Health Club explores
medical careers

Did you ever wonder what the Health
Careers Club is all about? The participants
were students who were interested in exploring
medical careers in the community and looking
into the different aspects of health.

Not many students were aware of the club
this year as only three joined. Mrs. Eleanor
Venditte, school nurse and sponsor of the club,
feels that students who are seeking careers in
health care should look into this organization.

Pictured at top, Lisa Brown and Colette Cleary weigh and
measure Clayton Sanders.
Above, Mrs. Venditte works on one of her many reports.
One of the skills le?rned In the Health Club Is how to take blood
pressure.

Classes

South's family
finally complete

The Class of 1985 witnessed the return of
freshmen during its senior year. It was quite an
experience to see all those students and new
teachers at South High.

Each class, from senior to freshman, felt this
year was different. There was a good feeling about
the freshmen being back at South High. They
seemed to complete the South High family.

Everyone who has ever gone to South High
knows the togetherness that the students feel. The
sense of family made South High students feel at
home In the school environment. For most students,
ft was the best time of their lives.

People's faces and names may fade from
memory, but the sense of togetherness will be
carried by each student into his life. The good times
at South High will never be forgotten by the Class
of 1985.
