THE GOAL

The goal is the same as it was from day one. That day being when you gave your word as your bond to teach
civilization to all the human families of the Earth, master civilization and, to remove the devil from the planet Earth. An
ambitious agenda to say the least, and yet the goal and the results of our actions would mean that peace would be
realized and a different reality would be attained and made manifest in the Earth in our time.

Today, it is not enough to just have knowledge of self and others. It is not enough to just know the truth of who
God is, and what is a “real devil”. A that we accomplish in respect of being the possessors of supreme knowledge and
supreme wisdom is for you who are sincere and determined to bring forth change, that is, to make a difference, must
apply what you have learned in a curse of action in order that the results be realized and tangible as productive and
meaningful in our quest for self-reliance and national respect. Today we are confronted with the reality of the truth that
is no longer restricted by the provocateurs and dream merchants who took advantage of our ignorance and lead us
along paths which only enriched them and glorified their ambitions.

The actual facts of our situation as a people is the evidence of how we were manipulated into an acceptance of
religions and other movements by charlatans, and opportunists whose powers of persuasion made us focus our
attention and our energies to an agenda of their own design. And, as hindsight gave us greater clarity as to what was
really underfoot, we discovered that indeed, some were witting agents of the very devils which they had us condemn.
And, because these persons looked as you and I and could detail like experience as one of our own, we put our faith
and trust in their causes making them our causes as well. We dedicated our lives and our wills to ensuring their success,
knowing that within their energy, their bravado and determination, our success as well would be guaranteed. This in my
view has been and still continues to be one of the major contributive factors to our overall dilemma and what has
deterred us from the achievement of our collective and common goals for freedom, justice, peace and prosperity.

For many years the talk has been to build our nation to the level where self-government and self-determination,
as well as self-sufficiency is realized and by doing such we would also achieve happiness and peace. How idealistic were
we, or rather, have we been. Being idealistic does not mean that I am realistic because once the romance with the ro-
mance and dreams are done, the clear facts of reality are seen. Our desire(s) for independence and nationhood is not,
has not, and never will be as easy (as some pretend) as us coming together to make it happen.

We have been made insane (out-of-synch with reality) by our overall resistance to the truth. To live in fantasy is
much easier and less painful. So sad, and guess what? Too bad. For none are looking to save you. You are despised and
rejected still. Yet now it has reached an even greater and depressive level. The self-hate has found root in our women
and our children.

As younger men, naïve as we were in our adolescence and inexperience, we sought to make possible what
others, especially our elders, told us was impossible. Aside from the sell-outs and uncle toms who we rejected, there
were masons whom we accused of operating in secret to keep us blinded by religion and false teachings to hold us
back.

Our goal is to Save The Children. And for this warrior that appears to me to be the point that
many have neglected to realize. However, the men and women whom I identify as my alikes have not in
my estimation forgotten that point. And of course, there are others who promote and live by that
principle. All honor and repect to Gods Allah Child, Kaseem, Forever, Word-Is-Bond Syncere, Earthly
Jewels, Wise Islam, Born Justice, Queen Watesha, Acquasia, Allah Sha, Understanding Allah, Al Jaamaar,
God Reality U Allah, U Allah, Rahmel Allah, Born Black, Justice Hakim Allah, Natural Tahuti Allah, Earth
Raina, Unique Allah, God Mahadi, Father Bushawn, LeAsia Earth, Allah U Justice, Serenity Earth, Big
Divine Allah, and all the Gods and Earths who are connected with the Allah School In Mecca and all those
who have contributed to our growth and development throughout the nine (9) regions of our national
structure. And if I have not mentioned your name here, know that if you are also a builder then your
contribution and teaching no matter how insignificant it may appear to be to others is worthy of respect
and also great.. We are all great. There are no big Me’s or little I’s in this Nation. We all share a part, and
we all matter. After all, we are all that we have. Each and every one of us, with all our diversity of
thought and manner of teaching are the Nation.

Before I continue, I would also like to acknowledge God Powerful Allah and the G.O.D. (Gods

Organized Defense) who are the Nation’s Security Force that provides the security at our Parliaments

and are responsible for keeping order and safety for us at all times. They are also worthy of our

recognition and respect. And I know that at times they may feel that their efforts go unnoticed and

unappreciated. Yet, I God Divine Prince want them to know that I and others alike I, am appreciative and

honored by your presence, your courage, and your humble dedication to doing one of the hardest jobs

there is in our nation. Your job is not easy. It takes courage, commitment, and a special type of ded-

ication to do it. And do it, you brothers and sisters do. And I love and honor each and every one of you

for it. In my eyes you are true builders and a primary example of who and what the true and living are.

And I would also be remiss in my recognition of sincere Gods and Earths if I did not mention Gods

Rasheem Allah and Rasheem Universal Allah who are at every Parliament and most of our events to vide-

otape and record our activities and living history. They are also worthy of our recognition and re-

spect. Peace to them and all the builders.

In continuing on I want to make it clear that no one knows God, and no one knows Earth like God

and like Earth. There is so much publicity and writing of books and innuendo and assumption and short-

sighted fabrication about us that I am compelled to say that, they who stand outside our cipher have got

it twisted, not us. Or rather, we should recognize that we are in possession of the truth, right and exact

as far as our history, our culture and, our true state of condition in this land and throughout the planet

Earth is concerned. What we do not have is universal agreement or a consensus of understanding

amongst our own people. Black people who are still in this day when the truth of matters as to where

they (we) stand in this hostile land, at odds with one another over ideologies, methodologies, egoism,

and self-centered, self-serving, self-righteous attitudes which will not allow us to advance in unity or
collective effort and purpose.

The greatest victims of these self-defeating attitudes and cause-defeating mind games are the
children and young adults who have been left in the lurch and are lost, confused and unable to adjust to
an acceptance of their own social and cultural responsibility. That responsibility, which I, as a young
Black man can remember embracing and working for was, and still is, to assume the leadership of today
and the future for the growth and advancement of our own people. And, outside of the fact, or in spite of
the fact that many of the “old guard” amongst us refused to let go and “pass the baton” (so to speak) we
assumed our roles with pride and determination to bring forth change.

I say all this to remind us all that what worked in the beginning will work now. The children are in
need of Fathers. They are bitter, and resentful and have opted to forge their own way by taking an
alternate route. Indeed, the time is at hand now where the division of thought and the separation of the
young from what I define as our traditional (or long-established) cultural values, where the respect for
the principles of family unity and the importance for their continuous social and economic achievement
through the advancement of education on a national level because of the lack of guidance due to the
breakdown and purposeful destruction of black family structure. The imposed, poverty and exclusion of
our own people from any meaningful advancement and equity (justice afforded to others for their
contributions) and the inherent racism woven into the very fabric of this present American political and
economic system of government have created a rift in the moral and psychological stability of the
majority of our people. The effect being the loss of respect and desire for positive elevation amongst our
young people.

The hedonism (search for pleasure), materialism and inclination towards criminal activity amongst

our young men and women has contributed more to their endangerment than they realize. The apathy
(lack of concern or unwillingness to act) of their elders and indifference of our young for respect of the
laws of civilized society and their embrace of lawlessness and acts of violence and insensitivity towards
spiritual principles of decency and respect for human life has grown in frighteningly epidemic proportions.
And now the quest for emancipation from the oppression and manipulation of the forces responsible for
their condition is distant and mostly non-existent in their minds and ambition(s).

Sadly, for the majority of our young adolescents and adults here in America this has become the

rule rather than the exception. And, one needs only to evidence their daily actions to see or witness the

disheartening and painful truth of my assessment.

There are very few days that can pass when we do not hear, read, or see some young person,
especially black young men and women who are either being killed (murdered) or killing someone.
Including those whom they are close to, such as a friend, parent or other family member, or resident
(neighbor) of their community over B.S. They have, for the most part been swayed by their emotions
and, other deep-seated resentments and unaddressed issues; i.e. -lack of parental guidance,
abandonment, mental-physical-sexual abuse, addictions and latent fears which cause them to act out in
anti-social and other dangerous ways. Their natural self-centeredness as children coupled with the
absence of character-building guidance and the esteem enhancing adult powers-of-example have caused
a rift in the ever-widening chasm between reality and fantasy. And, it has reached a level best described
as critical-mass where to contain it has grown more difficult.

Incarceration and other draconian methods employed (i.e.-institutionalization and medication) are
inadequate at resolving the problem and are a contributing factor towards their, and thus, our imminent
destruction.

