blocks Subjects

Each subject has a different distribution of learning time. For example: The number of hours a week to learn the
Malay Language subject for secondary schools is 6 and the distribution used is 3 times "double". Normally Degree
/ form of the same will have the same distribution for each subject. Therefore it is easier to be collected in the
same block distribution.

A constraint is a combination of subjects, classes and teachers who taught without following the normal distribution.
example:

i) Physical Education is taught to combine two classes by two teachers (one male teacher and a
female teacher)

ii) Life Skills is taught by two teachers for each class
iii) Islamic Education and Moral Education are taught simultaneously by combining 2 classes

and 2 teachers
iv) Physical Education to be held in the winter time (the beginning of the end of the morning session or the

afternoon session)
