we as custodians of the breed need to put in the effort for others
to enjoy. Most of my matings I have travelled to Europe, to

Golden Retrievers – I don’t think there is any particular country
that has better Goldens than another, but there are certain
kennels that are consistently producing quality. And those
kennels are in Holland.

Digger is co-owned with this breeder Cathy Loughlin Our hope going forward that the both the breeds that we love
and share our lives with continue to give owners the joy they
do, and this can only be done with breeders doing all they can
for the breeds.
Committees need to continually provide education to both pet
owners and show exhibitors so we ALL continue to learn. We
need to encourage new exhibitors into the breed as here in
Ireland especially there has been a serious decline in numbers
showing thus often meaning a decline in quality puppies been
bred, and that only means one thing an open market for the
puppy farm and backyard breeders.

it costs money to enter, there is no point coming to a dog show