“Our Children Are Our Future”!!, “The Babies Are The Greatest”
It may seem as if these terms or slogans have become cliché –or rather they are “truisms” that
have become just something to say. Because, the greatness we seek to attribute to our children and
their potential and make known to the world is not possible and cannot occur because they are headed
along the path of “self-destruction”. Yet, never forget that we are here to “save the babies”. That
above anything else is our objective, our mission and purpose (so to speak). And, unless we put an end
to our lofty ambitions, petty disputes amongst each other, goals which are out-of-synch with the reality
of who and what we are and, agendas which will fall short of our expectations and have further
disastrous effects on the safety and security of our future, our young will not, and cannot and, will never
achieve true freedom and self-determination for themselves. Neither the self-proficiency (adeptness,
know-how) to master civilization and create their own new world. A world free of the manipulative,
unseen hand of the devils who now rule their present world, and seeks to destroy them.

THE CAUSE AND PURPOSE OF THE NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE JOURNAL

Peace
Yes, We the National Intelligence Journal are back. And, we are here to stay. We have been

absent from the scene for three years, and our return in our humble estimation has been both longed for
and widely anticipated by many. The articles and topics of our past editions have received tremendous
praise from many within and outside of the United States of North America. The articles, essays and oth-
er literary and historical works we have brought to the attention of people worldwide have placed the Na-
tional Intelligence Journal in a position of respect and trust in the minds and hearts of the people, and we
are humbled and deeply honored for the acceptance of our publication, The National Intelligence Journal
as both relevant and necessary in these most critical days in time. It is our word to all who support and
identify with our cause, which is to advance the social, political, economic, mental, physical, educational
and spiritual elevation of the human families of the Earth (that is, world-wide) by making that which is
unknown known, and to always bring truth to power, so that the people can be empowered against the
forces opposed to their elevation and advancement. We as an information agency are dedicated to up-
holding the principles of truth, freedom, love, righteousness, and justice.

Allow me to elaborate!
It is upon the truth that we stand. There appears to be a lax in the standards of popular
publications – i.e. newspapers and other information services and media (including the internet) which
profess to bring the news or information relevant to the people by allowing lies and theories and
disinformation to take precedent over the facts. In fact there is an overwhelming lack of ethical principles
that has corrupted the print and broadcast organizations responsible for informing the public (the people)
of the truth of the affairs and the events which affect their lives on a daily basis. So much so that they
are to be considered a tool of the devil rather than an asset in the people’s attempt at learning and
understanding what these matters really mean. Instead the people are kept ignorant and misinformed by
being given a distorted view of reality by those who control and work in these various forms of media –
i.e., radio, television, newspapers, books, movies, magazines, as well as the world wide web of
information networks popularly known as the internet which is saturated with disinformation and outright
lies, resulting in misinformed people who are ignorant, savage, and dangerous because they are out-of-
synch with reality and unwitting tools of the devil and pose a threat to not only their own selves yet
equally our forward advance and progress as a Nation. Yet, it is the position of the National Intelligence
Journal that once the people have been equipped with the truth, and are made aware of the truth of their
deception that they will put an end to their oppressors rule. It will mean that politics and religion will be
seen for what they actually are, and will be destroyed and freedom and justice will be the order of the
day rather than the continued chaos which has ruled the people’s conditions for centuries.
We as Journalist’s who are aware of traditional print and broadcast media’s role in continuously
distorting facts and putting deceptive “spins” on the truth of world events, the manipulation and
maneuvering of the naïve and gullible masses of people who are seeking answers and solutions to the
predicaments of their mutual social and political disorders are mindful that those communication and
information agencies and their associates are complicit in their masters’ goal of keeping them blind to the
truth and powerless in the face of their agenda.
One, Mr. John Swinton, a recent and former Chief of Staff for the New York Times Newspaper
organization whom many considered to be the most respected journalist and administrator in his
profession did confess at a New York Press Club affair some 55 years ago that:

“There is no such thing, at this date of the world’s history, in America, as an independent press.
You know it, and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you
did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest
opinion out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things,
and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking
for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my newspaper, before twen-
ty-four hours my occupation would be gone. The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth; to lie
outright; to pervert; to vilify; to fawn at the feet of mammon, and to sell his country and his race for his
daily bread. You know it and what folly is this toasting an independent press? We are the tools and
vassals of rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our
talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes.

Mr. Swinton quoted here from the publication (book) Multiple Contributors, A U.S. Police Action: Operation
Vampire Killer, The American Citizens and Lawmen Association, pp. 18,19 describes exactly why The National
Intelligence Journal is organized and dedicated to it’s cause.

Freedom is our goal. “Freedom from what? ”One might say. It is such a broad term and has
significance to so many on so many levels. Freedom in its most basic context or simplest form means to
be free of the constraints or domination of another, or to be emancipated. It is the process of being free.
And in as much as it is a process, it means that there are steps which have to be taken in order to
achieve freedom. For freedom is not free, and requires that an effort be made to attain it. When a person
is free it means that they are emancipated or rather that they have been set free.

The National Intelligence Journal is dedicated to the principle of Freedom. And seeks as an
instrument of education to inform the people as to the exact nature and cause of their enslavement, and
thus their desperate predicament as being powerless to change that condition due to the lack of
knowledge of the why, what, and most important, who is responsible for that circumstance. It is our
contention that the path to Freedom is through knowledge and education. This humble publication is
dedicated to that premise with full understanding that Freedom in fact will come from knowledge applied
not just learned. We seek to be a vanguard in that process. To attain permanency as a significant and
relevant ally in the peoples resistance and efforts to break the stranglehold that the Illuminati holds on
them.

The first step is to break the cipher of ignorance which abounds in this land of our discontent. To
admit that we are lacking in the necessary facts of our internment in this land and our enslavement to a
system of government which is structured in such a way as to make us conduct our social and
commercial affairs under the fear, and threat of exclusion from the benefits of full participation in the
so-called American dream. We who have been and continue to be easily lead in the wrong direction and
hard to be lead in the right direction are constantly finding ourselves the targets of adverse and racist
actions by those who are intent upon murdering us and destroying our children and our children’s
children.

And yet, they still continue at participating in the manipulation and maneuvering of the naïve and
gullible masses of people who are seeking answers and solutions to the predicaments of their mutual
social and political disorders are mindful that those communication and information agencies and their
associates are complicit in their masters’ goal of keeping them blind to the truth and powerless in the
face of their agenda.

We still continue to seek justice and equality from those who despise us and seek the above. We
foolishly look to religion and politics as the answer to our dilemma. It astounds even our avowed enemies
how with all that they seek to have us endure that we still have the capacity to advocate loving our en-
emies. No other people are quite as forgiving and naïve as our own. Here you stand powerless and a
laughing stock before the civilized people of our planet who know full well that our oppressors are the
true devils in the Earth while you sheepishly submit to the lies of your former slave master’s and their
progeny (children) exhibiting greater love and respect for them rather than your own kind. You stand
willing to fight their wars and defend the principles of his hypocritical so-called democracy and to honor
them to a point of insane reverence rather than contend with them for the respect and justice which for
you have been long overdue.

The sleeping masses of oppressed people all over the Earth are waking up while you continue to
slumber and dream the dream of a life after death. You embrace the false testimony of the churches,
seeking aid and relief from an invented Jesus and prophets which never existed. You are left lost and
without any knowledge of reality. Rather, let me say that you have lost the knowledge of the reality of
who you are, where you are at, who you are amongst, and what your power as a people truly is. All
because you have been subject to a physical, mental and spiritual assassination of your true self and cast
into a matrix (artificial world) governed by real devils who have kept you deaf, dumb and blind to the
reality of your true self by the manipulation and deception of lies (false history) and corrupt government
(law).

willing to internalize, absorb and utilize its power to destroy the real devils (the Illuminati masters)
influences of ignorance and deception on the human family. It is our quest to end their rule over the
intelligence of Man.

In closing, we the executives and staff of The National Intelligence Journal are honored and
appreciative to be in a position to operate as a source of reliable information on the concerns and issues
which an ever awakening new generation of conscious people all over the Earth are seeking to
understand. As stated earlier in this article our viewpoint on the critical matters which we will address is
that we as journalists understand that it is our responsibility to deliver the actual facts (the truth) to the
people. We are free, independent and fully self supporting in our operations. We as an agency are
obliged by our word to be honest and absolute in our deliverance of the truth to our readers and to all of
our people wherever they may be found throughout the Earth. Our founder stresses continuously that the
legitimate desires of the people for peace and understanding can never be denied. Our thirst for Truth,
Love, Freedom, Peace and especially Justice is much stronger than the Devils force and technology

Who Are The 99% ?

Excerpt From the Book = A is for Allah - Allah World Manifest by God Justice Hakim Allah

Most of those who call themselves the 99% are really 9% of the 10%, fighting for acceptance of the so-
called elite that is called the 1%. The 10% are the rich, Slave makers of the poor, those who teach that the True
and Living Cod is a spook and cannot be seen by the physical eye; otherwise known as the Blood Suckers of the
poor.

