A Choker is my favorite piece of jewellery,

My name is Anchal Mehta. I am 19 years old. I am a
fashion,makeup,beauty influencer and also a blogger. I'm a GLOW-
GETTER.
Northern India-Delhi.
New Delhi
There are countless historical places in Delhi. Some of them are-
Quitub minar, Purana qila,Humayun's tomb, Gurudwara bangla
sahib located in CP, Red fort, Jama masjid, India gate and many
more. These all are some very famous and always crowded places in
Delhi
I am wearing a 'Shimmery Blue Garden Silk Saree' and 'An Indo-
Western Outfit.Let me talk about Garden silk saree first. This saree is
my personal favorite because of it's color and the borders. I love to
wear and flaunt this because according to me, Saree is somethint
that suits me the most among all the Ethnic outfits that I own.I
have also Mixmatched Indian and Western outfit. I have styled my
Tank top with a printed plazzo that i bought from The bulbul
shop(app).
I have also used a mala and oxidised silver earring to give it a classy
look. I have used a Duppatta to give it a Indian look. I have styled
the dupatta with a black-silver belt. And indeed my audience loved
this look.
My favorite jewellery is Silve oxidised jewellery. and two of the most
famous markets that i know in Delhi from where we can get them
at a very reasonable rate are- Sarojini nagar and Janpath. Every
jewellery is there under 100 bucks.
Delhi is very famous for its diversity. We find every culture, food, Art,
jewellery and different type of people here. But my personal
favourite is 'Delhi's street food'. CP and Satya niketan are my
personal favorite places.
They might not find diversity in their country. They should definitely
visit India and specially Delhi. Because Delhi is also known as Mini
India. It literally has everything here.
I think Influencer marketing in India is one of the most trending
thing to do these days. It gives an opportunity to people. They can
explore more. But, Influencer marketing needs alot of
improvements and upgrades to be successful here, in India.
Just be yourself. The world with adjust. And also, do what you love.
Success will always come to you when you are doing what you love.

The cultural heritages in my state which i would
proudly recommend everyone to visit are
Shravanabelagola famous for the Bahubali
Gommateshwara statue, Devanahalli Fort and
Moodabidri popularly known as Jain Kashi.
The outfit that I am wearing which is the most
common traditional and native wear of India is
a Saree. I love styling up sarees in different ways
because it has always been like a challenge to
create a different look everytime i wear it. I
oftenly pair my saree with jewellery like long
ear-rings, necklaces and rings that adds more
precision to the look.
Talking about the famous food and dishes, the
main food items are Jowar and wheat rotis,
accompanied by a variety of spicy curries,
pickles and buttermilk. The traditional dish of
South Karnataka is Ragi balls also known as
Ragi mudde.
The rich heritage of India including the historic
temples, traditions and languages grabs the
attention of many foreigners and tourists.
Places of wonderful and marvelous artistic
architecture are the main attraction.
My opinion on Influencer Marketing is that it is
one of the best options for brands to grow and
reach a big audience because the contents of
Influencers attracts a huge group of actively
engaged audience.
My message to all the influencers is "Focus On

sayanti bhattacharya 12
@sayanti_sonu_11
Hello everyone. I am sayanti Bhattacharya at the age of
20years.. I've started my career as a medico as I always
dreamt of .
Here I am representing the traditional culture of East
India.. It consists of the Indian states Bihar , Jharkhand,
Odisha and West Bengal and also the union territory of
Andaman and Nicobar islands.
I'm from Bankura, a place of west Bengal. As my district
and adjoining areas, forming apart of ancient Rarh, were
inhabited from pre- historic times by austroloid and
dravidian tribes who were subsequently assimilated with
the people.
Bishnupur is a place of my town which is famous for its
Hindu temples made from terracotta (Rasmancha). The
another temple named Madan Mohan is beautifully
designed from the characters of "Mahabharata".
Now a days we love to decorate ourselves by beautiful
outfits..But there are some iconic aspects of Indian
culture with the love of saree. Finding clothing that
decorate our body has become the ultimate goal.
Though I don't always wear saree but on festival and
occasions I love to maintain my traditional culture.
When it comes to choose ornaments, I always prefer
south Indian designs..The idea of decorating their
jewelleries are just awesome.
We've a lot of tempting dishes in our area.. A famous
combination of chantu, Chana ,Khoya, sugar and ghee is
known as Mecha Sandesh available at Beliatore.. Another
one is sweet pear, available at chatna.
Well it is known to all of us that the India is one of those
countries where the travellers can be amazed by
delicious foods, exotic scenarios & cheap cost of
marketing. Its traditional values, the way of welcoming,
the worshipping, spiritual philosophy and natural
resources attract travellers. So I would like to suggest
people to have a visit in India which is vibrant cultural
phenomena at all time.
Now I am coming to the platform of influencer
marketing. It is a platform of social media marketing and
product placement by the influencers who have a
purported expert level of knowledge. It is an effective
way to generate a good return on investment. The power
of influencing others without getting bored or without
being irritated is not so easy.
No one knows what the future holds for us. So be
passionate about your dreams and my good wishes for
all of you.

