It did not take long for the audience to 'join" the talented music group in their celebration of song. This year's Ambassadors was the largest group in many years, with twenty-two members. The Ambassadors was one of the most diverse show choirs in the state of Nebraska. This diversity was one of their strengths. After last year's first place ranking at the USD competition in South Dakota, the new group had a lot to live up to. With vigorous dances and catchy tunes, the group proved to be a crowd pleaser, capturing second place. The group continued to work as one throughout the entire season. They came together and became a fa1nily. Being the only OPS school invited to the prestigious Emittsburg, Iowa, competition, the group kicked into high gear for preparation.