The Rich are the American Blue Bloods (WASP), whose families have billions; whose off springs are born
into wealth and so-called privilege and marry each other to keep the wealth in their circles. The Occupied Wall
Street Movement call these people the 1%. The Slave Makers of the poor are the Corporations (modern
plantations) owned and operated by the Rich and their followers (workers in management) who rule the Fascist
State that is called the United States Corporation or, The United States of America which is a corporation. A fas-
cist state is when the governing body is merged with the corporations. In Nazi Germany the government took
over the corporations. In America the corporations are taking over the government. Those who teach that the
True and Living God is a spook and cannot be seen by the physical eye are the religious leaders; who keep the
masses asleep worshipping a lie and false dreams. All together with the elite of the Secret Societies and their
followers are the Blood Suckers of the poor. They are sucking the life blood out of the poor spiritually economi-
cally, educationally, through entertainment, mentally, sexually, medically, through foods and physically.

Those who are leading the protest and most of the young protesters in the Occupied Wall Street Move-
ment are the children and the followers of the 10%. Who, when they stop crying about no jobs, high cost of tui-
tion in college and get what they want which is corporate jobs and their tuition paid, then graduate, will work for
the very 1% against the interest of the masses who are the 85%.

The 85% are the uncivilized people because they have been indoctrinated academically and through reli-
gion; deprived of the social equality of the 10%. When the 85% learn how filthy the 10% are in all their affairs
they would want to get far away from their social non-equality and them. They (85%) are taught to live on a low
base reality, close to the animal kingdom (low desires). They are taught to eat the wrong foods to keep them on
a low vibration. Foods like: soul food, fast foods (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendi’s, etc.), genetically modified
foods and, chemical non-foods. They are the people who fill up the hoses of worship in all religion; praying to a
power outside themselves. Praying to a Mystery God, when the God Power is within them. They are so well put to
sleep ovr the centuries by religion that they are called sheep by the 10%, WHO SHEPARD THEM WHEREVER THEY
WANT TO GO. People (85%) when told the truth are hard headed and resist the truth and some want to hurt or
kill the truth tellers (5%). Reason being they are so well indoctrinated in falsehood by the 10%. So the 5% have a
hard job striving to expand their consciousness: thus help them free themselves from the Matrix of the 10%.

Sojourner Truth said (and I paraphrase); ’I freed thousands of slaves and I could have freed many
thousands more, only if they knew they were slaves’. The 85% are 14th Amendment Slaves of a mental death and
power; also legally. The 13th and 14th Amendments of the American Constitution standardizing slavery. These
amendments did not free anybody, just enslaved the White population with the Blacks and others. In the Matrix
movie the character Morpheus (Morphine) asked Neo (the One) did he want to know the truth. The truth he said,
“is that you are a slave Neo”. Morpheus was a preacher/prophet figure. His name implies the drug morphine, a
substance that puts people to sleep and nod out on reality. Karl Marx is said to have said, “religion is the opiate
of the people”. (Never a truer statement) Neo being respelled is One. The One which we all are (ALLAH / Su-
preme Power and Force / The All In All) did not know that he was in the Matrix. Like the 85% don't know who the
True and Living God is or their origin in this world.

We are in a Matrix designed by the !% of the !0% by manipulating the consciousness of the 85%. The oth-
er 9% don't know they are in a Matrix either because the elite desire to make slaves out of all they can so they
can rob them and live in luxury. Only the elite 1% knows the truth.

The 5% are the poor righteous teachers, who do not believe in the teachings of the 10%. In reality they do
not believe in anything because they are Knowers, not Believers. Who teach that the True and Living God is the
Supreme Being (on this plane), Blackman from Asia (at one time the Earth was called Asia). Better known as the
Asiatic Blackman (a melanin dominate man/womb man) with God Consciousness. Who teaches Freedom, Justice
and Equality to ALL HUMAN FAMILIES OF THE PLANET EARTH: BLACK, BROWN, RED, YELLOW AND WHITE. I
know by saying, ’The Blackman is God’ may be perceived as a bias statement but, there is no more Supreme Be-
ing on Earth than the Blackman, contrary to White Supremacy. The elite 1% worship the Black land, Khemet.
Egyptian ancient knowledge of the Blackman which was so vast some cannot attribute it to the Blackman be-
cause of White Supremacy indoctrination. Some even go so far as saying their knowledge came from space peo-

The 1% worships the Blackman in secret and openly if one would look carefully. The elite 1% are all White

men who practice devilment to achieve their ends. Lying, stealing, child kidnapping for rituals and sex, rape,

murder, starting and profiting on wars, pollution of land, sea and air, hording and stealing natural resources from

the masses (85%) keeping life saving and betterment technology to themselves. Yes, these White men are Devils

evident by their continued devilment. And those 9% who call themselves 99% are their followers. Watch and see

when the 1% employs them. They won’t bite the hand that feeds them; like the Hippies of the 60’s and 70’s who

joined the corporate 1% structure.

The 85% won’t be given DAT’S to return to court. No overnights in jail for standing up for jobs, housing

and a living wage. Laws are being made to declare them terrorist. Some will be killed or put into concentration

camps that are already built with coffins stacked high, Some of the 9% of the 10% are making like they are of the

99% (agents) leading the 85% in the wrong direction as designed. Remember the 85% are easily led in the wrong

direction. There will be no charges, no release dates. Some will be kept and no one will know where they are at.

This is no conspiracy theory, these are facts soon to be made manifest under the notion of them being domestic

terrorists. They are only striving for their rights to housing, a living wage, health care, good food, clean water

and to live in peace. There will be no peace. The 10% believe in ’order out of chaos’ to rule the masses (85%).

More wars, more hunger, more control of the masses. Look around the world; people are revolting for change,

and most movements are being taken over or even started by agents (9%) of the 1%. Problem-Reaction-Solution

is the name of the game. The only way to survive the hell and doom that is creeping into the brain and body is to

depend on the 5%. So beware in 2012 and beyond. The 1% is not giving in to demands lightly. Mark my words;

blood will be in the streets around the country and world.

Who are the 99%?. They are the 85% being tricked by the agents (9%) to be victims of the 1%. Their ide-

als and purposes are noble but not well planned or concentrated. Their fight is on the spiritual plane not occupy-

ing places on the earth only. The forces of the universe are lining up giving them spiritual power to win their ob-

jectives but they must first know thy self, set goals on a higher plane, then activate their God Power over the

1% / 10% devilish forces. The police are not their enemy, nor the armed forces. Ignorance of who are the 1% /

10% and their selves are. May they be blessed with the light of love which is an elevation of supreme under-

standing. Make your own jobs and give yourself a living wage. Do what you love or like in life (supply and de-

mand) and you never work a

day in your life.

NO.8 response and encouragement we have received for our efforts in bringing to the people the
truth of matters as they relate to our unique circumstance as a nation and as persons. The

means or methods by which the devils who are responsible for the wretchedness which has

seem beyond their reach causing dissatisfaction and wars as the results of the designed
PLE (deliberate) agenda of the persons and forces which seek to impose total control upon us. I use
OF the term agenda in description of their intentions for complete and utter control of our planet’s
people and their government’s and resources because they have a timetable in place for the
REALITY achievement of their goals.

Yet, for all of the dissatisfaction and chaos and conflicts, wars and engineered
pandemics (spread of planet wide disease), undermining and destruction of the autonomous
sovereignty of nations and their economies and ecology (natural balance) causing the people to
fight and kill one another, and even worse, through the promotion of false gods and religions
which give the people false hope and throw them deeper into the abyss of ignorance,
dissatisfaction and savagery (the loss of the knowledge of self, others and purpose,
the ignorance of who and what is responsible for all the above is great and seemingly without
solution. Such is the tragedy which confronts us in these days and times.

The Divine Principle Newsletter is a communications component of The National
Intelligence Communications Network and the mission of this publication as well as all of our
organizational components essentially, is to bring light (truth) to the people in order that they
(and you) may have access to correct knowledge (right and exact information) which is intend-
ed to empower us to take back the control of our planet and our lives and destiny.

And this requires that we not only identify the problems and contradictions which prevail, yet

also the root cause of the dilemma - the who, what, where, the why and especially the how. We

need the complete facts in order to achieve complete understanding. Which no one single entity

can give you. Neither one particular person, place or thing. We need intelligence generated from

diverse and credible sources in order that we may be able to validate our research and be in a

position to construct the realistic means to counter the assault which they, our oppressors have

loosed upon the human family. And this is no simple task. I wont front and attempt to project to

you that what is required by our scientists in application of solution is simple to achieve. I Divine,

alike as you, realize that a process of endeavor to uncover the root cause of all that is wrong in

our reality must be initiated. We as scientists must assume an attitude of perseverance (persistence above all costs

and by all means) and be vigilant (disciplined in our observance) in order to uncover the truth of all matters and

manners of the deceptions which have been employed by the children of Yakub, who are cloaked - that is shield-

ed from our inquiry or examination through systematic methods which prevent our identification of the actual per-

sons, groups and family units (bloodlines) who are in control of the planet at this present time. I do not desire to get

too deep or come off as profound in my analysis, because I, in my humility am among those who realize that God

and Earth understand what others only see. The righteous teacher who is within our cipher - The Nation of Gods

and Earths must assume a posture of consideration for the mental and spiritual growth of our people. Especially the

young who in all honesty will be the ones to bring forth the change of the current power relationship of authority and

control of the Earth. You and I have the responsibility to deliver to them the correct knowledge and wisdom of the

science of everything in life. We must come to terms with the truth that they, the children of this world who are the

greatest, must contend with. You and I will also bring forth change in our lifetimes. Yet, it is for them, our children

that we must in our promotion of the common cause, which is to free man from the rule and influence of these

devil be a guide for the children to conquer Yakub. And that is through education.

