TOP EMULSION SEALER

TOP Emulsion Sealer is a water-based sealer for new and old building surface such as brickwork, plaster, cement,
asbestos, etc. It is an economical sealer suitable for interior as well as exterior application. It seals the surface uniformly
and provides a sound non-absorptive surface for subsequent coatings.

TOP MARINE & INDUSTRIAL FINISH

An oil-based alkyd finish specially designed to provide a durable and anti-corrosive finish on metal surfaces. It is
recommended for use as topside paint for boats as well as for any industrial structures that require protection from rust
and harsh weather elements. Best used with TOP Marine & Industrial Primer where appropriate.

A high quality primer based on a modified alkyd system with excellent anti-corrosive property to provide a sound
foundation for metal surfaces such as topsides for boats and industrial structures. It is easy to apply and quick drying,
most suitable to be used with TOP Marine & Industrial Finish for best results.

TOP ROAD LINE

An economical alkyd modified road marking paint for concrete and asphalt surfaces. It is fast drying and has high chemical
resistance and recoating properties.

TOP SOLVENT SEALER

A solvent-based sealer formulated to provide a superb foundation for finishing coats to adhere and minimizes alkaline
and efflorescence attack from masonry surfaces. Work best on powdery or chalky walls for both exterior and interior
application with minimal surface preparation.
