THE QUEST 2024

THE QUEST 2024

Message from the Chairman’s Desk S.K SACHDEVA “Isolation to Integration, is the only way to a ‘Rising India.’ And we have adopted this mantra.” Shri Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India On 15th August 2022 our country completed 75 years of its independence. It was a momentous day in the history of our country when we stepped out from the Old to the New and started our journey as a global leader with the basic objective of making India from a developing country to a developed country in the next 25 years. Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi introduced the concept of “Amrit Kal” in his 2021 Independence Day Speech. Amrit Kal has been envisaged as a period of 25 years beginning with 15th August 2022 and concluding with 15th August 2047 when the country we will be celebrating 100 years of its independence. During this period of Amrit Kaal, the country will religiously and resolutely work to create a New India: an India where its people, rural or urban, all will have most modern facilities, an India where there be least interference of the Government in the lives of its people, an India well equipped with latest infrastructure and employing modern technologies. In brief, Indian people will have both ease of living and ease of doing business. I am glad to say, that at Sachdeva Public School we all students, teachers and management, are well conversant with the above Nation’s goals as envisaged by our Hon’ble Prime Minister. I am confident that this great nation of ours will be in a position to achieve to the fullest the Amrit Kaal goals with Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas. My Best Wishes to all young students who are appearing for CBSE Class X and Class XII Examinations.

Message from the Manager’s Desk R.K SACHDEVA “It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the most responsive to change.” Charles Darwin Inspired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s 2021 Independence Day address, our transformative journey spans the monumental 25 year period of Amrit Kaal, from August 15, 2022, to August 15, 2047. Together, we stride towards a future ignited by pride and fueled by our unwavering commitment to duty. Amrit Kal may rightly be termed as Prime Minister’s Vision 2047 for New India. It is expected that by the end of Amrit Kal, due to country’s rapid and profitable growth, all fragments of Indian Economy will be restructured. India will become a developed nation. Indian people will have better living conditions due to availability of most modern infrastructure facilities and amenities. The world will re-awake and have greater trust in India and its people. However, all this will require every Indian to resolve and work with determination to remove all signs of slavery, to take pride in India’s heritage and legacy, to believe in country’s unity, diversity and solidarity and above all be dutiful and loyal to the country. I am pleased to say that we at Sachdeva Public School, inculcate in our students the above virtues right from the beginning. The fact that our school is bringing out the present edition of its school magazine with “ Amrit Kaal……Arising, Awakening India”, as its central theme, bears testimony to this fact.I congratulate the Principal, staff and students of the school for this novel and noble venture. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL WITH HIS DIVINE BENEVOLENCE!

a word from The Principal MONA RASTOGI “Let this era of awakening be your canvas and let your dreams paint the masterpiece of India’s future.” Amrit Kaal symbolises ‘The Era of Elixir.’ Envisioned for ‘New India’ by 2047, it aims to reshape the nation with rapid growth, improved living conditions, infrastructure, technology and global trust. Panch Pran, the five fundamentals of Amrit Kaal, emphasise developing India, eradicating colonial mindsets, embracing our roots, fostering unity and instilling a sense of duty among citizens. This year we embrace a theme that signifies not just a period but an entire journey—a journey of awakening, progress, and transformation. “Amrit Kaal….Arising and Awakening INDIA” reflects the dawn of a new era, empowering every citizen to sculpt the destiny of our beloved nation. We are living in an age where the world is watching India with anticipation, and the youth of our nation is at the forefront of this transformative era.The school has always strived to instil in our students a sense of purpose, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for positive change. We believe in nurturing not just academic prowess but also the values and qualities that make responsible, empathetic, and forward-thinking individuals. We constantly aim to highlight the stories of individuals who have embraced this spirit of awakening, inspiring us with their achievements, initiatives, and leadership. We celebrate the innovative endeavours, the cultural renaissance, and the technological advancements that mark India’s progress. The youth of today is the architect of India’s future. Our responsibility lies not just in creating personal success stories but in contributing to a collective narrative of our nation’s progress. I encourage all our students to actively participate in the awakening and transformation of our society. Be it through education, community service, or innovative thinking, every step counts. Our school has always stood as a nurturing ground for future leaders and I’m confident that each student has the potential to lead by example. Let’s together embrace the spirit of Amrit Kaal, where our nation rises to new heights, not just in terms of economic growth but also in the values that define us as a nation—compassion, unity, and inclusivity.

EDITORIAL ‘Awaken, Aspire, Achieve: India’s Future Begins with You!’ Dear Readers, In this edition of our school magazine, we are thrilled to present a theme that resonates deeply with the spirit of progress and transformation. “AMRIT KAAL …. Arising and Awakening INDIA” serves as a tribute to the unwavering determination and dedication of individuals who are shaping the destiny of our great nation. As we navigate the digital age, our world is more interconnected than ever before. The power to drive change lies not just in the hands of our leaders but also in the collective actions of our youth. It’s a time for us to embrace our diverse culture, heritage, and traditions while also embracing scientific progress which is propelling our nation forward. Through this edition, we aim to inspire, engage and educate the youth. We celebrate the achievements of those who have already begun their journey of awakening India, while also encouraging our readers to be the architects of change in their own right. We believe that education, awareness, and active participation are the key propellers to build a better future. As you turn the pages of this magazine, we hope you are inspired by the progress, touched by the stories, and moved to be a part of the change. The era of Amritkaal is a call to action. It’s a reminder that India’s future begins with each one of us, through education, community service, and advocacy. We invite you to awaken, aspire, and achieve, as together we usher in an era where India shines as a beacon of hope, progress, and transformation. With unwavering hope and determination EDITOR