What is it that we always say? : Proper Education Always Corrects Errors!! For the purpose of this article let us

view education as a means to acquire information or intelligence. Education in this respect benefits us because the

information acquired or learned enables us to apply such intelligence in order to affect our environment or world as

we desire.

This reality is directly related to our principle of applying patience in our education process. It is also expressed

that a Five Percent is patient and will instruct others with patience. It is wise that we take this course in our teaching

of civilization to the people. Especially to the children. What we are building requires that we put into process

methods which will bring forth results. For the majority of our people have been so damaged from centuries of

treacherous behavior on the part of our enemies, where advancement through education seems unattainable. We

see that the ambitions of our young people have been surrendered to hopelessness and apathy (indifference). And,

even more disheartening is the very real fact that this defeatist attitude has crossed over class lines. Where those of

our people who are fortunate to have achieved social and economic advantage and political influence, those whom in

the past we identified as the black bourgeoisie, are witnessing their children fall a victim to the sway of the same

attitude and fail in their life’s endeavors.

It is necessary if we expect to achieve credibility and validation for our understanding of what we advocate are

the reasons or underlying cause of the present wretchedness (misery; unhappiness) that has consumed our planet

and the human families which now occupy her then we are going to have to be true to our culture and no other. You

and I who have attained the state of God consciousness should not be dissatisfied with self no matter what our social

or economic station (situation) in life be. Those who attain righteousness and live by the truth are not confined to

the six of ignorance and stagnation. We have attained power when we as God and Earth live by the truth of our

understanding and the Supreme Mathematics of Reality, and are never limited to the shortcomings of the slaves

of mental death and power. Where others seek validation and praise for their accomplishments we build for the

elevation and advancement of the children. Not only our children, yet all children all over the planet. It is they who

are in all reality the living and essential proof of our contention (insight and assertion).

Their (the children of our planet) advancement is contingent (dependent) upon your educating against religion

and devilishment. All religion. It must be destroyed. And first on the list is the Jesuits. The powerbrokers and army of

the Catholic Church. Whose popes and bishops are responsible for the usurping (taking over) and supplanting

(replacing) of the legitimate governments of the nations of the Earth through the methods their originator (Yakub)

did teach them in their beginning. The grafted man, which is not a man yet mankind who succeeded in their

deceptions through the interorientation, or undermining of their cultures by the standards or tactics we acknowledge

in the wisdom build (28th) lesson of our 1-36, and the culture or freedom lesson (4th) of the 1-14 or Lost-Found

Muslim Lesson No.1. These degrees highlight how they are masters of infecting a nations people with dissatisfactions

that lead to conflicts and wars where the people are placed at odds amongst themselves. And time after time the

results prove to be disastrous, where actual history reveals the breakup, breakdown and, breaking apart of civ-

ilizations. Yes, We, the Gods and Earths are here, and we are clear as to not only whom the real devils are, yet also

the methods they have employed and will continue to use as long as they remain hidden, and amongst us.

We give all honor and respect to our predecessors for the truth they have imparted to us throughout the
course of our experience in the trials and tribulations we, as a people have endured here in North America, and
throughout the Earth. We are grateful for their courage and determination to defend our existence and purpose as a
people who were lost and in need of their intervention to set us free from the ignorance that lead us astray, left us
disoriented (at a complete loss) and, powerless to be who we in reality actually were. Many came. Their names too
numerous to list. Yet, for us One had the ability to make it clear, Allah - The Father. And so, we are clear. We know
where the deceptions, and lies, hypocrisies and false accounts which lead us down paths to a desired yet
unattainable freedom from our oppressors are manifested and exactly who is responsible

And now, the reality of what lies ahead for us is almost unimaginable as the reality of what truly is at hand,
and by whose hand mind-boggling events of tragedies, horrific acts of violence and mayhem (chaos, disorder) and
the steady disintegration of civilization by those opposed to our elevation and progress as a righteous people is to be
dealt. And, it is a shame, that those who are to be affected the most, continue to keep on blindly and unconsciously
seeking to attain success (happiness) in a world of fantasy and illusion (America) that is only too real in its insidious
(deceptive) snares of enticements (subtle persuasions) whose only results will be suffering and death.

Those who are most in need of our assistance are the masses of unaware eighty-five percenter’s who are the
poor, the uneducated and, they who are prone to savagery and lawlessness in this land of their dissatisfaction. What
can we do? What must be done? If these questions are prevalent in your mind and, you are wearing our Universal
Flag and proclaiming love for our Father Allah and manifesting that you are God and Earth then I suggest that you
find the closest mirror to gaze into, look yourselves in the eye (all 3) and question yourself as to what is wrong with
you. For you see, YOU are the solution. How the hell is a true and living Five Percent in this cipher of Gods and
Earths, the Supreme Intelligent amongst the human family of this planet confounded (confused) and, without
solution???

Are you truly one of us. One with Mathematics? Then, you already know God and Earth. You must teach.
Teach the truth as you know it, and as you see it. That’s the solution. Yet, if you have not heard, and do not know
what we teach and what we, this nation is building to achieve, it is dedicated to the growth and development, the
advancement of the children educationally, socially, economically and yes politically. In that order. Make it clear.
Make it born.

There are those amongst us, and those who stand outside of our cipher. They come to us either as
inquisitors, knowers, provocateurs (troublemakers), disputers and naysayers, etc. Yet, the worse are those who are
adamant to work within our bounds to enforce religious dogma to take you off-course from our objective. We are
here to make our country (America), and the world, strong against the negative supplanters and destroyers of
civilization. To supplant or replace the current social order of America by treachery and force of deception, and mur-
der as the devils who now control our land and resources is not and should not be our goal. We are here to build a
positive and different reality for this country and the world.

I am compelled as God to remind the reader that I write to inspire the Five Percent whoever and wherever
they may be, and whomever they may be, to understand that regardless to their intellectual or spiritual advocations
there is a different reality being born. A process which was initiated by Allah’s Suns and Daughters and we are not
turning back. All that I have expressed in the above is the reality of the posture and stance we must take in
addressing the need for a new approach and for all intents and purposes a greater application of our knowledge and
wisdom for the task which is at hand.

The Knowledge Cipher lesson in the 1-14 informs us that the prophet Muhammad learned that he could not
reform the devil, so they had to be murdered. Then, as we advanced in our learning our lessons also informed us in
the Understanding Culture or Freedom degree in the 1-40 that all the prophets have tried to reform him devil yet
were unable to. And so, we have agreed to take him off the planet, our Earth. No prophet came to us. Although
many came under such titles in their avocations. Only to fall short in spite of their best intentions. They came with
religions and politics, and failed us. Allah, The Father came to us, not as a reformer yet, rather as a transformer of
our thinking and thus our actions.

Reform means to improve something by removing its faults. Transform means to change something totally.
Our lessons are right and exact and are in accordance with the application of the Living Mathematics of reality as
our Father made it clear, and our own historical and personal experience has assured us, that there is no possibility
of a devil ever being reformed. Clearly we are alerted that the devil is 100% weak and wicked and will not keep,
neither obey (respect) the laws of Islam, so they must be murdered. To murder them means to defeat them and
their plans to defeat us completely. Don’t misunderstand. We recognize that the devil we are contending with is not
essentially a man or any particular group of men. For men are subject to imperfection, and either live or die
according to their actions. Those who would dare to stand against the laws of civilization and righteousness shall
perish by the iniquities (crimes) wrought by their own hand. It is the idea as explained by the Wisdom Culture or
Freedom lesson in the 1-40. Where there is an idea, there is the thought which produced the idea. So there is a mind
at work, a mentality or systemized intelligence which is determined to continue to rule through the insidious
(sinister) deceptions of religion and politics.

I, God Divine Prince could expand on this for days. Yet, I must remain focused on the subject at hand
because the reality is that We, as Allah - The Father’s Five Percent, The Gods and Earths are the transformers
building for a total (complete) change in the present world order where ignorance and fear kept alive by politics and
religions hypocritically stand against our progress. Both must be taken out of the Earth. There is no improving upon
imperfection. And we cannot expect to achieve success, that is fulfill our goals, unless we face reality and come to
terms with the fact that there is an organized effort in motion right now which seeks to disrupt, discredit and
disassemble our process of building to make Allah’s world manifest the living reality.

