4. Students are allowed to repeat Industrial Training ONE (1) time only.
5. Students who fail Industrial Training TWO (2) times will be given a Failed and Discontinued (GB)

R 1. Course registration is held at the beginning of each semester within SEVEN (7) days from the date
S of the beginning of official semester.
E 2. Students should consult their academic advisor and the approval of the Head of the Academic
Department before registration.

3. The amount of credit to be taken by the student for each semester is between TWELVE (12) to
E TWENTY (20) credits or as specified in the document Curriculum and Program Structure.

I 4. Students are allowed to take less than TWELVE (12) credits if they meet any of the conditions
below:
S a. Last semester students; or
T b. Students following short semester; or
R c. Part-time students (KSS) or any program of its kind ; or
A d. Students with Conditional Achievement (KS) in the previous semester,
And must get:
T a. Support from Academic Advisor; and
I b. Approval from the Head of the Academic Department.

N 5. Adding and aborting courses can be done at week THREE (3) and up to week SIX (6) of study
session. Students should first seek the advice and support of the Academic Adviser and / or the
Head of Program and have the approval of the Head of Academic Department.
6. Students that fail in compulsory course, core course or specialized course, shall:
a. Retake failed courses during the next semester;
b. In the case of final year students who fail TWO (2) or more courses during the previous
semester are required to repeat failed courses in the current semester ;
c. Redo learning activities for the course completely.
7. For those students who passed with a grade of C-, D+ and D for any course:
a. Students are allowed to improve the grade of the course only once during the study of the
course.
b. Students must follow entirely the retaken learning activities for courses in any subsequent
semester including short semester.
c. Results for students who improve their grade of the course will be taken from the best
grades achieved.
8. Students must meet the following requirements before being eligible for assessment or
examination of academic achievement:
a. Has registered to the pertain course;
b. Attendance as determined has reached 80 % per requirement for each course.

I 1. Students must meet the following conditions before qualifying for the final examination:
N a. has registered the course as per item 5.
b. has attended 80% or more lectures / tutorials / practical for a specified period of time; and

N 2. If a student does not meet the requirement without a reasonable reason:
a. the student is not eligible for the final examination;

Final Examination.
E 3. If a student is suspended due to disciplinary action in accordance with Act 174:
V a. students are not eligible to sit for the final examination;
A b. the evaluation of all courses in the semester for the student is void;
c. students need to retake the course and be counted as taking the course for the first time; and
L d. the semester is considered as a period of study.

A 4. All of the above also apply to courses evaluated by coursework.