This is evident by the actions and behaviors of many who are now coming forth wearing our Flag, saying that
they represent us and are seeking to influence our thinking and manner of teaching and relating our culture and
science to the people. They have caused some amongst us to entertain other branches of knowledge which run coun-
ter to our teachings, and the counterproductive results are now evident as we hear at our Parliaments ideas and as-
pirations, conceptions and theories not grounded in the reality of our peoples actual conditions and needs. And, if it
is expressed and displayed for us at Parliament, then it is little wonder why there is opposition to what they are
showing to the people, by the people. It is no mystery to us who are true and living and have a grip on reality why
they are having difficulties in getting the people, and especially the children, even most of their own children, to side
with them in their attempts to make their ideas walk and talk. Because they (their teachings or ideologies) are not
adequate nor up to the task.

Our life and indeed our progress and the growth and development of our children and, all the children is
contingent upon the right and exact application of our Supreme Mathematics, Supreme Language (Alphabet) and
120 Degrees. And, I also assert that these tools are only effective to bring forth our desired results by those who are
just and true and have internalized their power, and thus, possess the power to transform the present reality of cha-
os (disorder and lawlessness) to one of Peace and unity amongst the human family.

God is the Peacemaker. For God and, our Earths as well, this is not difficult in my view. It only appears to be
because of the mass resistance to change by those in power, and their slaves of mental death and powerlessness
(lack of power), the 85%. You, and I who made the Five Percent decision (remember that!!) and have remained
steadfast in our discipline of learning and teaching of the science of everything in life have qualified ourselves to
assume the responsibility of bringing forth a different reality. We realize that the imperfection of hell has held sway
over the thinking and actions of the limited mind of the devils who are presently in control of the Earth and are
indignant (resentful) to the fact of their time to rule being over. It is your time. And the forces which they have
gathered to assist them in their stand in their last day, are powerful and courageous and willing to fight to the death
to insure their victory over you. You who are God, whose proper name is Allah should be aware that they have no
intention of just handing over to you, the rightful maker and owner of the Earth the power which they have held for
the past 6,000 years.

As I have been telling you all along. No one is going to give us anything. You and I can ask for power, beg
for it, petition for it, lobby for it, pray for it, yet in the long run we will have to take it. No if’s, and’s or but’s about
it. Do not get it twisted. This is real. Everything is real. They already have put into effect systems whereby our trials
(tests of will) and tribulations (troubles) at home and abroad are great and we have got to master the deceptions,
illusions, conflicts amongst ourselves, the procrastinations, apathy, self-hate, self-denial, and most of all fear. Fear in
all of its manifestations. Master fear and you have mastered hell. That is our peoples’ primary stumbling block to
success.

Yes we desire a better condition for ourselves and our children and the children they will produce. Our
inheritor’s. The young God’s and Earth’s for whom we are building to empower them to assume the positions of
leadership and power in the Earth must begin to see the real and tangible results of our building.

That is the long and short of it. They cannot advance to the level of leadership and independence as the
inheritors of a nation of dreamers and failure. We want them to be successful in all their endeavors. How is it going
to be possible when the unity, respect and goals we should be aspiring towards as one collective body of people, with
a common purpose are not living out their mathematics to show and prove that they are supreme?

Our lessons inform us that we have the power to destroy the devil in one day, without ourselves falling a
victim. What greater incentive do we need than the reality of whom we are, what our power is, and what must be
done? I can think of no greater ambition than to live our lives today for the children who will bring forth a greater
tomorrow. The time is now, and it is at hand in the reality of the present day, not yesterday.

Peace, I hope that you Understand that you must overstand it all.

THE UNIVERSAL FLAG . 1

In 1965 Allah instructed all of the First Born to either go back to school or get a job.
This the First Born of Medina did without hesitation while the majority of us enrolled in Youth
Leadership and Training programs (at that time sponsored by the Office of Economic
Opportunity). Some of us enrolled in Vocational and Cultural Programs. We received $38.63 a
week. The Leadership program paid slightly more. Believe it or not, back then this was enough
for us to rent a furnished room, buy food, a few pieces of clothing, and still take a sister to a
show if we wanted to. Anyway, I managed to enroll in both programs (don’t ask how). The
Leadership Program for the money, however I have always had a genuine love for art even
while in the grave, but I was too foolish and too busy seeking a degree in streetology to pursue it while in public school.
The art program gave us all the material that we needed and before long my little furnished room seemed to have more
art material than the Art Department itself. This allowed me to work on subjects that related to our teachings such as
portraits of W.D. Fard Muhammad, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad and The Father. What amazed me most were the
Universe and its relations to us here on the planet. So, the majority of my oils and drawings were of the Sun, Moon and
Stars. One, which I considered my masterpiece, was of our Solar System, with a mathematical breakdown of all the
Planets. I was so proud of this drawing that I painted it on the ceiling of my furnished room. When the old Jewish
landlord saw it he nearly had a heart attack. I never found out whether it was because of what I painted, or because of
what I did to his ceiling!
One day I decided to take this picture to The Father. He had always showed an interest in our works and
achievements, and I knew I would receive some constructive criticism. This day I met The Father and Justice on 126th
Street. The Father complimented the picture and then asked me ro walk with them. As we walked he began to explain
the errors that I had made and what was the proper order of the Universe. Brothers and sisters do not ask where we
walked because I do not know. I do know that as I walked, he taught. I recall feeling as though we were walking
through the Universe itself. All I recall seeing was the things he spoke about, the Sun, the Planets, the Stars, Haley’s
Comet, other Comets, shooting Stars, falling Stars, Space Voids (now called Black Holes). After what seemed like a
personal tour of the Universe, I recall him saying “And remember, Equality can never get above Allah. Six when drawn
up to its fullest Equality shall distill back to whence she came. To her 7 is an impossibility!!!” With this I realized that we
were at the train station. While the conversation seemed to have lasted only a short period of time, when we began it
had been broad daylight and now it was pitch dark. The Father told me that I wouldn’t understand everything that he
had told me, only that I would see it in what? _ Time!! With that we said PEACE and I got on the train to Medina.

In a sea of ignorance, and the feeble attempts of the wicked to conceal the true and living God which is the Son of Man!

The Cipher (circle) around the Allah Crescent Star is Black, the original color of the Sun (anything that burns that
hot and that long can’t be yellow!). This symbolizes the Sun, the Universal symbol of Truth and Light, and whose power can evap-
orate all clouds of deception (lies).

The Eight Points are the symbol of the ever-expanding Universe and symbolize the rays of the Sun, and the speed and
distance that the truth is capable of traveling. There are two sides to each point; the left is Black. This represents the Original
Blackman. The right side is Gold. The Gold represents Brown and Yellow Seeds (from the first of the Brown to to the last of the
Yellow).

Just as Jacob separated the seeds, 200 years from Black to Brown, 200 years from Brown to Yellow, and 200 years from
Yellow to Caucasian. Allah taught us that each Brother should have a seed, thus He reunited the seeds, united as they are One!
The eight points are a sign of He who is the Master Builder of Rain, Hail, and Earthquakes! There are sixteen sections of the
points, one for each year and degree that our seeds (child) must master before he is at the age of self-responsibility and required
to teach civilization.

I have given you a basic knowledge of the Flag and it’s history. A complete understanding would have to cover every
minute math term and angle from Solomon’s Child to the Compass and Square to Galaxy M83, however, I hope that this will
answer most of the questions that the Gods have been requesting by mail. There will be more on the Flag in coming issues.

Wisdom that was manifested by the honorable Elijah Muhammad and revealed to us by Almighty God ALLAH , it is solid yellow !
Together the Star and Crescent stands for Knowledge and Wisdom which is the unity of knowing it and speaking it (teaching). It
also symbolized the Earth (Woman with Child) a Planet that has Life, and the dominance the woman has over the Seed (the child or
the Knowledge) while it is young, and has been the symbol of Freedom, Justice and Equality since the awakening of Islam in the
West of North America.

The seven has seven sides, it symbolizes the Original Man, the True and Living God, the Supreme Being, Almighty God ALLAH.
Since the very creation of mathematics 7 has been the mathematical terminology for the Creator of the Universe. It is solid Black.
Together this stands for the Supreme Understanding that was revealed to us by Almighty God ALLAH himself, it shows a
unification of Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding. Man, Woman and Child. It shows the authority of ALLAH over the planets
and Stars and the proper order of the Universe. The seven symbolizes the male seed in full bloom, it shows that God must be the
most high. The Master of Wisdom, Culture and Equality at all times, because they are six and can never dominate ALLAH, so they
must remain in six or distill back to whence they came! Thus no part of the crescent moon should ever show over the top of the sev-
en!!!

The white background symbolizes the white clouds of deception that have drowned our people in a sea of ignorance, and the feeble

Our logo or symbol contains 2 ciphers representing the new world or Age of Aquarius eclipsing
the old world or Age of Pisces. The Square - which contains both worlds when viewed with the
eye of God or the 7. The Square - represents the foundation of Religion and Politics that
supports the old world. The 7 is also symbolic of Universal Law (Allah). What goes around,
comes around. The approximate 26,000 years process of one age giving way to the next
(approx. 25,800 years) is symbolized by the motion of the new world (Aquarius) growing and
eclipsing the old world (Pisces). The Star - is symbolic of Power. The Power of Love, Peace,
Truth and Freedom whose reality is based upon the guiding principle of Justice, or the

stands as a true and living power-of-example for all to aspire towards. She has
achieved much in her life. She is a tenured (attained permanent status) Public School
teacher for the Hempstead (Long Island, New York ) Middle Schools system. She has been a licensed educator for
almost 20 years. She is a respected professional and, her name and standing as an Earth of this Nation is recognized
and respected by her employers and colleagues alike. She is also a member of the female component of the G.O.D.
(Gods Organized Defense). The Security Force of our Nation in Region 1. She is as well a mother and a counselor, and
consoler for the motherless. I could go on and on. Yet I know her best by her humility, strength of character and

Peace.

It is indeed an honor to present to you this ninth edition of The National Intelligence Journal. I
trust that it will be well received as I intend to bring forth clarity to my stance or view of how I see our
present situation and condition as a people and as a Nation here in America and throughout the world
(that is, all over the Earth). This edition no. 9 is dedicated to Allah – The Father and all the predecessors
who are responsible for our birth and establishment as a Nation. We, who are the Nation of Gods and
Earths and are His (Allah’s) Five Percent. All respect and honor to those who laid the foundation for our
teaching and for whom we advocate our cause.

It has been 40 years to the date of the release of this ninth edition of The National Intelligence
Journal since the assassination of our Father Allah. This current publication which I God have signatured

to be the SHOW AND PROVE 2009 edition is intended to honor our great nation and eve-
ry God and Earth who proclaim to be one with us and advocate for our cause as a peo-
ple dedicated to building a world of truth and righteousness for the human families of the
planet Earth, specifically and especially for the children who are the future and our planet’s
greatest natural resource. I trust that I will do justice in this presentation as I seek to bring
forth clarity as to where WE-THE NATION OF GODS AND EARTHS, who are ALLAH’S
FIVE-PERCENT truly stand here in America (USA) and all over the planet Earth.

OUR STAND

Lofty titles have been assigned to us and our society. By those who would like nothing better than
to have us think that we are what we are not. So quickly do they use our Father’s name to advance their
agenda. You will hear them say that “Allah said this” and, “the Father said that”; “I was there when He
said what He said”. “He broke the lessons down like this” or, “He, Allah never said that”; “He, Allah must
have meant to say this, or put it this way”.

On and on they go and their intentions never lead to understanding. The result is always
mis-understanding. Which is why there is always confusion and conflict amongst us. They who would
attach beliefs and invented or imagined occurrences to our Father are indeed as problematic to us today
as they were yesterday.

I am grateful to and grateful for those predecessors who are still amongst us that are willing to
give us the truth of who our Father, Allah was and not place Him on the pedestal of idol worship and
demagoguery (false reality), or as someone or something other than a man.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the Gods of Mecca and All in Region One such as
Dumar Wade’ Allah, our National Representative, Allah B, the Director of Programs at our national head-
quarters The Allah School In Mecca, God Um Allah, the Chairman of The Allah Youth Center In Mecca Inc.
and others who come to mind such as Divine Education from Medina, Wise Jamel and Akmin from Mecca
and Allah Sha Sha from Pelon and others who knew Allah as children. Even Azreal, who was the first
white Five Percent that spent time with Allah at Mattawan and others whom I have had the honor and
privilege to meet and converse with and learn from as to whom our Father was and what he stood for
firsthand. For they knew Allah, the man, broke bread with Him, were taught and counseled by Him. In
other words knew Him and respected Him not only as The Father, yet also as their Father. They who are
men today, yet as children were his Five-Percent.

So they know. Outside of any speculation and theorized assessment or analysis of who He was
and what He stood for, these men knew Him, and are still with us today 40 years since His assassination
and carry within their hearts and minds the remembrance of and true history of our Father. May they
continue to be rewarded with longevity of life and purpose as we continue to grow and advance and yes,
prosper here in America and all over the Earth by maintaining our integrity and purpose.

There are also women such as Earth Cipher, a health and nutrition specialist (if that recognition I have
accorded her is proper) and Tawana, known to many as Allah’s Most Precious Jewel, who like the men I
have mentioned above and whom I hold in high esteem, knew Allah, the man, our Father and stand in
my mind as living testaments of what He stood for and how He viewed Life and Mathematics. Where
others can only give limited theories and speculate about who He was and what our Nation is about, what
our goals and objectives were and still are.

It is apparent to me that for as much as some have gained, so far as social acceptance and
financial accomplishment and the achievement of fame and popularity in our name, much of our
foundation, our root origin and purpose as a society is being cast aside as the knowledge of other areas
of social, political, economic, educational, religious, historical and, scientific concerns are being
investigated and embraced by our members. Any nation or group of people which advances beyond the
traditions or standards (call them principles if you will) of its foundation and founders must inevitably
have to contend with the reality of losing its perspectives and values. That which distinguishes or defines
the innate or inherent differences between themselves and others.

Indeed for many of us, especially long term members, whom many like to identify as the “Old
Gods” or “Elders” such as I God Divine Prince, and others, our identity is being clouded by other areas of
interest which we have seen distract and detract from the original teachings of Allah and his first born. It
is perhaps, our primary concern that this movement not cause a rift amongst us, because the integrity of
our national identity must remain intact lest we lose sight of our true cause due to the actions of those
who say that they are us and do not truly know who we are. Are weak in the knowledge, history and
understanding of our lessons and the application of Living Mathematics (the science of everything in life),
making it difficult to distinguish ourselves from others such as religious people, or gangsters and thugs.

And they will be quick to say that they are one of us, and one with us, and that they advocate the
Father’s teachings. Yet, for the majority of those who are so quick to try to defend their own self-serving
and baseless rhetoric as supreme truth and actual facts the reality is that their ego’s and misguided
half-truths and outright lies have no effect or power to bring forth positive results, because they manifest
false teachings in the name of Allah.

They can be found on the internet, writing books, granting interviews to journalists and other
media persons without any sanction by the recognized leadership of this nation. There is one, contrary to
what many may think or want to disavow. There is, a respected and set authority. Whether they realize
it or not. Whether they like it or not.

We have no religion. We are neither anti-white nor are we pro-black. We are not
anti-government. We are pro-government. We respect the laws of society, and we respect all people. We
talk about no one. We are pro-truth and, pro-righteousness. And it is upon those principles that
we stand. And because that is so, we must out of consideration for, and realization of where we find
ourselves here in America, Peace Makers amongst and, in the midst of savages, continue seeking to
secure a future of security and prosperity for our best part, the children, and continue to be steadfast
and unwavering in our stand.

Our true course of action here in America and wherever we find ourselves throughout the planet
Earth, is to teach civilization and be as Allah, Fathers to the children. If you know who you are. Then be
who you are. A God and Earth who are true builders in this nation, Allah’s Nation is dedicated and com-
mitted to doing Allah’s work. We are here to “stop crime”, and establish a true world of peace and
happiness. There is no higher love than God’s love. If you know who we are, then “be who you are”.
Don’t just express your knowledge of self and those who are alike or un-alike by way of the wisdom of
the tongue, yet also by the active wisdom of Living Mathematics. To proclaim that you are the God
means that what you say and, what you do compliments one another. Yet, it is no simple matter in
bringing forth your truth, which is our truth.

The competition is fierce and the time is relatively short while the gratitude of the beneficiaries of
our work is even more limited as men are prone to short memories and are largely incapacitated by their
own ego’s and short-sightedness. You must therefore stand unique. Yet, I caution you to be selective in
your partnerships and relations. Our enemies are all about and are discreet in their cunning, making en-
emies appear to be as friends and lovers appear to be loyal. Be not naïve. Realize that God is One (15
+ 14 + 5 = 34 = 7). And so we stand alone. None hold our passion, neither our resolve. You are me,
and I am You (25 + 15 + 21 = 61 = 7). We are God. And that is the truth of matters, and where this
Nation, Our Nation stands here in America. As I see it.

And Yes, I have purposely simplified my view so that even a child can grasp my intention. There is

so much debate and, I dare say, too much conjecture and self-serving rhetoric and misconception as to

the truth of matters and the reality of the prevailing condition(s) of the Earths people, and ideas as they

relate to their lives and their pursuits. Religion and politics are deadly and misleading. They are crafts,

rather than true science. They are tools of the devil(s) and have been effective for centuries in keeping

men, societies of men, and entire nations deaf, dumb, and blind to the truth of the true and living God,

and the origin, purpose and destiny of civilizations. We, who are coming into knowledge (truth) and

gaining power and our rightful authority should stay aware (awake) and stand apart from both religion

and politics. They are insidious (fair seeming) traps with limited routes of escape.

Beware also of so-called history. Most of it (his-story) is not factual. Both black and white history.
It is filled with lies and falsehood(s). Unless you have taken the accounts given through rigorous and
unbiased investigation you cannot depend upon their stories and accounts of times to be reliable. It is
best therefore that you shore up your foundation (120 Lessons) and, resolve not to be deceived. Be
self-reliant. You and I need the truth to guide us and our children in reality. The ways and actions of our
predecessors who carried the knowledge and understanding of our culture of our culture (way of life) are
worthy of our consideration and our respect. Think about it!

You have been deceived all of your life. By the witting and unwitting pawns, that is the tools and
slaves of the devil – i.e., our parents, school teachers, church leaders etc. And then, there are the
writers, and other personalities who having achieved fame and notoriety promoted falsehoods,
half-truths and outright lies to aid their sponsors in keeping us blind, deaf and dumb as to the reality of
our condition and our predicament as a powerless and subject collective body of people who have
consistently been lead in the wrong direction and set adrift – victimized, oppressed, outcasts. By
products (made niggers) of a system built on political deception and religious manipulation.

I could go on and on detailing for you how and by whom we have been made tools and slaves of
the real devil(s). Yet my objective in this edition no. 9 of the National Intelligence Journal is only to
inform you of the reality of our situation and our state of being as a people. Each and everyone of us who
possess the truth and the knowledge of our true selves are held responsible to bring an end to the devils
civilization through our employment of truth and righteousness. As I always am heard to say - “I am a
soldier” and a leader. Yet, we are all leaders. We All count. We all have a voice. Let yours be heard -
everywhere. We are the Gods. Unique and powerful. And the only Ones known. Our power manifests
itself through the force of the unity consciousness of our originality and purpose. The National
Intelligence Journal and the National Intelligence Network is dedicated to that singular purpose – to unify
our members in preparation for the task at hand. To elevate our people above and beyond the lim-
itations of the present world and secure a greater tomorrow for our best part. The children.

Black Allah naturally comes to mind. Born Black Allah is a respected and

long term member of the Nation of Gods and Earths. Currently he holds the
position of Treasurer for the Executive Board of Allah Youth Center in Mec-
ca. He also as I have recently become aware holds positions of Financial re-
sponsibility and accountability for the Pelan Council as well as The Allah School in Mecca. This

Some people pray every day to a god they cannot see
But such a menial function is unacceptable to me

When people pray they never ask for things easy to acquire
But for goals that seem impossible yet within the realm of

their desire
Some people pray for things they could eventually get on

their own
Like health, long life, some happiness or maybe just a

home
Some people pray for freedom from alcohol and drugs
Others pray for a world that is filled with peace and love
Yet as sure there is no future in the flipping of a tarot

card
Is as sure as I am of the fact that there is no mystery god
For the concepts of God are ancient and symbolize ancient

man
And it’s simple enough to visualize that God is truly man
So praying to and believing in that which you cannot see

Or detect with all your senses is just a fantasy
We live a world where things are real and God is but a man
And life will give you no more than you work for with your

hands
Man is God and God is a Man who can do things for himself

So please get off your hands and knees and begin to do

Since this writing the Knowledge of Self taught by the Gods and earths has

opened many eyes (third), raising consciousness throughout North America and the

world. Producing many positive contributions and members of society. There are

Allah Schools all across America. Our members and those influenced are in high

society, government, law enforcement, education, entertainment, just to mention

some areas of expertise; as well as the ghettoes of hell. Doing their duty as

civilized people and living a righteous way of life (Islam). Teaching Civ-

ilization, Righteousness, the Knowledge of Self, and the science of Every-

GOD IN THE GHETTO

THERE IS AN OVER POWERING FORCE THAT IS INFLUENCING OUR COMMUNITY THAT IS CALLED
THE FIVE PERCENTERS. THE INFLUENCE OF THE MEN AND WOMEN ARE SURELY SEEPING INTO THE HOUS-
ES OF THE 85% OF THE HARLEM COMMUNITY.THIS INFLUENCE IS MINDS OF OUR CHILDREN, FOR THE
CHILDREN ARE THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE FIVE PERCENTERS. THESE INFLUENCES MAKE OUR CHIL-
DREN RECOGNIZE THAT THEY ARE THE BUILDERS OF THE FUTURE. THEY ALSO RECOGNIZE THAT IT IS
FOOLISH TO HATE THE WHITEMAN BECAUSE, BEING THAT THEY ARE GOD, AND GOD CREATED ALL BE-
INGS FROM HIS OWN FLESH, WHY HATE THAT WHICH YOU YOURSELF MADE.

THE FIVE PERCENTERS DEAL IN THE HIGHEST OF INTELLIGENCE BECAUSE WE DEAL IN REALITY.
THIS IS WHY EDUCATION IS THE MAIN ADVOCATION OF THESE YOUNG GODS. BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT
PRESENTLY THE BLACK PEOPLE ARE IN THE LOWEST INTELLECTUAL AND ECONOMIC SITUATION OF ANY
PEOPLE IN AMERICA TODAY. SO THE GODS REALIZE THAT THEY MUST ACHIEVE RECOGNITION FROM THE
GOVERNMENT AND OTHER PEOPLE BY TEACHING RIGHTEOUSNESS AND PROVING THAT THE BLACKMAN CAN
ACHIEVE SOMETHING FOR HIMSELF BY THE USE OF EDUCATION. WITH THIS GOVERNMENT EDUCATION,
THE FIVE PERCENTERS PLAN TO BUILD UP THE ECONOMIC STATUS OF OUR PEOPLE BY PUTTING THIS
KNOWLEDGE TO WORK IN OUR COMMUNITY (HARLEM); BY OPENING UP BUSINESSES, CORPORATIONS,
INDUSTRY.

MANY PEOPLE MISUNDERSTAND THE FIVE PERCENTERS. THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE A VIOLENT
ANTI-WHITE HATE GROUP, 'AND SOME OTHERS THINK THEY ARE PUNKISH UNCLE TOMS BECAUSE THEY
DON'T TEACH TO HATE WHITE PEOPLE. THESE ARE THE THOUGHTS OF MAINLY BLACK PEOPLE. MANY
NEGROES RESORT TO VIOLENCE TO UPHOLD THEIR BELIEF OF THE FIVE PERCENTERS. IN FACT THERE
HAVE BEEN MANY CASES OF FIVE PERCENTERS GETTING HURT BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE'S
MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE GODS. POLICE AID HAS BEEN REQUESTED TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF THE
FIVE PERCENTERS, BUT POLICE MISUNDERSTAND THEM ALSO.

IF THERE IS ANY TROUBLE INVOLVING THE FIVE PERCENTERS, MANY PEOPLE TEND TO TAKE IT
FOR GRANTED THAT THE FIVE PERCENTERS ARE IN THE WRONG AS SOON AS THEY HEAR THE NAME.
THESE PEOPLE MUST REALIZE THAT THE FIVE PERCENTERS ARE DEDICATED TO THE GOOD OF THE
PEOPLE, AND RESPECTFUL OF THE LAW. WE TEACH AGAINST CRIME, NARCOTICS, HATE, AGGRESSION,
DISRESPECT, ANTI-WHITENESS, AND MYSTERIES. IF PEOPLE WOULD STOP TAKING THIS ISSUE FOR
GRANTED THEY WOULD SEE ALL THE GOOD THE FIVE PERCENTERS CAN DO FOR THEM,IF THEY WOULD
JUST LISTEN. NOW IF THIS ACTION AGAINST THE FIVE PERCENTERS CONTINUES THEN WE WILL HAVE
TO TAKE OUR OWN ACTION TO PREVENT IT. BECAUSE WE ARE A NATION OF BUILDERS,AND WE’RE NOT
GOING TO LET ANY MISUNDERSTANDING DESTROY US. BECAUSE WE KNOW WHAT WE TEACH IS RIGHT, AND
IF YOU WANT TO BUILD A NATION OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, YOU MUST DESTROY THE FORCES OPPOSING
RIGHTEOUSNESS.

IF ANY YOUNG BROTHERS OR SISTERS WHO READ THIS ARTICLE, OR HAVE HEARD THE TRUTH BE-
ING MANIFESTED FROM THE GODS, ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING FIVE PERCENTERS, OUR HEADQUAR-
TERS IS ON 127TH STREET AND 7TH AVENUE IN HARLEM, OR COME TO OUR RALLIES ON THE 4TH
SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH. THE FIVE PERCENTERS ARE NOW BEING RECOGNIZED IN MANY GHETTO AREAS
THROUGHOUT THE CITY AND THE NATION. THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE THE
TRUTH IS NEEDED THE MOST. THIS IS WHERE OUR PEOPLE ARE SUBJECTED TO THE MOST WRONG. THE
FIVE PERCENTERS, INSTEAD OF STANDING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE COMMUNITY, PROFESSING THAT
THEY ARE HELPING TO BENEFIT THE PEOPLE (LIKE MOST SO-CALLED NEGRO ARISTOCRATS) ARE RIGHT
HERE IN THE SITUATION WITH THE PEOPLE. THIS WAY WE CAN SET THE EXAMPLE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
AND INDEPENDENCE BEFORE THEIR VERY EYES, AND SHOW THEM THAT THEY ARE GODS ALSO, AND THEY
CAN ACCOMPLISH THINGS THE SAME WAY. WE THE GODS ARE DEDICATED TO TEACHING ALL THE HUMAN
FAMILIES OF THE PLENET EARTH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THEMSELVES AND TO BRING ABOUT A UNIVERSAL
GOVERNMENT OF PEACE WHEREIN ALL RACES AND NATIONS CAN LIVE TOGETHER IN PEACE.

REMEMBERING JUSTICE C

I did not have the privilege of either meeting Allah - The Father, or ever receiving his counsel. Yet, I was
honored to meet and get to know the man whom we knew as Old Man Justice. I have many memories of the times we
spent together. Even though those periods were brief, I remember them as meaningful and fulfilling to me because
he embraced my interest in wanting to know the truth about our Father and what this Nation was truly about.

In the latter part of the 70’s I was known by the attribute of Prince Saheim Allah, and I wore robes and
crowns which was an attraction for many to get to know whom I was. And it seems to me now that the magnetism of
both he (Justice C) and myself made it inevitable that we would meet, and talk and build. I found him to be a quiet
man, wise, to-the-point, and matter of fact in how he would talk to you. No pretensions. And also, a great sense of
humor. I grew to love him. And I can never forget the wisdom he imparted to me. He once told me from his own
mouth when I had asked him how he saw a certain degree in 120 Lessons, “Prince, I don’t know 120. I only know the
Mathematics, Alphabets, and The Student Enrollment. Allah told me that that was all I had to know”.

And I accepted that. It made me conscious somehow of what was around me as I searched within my being
to understand what this nation was all about. I received knowledge in the Desert (Queens) and I was taught that the
just and true amongst us are those who know and understand 120 Lessons, and I taught and built in that way, with
no deviation from that which I considered a living principle to gauge the sincerity of those who came in the name of
God and Earth. For me, if you did not know 120 Lessons then how could you be one of us. And, so I came to
understand that Allah gave different people different things and that it was not for me to judge any man or woman
for that matter,by what they may or may not have. Respect everyone for whom they are and deal with them
accordingly. One of my greatest recollections of Justice C was the day that Suran C-Truth Allah and I went to The
Allah School In Mecca. I don’t remember the exact date. It had to be in late 1977 or , early 1978. And If I am mistak-
en I am certain that Suran C-Truth will correct me. The recollection of that day is what is important for me.

It was wintertime in New York City, and Suran C-Truth and I were living in Medina (Brooklyn) and we decided
to go to the Allah School In Mecca. It was on a Saturday as I recall and it had snowed heavily on the night before.
C-Truth (I very seldom addressed him by his full attribute) had just completed 120 Lessons meaning that he now
knew his lessons fully and I think that our objective on that Saturday was to go to the School to put our names in the
Stars which used to be on the ceiling. It was what was commonplace in those days. And when we arrived, there was a
huge amount of snow on the block of Allah’s School. We walked in, and there was Old Man Justice and Rahjab, who
was known to us as the ‘Supreme Investigator of the Nation’. It was the first and only time I remember of ever seeing
and meeting Rahjab. After building with these two great men for a moment, C-Truth and I began the job of shoveling
snow to clear a path on the block so that there could be access to Allah’s School.

It had snowed heavily and it was no easy job. Yet, we were energized because we both knew that we were
doing it for our School. It was necessary and we completed our task. Afterwards, we both put our names in Stars on
the ceiling of the School and we continued to build with the Gods Justice C Allah and Rahjab. I can’t remember
exactly what we discussed, yet I do remember feeling honored to be in the presence of those who walked with and
talked with Allah. I am grateful, as I know the God Suran C-Truth is for having had the opportunity to have met, and
in some degree been counseled by those who knew and loved Allah. Those experiences are what has enabled me to
remain grounded in the principles which distinguish us from other Nations. I have no doubt that they live on through
us, the true and living.

tribute in print for one of our beloved founders Justice C Allah, whom we recognize as Four Cipher Akbar
and Old Man Justice. Who forever holds a place of honor and greatness as our Father’s friend and
companion in the days or dawn of our beginning. He, whose name we sing in our Enlightener. Who was
known as Jimmy Jam - the Old Man - Allah’s Man .

We, the staff and associates of The Divine Principle Newsletter and The National Intelligence
Network are grateful to God Allah Sha-Sha for his efforts in keeping the memory and legacy of this great
man alive in the memories of those who knew him and whose lives he touched in the community of
Harlem, New York City. Which we know recognize as Mecca. Where Allah, and Justice - the old man began
their work of civilizing and teaching the young, poor Five Percenters in the community of Harlem in the
City of New York . Which they named Mecca. And whom today on May 30th, 2010 we will honor in cel-
ebration at The Universal Parliament in Mecca. This will be the 3rd annual celebration to his memory. And
we thank you God Allah Sha-Sha for keeping this important tradition of honoring Justice C alive in our ci-
pher.

ALLAH AND THE NATION OF GODS AND EARTHS

The Nation of Gods and Earths formerly known as The Five Percenters is a Nation of
men, women and children whose ultimate purpose and goal is the education of self and kind.
The education I speak of is the knowledge of our true reality, our true history, civilization,
righteousness, the science of everything in life as well as the true meaning of love, peace and
happiness.

Our presence and being as a nation was made manifest through the teachings of a man
whose only objective was to educate at-risk, and in many cases neglected and despised inner
city youth, into the knowledge of self. He came in the name Allah but we all affectionately
called Him Father. He recognized all children as His very own and loved them all the same. His
love was unconditional. He taught us that we were Gods (men) and Earths (women).
Nevertheless, we shall always remain the sons and daughters of Allah.

He was born Clarence Smith Jowers on February 22, 1928 in Dansville, Pittsylvania
County in Virginia. He moved to Harlem, N.Y. in 1944 at the age of 16 along with several
members of His family. He completed 2 years of High School and on October 30, 1952 He was
inducted into the United States Army. While in military service, He was a light weapons
infantryman and a Master of Kung Fu, Judo and Karate. On August 24, 1954 after having
served in Japan and Korea He received a most honorable discharge. He was awarded the
Korean Service Medal with one Bronze Star, The Presidential Unit Citation, the United States
Service and National Defense Service Medal as well as a medal for bravery for saving the lives
of men belonging to His squad. In 1955 He entered Temple #7 of The Nation of Islam in
Harlem N.Y. His contributions and honorable behavior earned Him the trust of His associates,
allowing Him to become a member of the F.O.I. military training for men as Brother Clarence
13X. He quickly moved up the ranks. In 1960, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad recognized
and rewarded His devotion and hard work, and in so doing, changed his name to Abdullah,
which means—the servant of Allah. It was at this point that jealousy and envy set in and the
atmosphere began to change. He was exceptionally well-versed in the teachings and lessons
of the Nation of Islam who although considered themselves to be Muslims, were also taught
that the Original Man is God. Being a quick study and a good learner He came to the
realization that if the Original Blackman is God the He Himself must be Allah. After all, He was
an Original Black Man. However, Elijah Muhammad taught that Allah came in the person of a
half-original man whose name was Master Fard Muhammad, yet he continued to advocate that
the Blackman was God. It was this discrepancy, along with the fact that the Brother Abdullah
would not hesitate to express truth as He saw it, fueled by false accusations that resulted
from jealousy and deceit from within the hierarchy of the Nation of Islam that eventually lead
to His suspension. In 1963, He left to take the knowledge He had to the youth.

And so it began. In the latter part of 1963, He and some of His companions could be
seen walking the streets of Harlem teaching youths a new culture, the knowledge of
refinement and above all the knowledge of self. In 1964 He began to implement His
determined idea for the mental resurrection of inner-city youth. It was in this year that He
formulated the body of Five Percenters known as The Gods. He did not come with complex
information or the confusing details of some ancient religion or culture. He kept it simple and
taught it real. He taught us the science of Living Mathematics with the confidence that we
would eventually develop a culture of supreme righteousness, as did our ancestors before us.
It was because of His trust in us that the young He taught opened their minds and their hearts
to this beloved man. And regardless to the obstacles placed in His path by the power structure
and its obedient flunkies, He proved successful.