4. Kolkata is a city of Cultural Heritage. There are
many remarkable places like Victoria Memorial ,
Great Indian Museum , St. Pauls Cathedral ,
Writers Building , Princep Ghat , Kumartuli , Eden
Garden and many more.
5. Ethnic dress is something that I personally feels
connected to. A kameez with patiala bottom
along with dupatta is a beautiful combination of
traditional outfit . But being a bong for me saree is
a very elegant and gorgeous traditional wear.
6. A simple neckpiece along with matchable
earrings and a simple bracelet will look fabulous
with this traditional outfit , specially with saree.
7. Anyone will crave for Bengali food like sukto ,
murighonto , illish Bhapa , vetki paturi , chingri
malaikari , dab chingri , kochi pathar jhol , aam er
chatni and many more . But Bengal is incomplete
without Misti Doi and Rosogollla.
8. India is a heritage country , bound with diversity
, religions, history, nature, food etc . So there are
many reasons , a foreigner should visit india.
9. 2019 has witnessed a brilliant evolution in the
influencer marketing industry. Right from the rise
of new-age influencers exploring new , diverse
niches to the increased media spends in
influencer marketing , the business of influencing
has certainly polished up. Needless to say the
time has come for all business to reap the
benefits of influencer marketing to stay ahead of

Now, brands are looking at doing long term tie ups with

swasti shukla 20@swastigram_
Hello everyone! I am Swasti Shukla, a 22-year-old
content creator. I create content around lifestyle, on
Youtube and Instagram. My Instagram handle is
@swastigram_ Even though I have been born and
brought up in Kolkata, ancestrally we are from Varanasi,
Uttar Pradesh.
So I will be representing Varanasi, that is a part of
Northern India. Varanasi or Kashi is a city drowned in
cultural heritage. Each gully is full of culture and
history. But the Ghats of Varanasi are the most special
place in the city for me. Varansi is drowsed in Indian
Traditional Culture, that is why every time I visit I like to
represent that.
I wear kurtis, paired sometimes with Jeans, sometimes
with leggings. I also like to occasionally carry a dupatta,
just to bring that extra authenticity.
And of course, accessorizing it with Jhumkas is a must!
Jhumkas are my favourite, and I do have a huge
collection, but I still end up buying more!
When it comes to food, Varanasi is famous for its street
food. I think it is a paradise for foodies! From chats to
malai, everything has an exquisite taste, that you won’t
find anywhere else. If I had to recommend, I would
recommend eating Malaiyyo- a dessert made of cream,
saffron and cardamom- which is lighter than air!
If a foreigner was to visit India, they should do it for the
food! It is just so diverse! The cuisine and tastes change
every 100 kms.
Influencer marketing is considerably new in India, and
it is a growing area. I feel Indian Influencers should
create our own niche, which is influenced by and is for
the Indian audience, rather than trying to copy
something that is foreign to our audience.
These are difficult times, so I feel it is very important
that we remember that nothing is more important than
our lives and our health. It is completely okay to sit
back, and relax if that is what your mind needs. It’s a
pandemic and not a productivity contest, so do
whatever makes you happy and brings you peace.

I am Bartika Biswas , from West Bengal of India . I am very happy &
excited to work with ENCHANTE - INDIA Magazine & it was a great
experience of me to work in their 2nd edition too . I am just 17 now &
I am happy to share that I have gained many loves & supports of
people as an influencer & creator. To me , blogging is such a
platform where I can share anything about my wishes. As an
influencer , I always try to share my new ideas & latest trend with
people.
I am from Krishnanagar, the famous city of clay idols & sculptures , of
Nadia and here I am representing the west part of India .
My state , West Bengal , is full of culturalheritages & I am very proud
to be a citizen of Krishnanagar , which is the center of clay idols &
sculptures . Barodol Mela – at Krishnagar Rajbari Compound is the
main attraction of my city .Besides , many more cultural heritages
like Hostoshilpo Mela ,Rash Mela , Lalan Mela etc also take a part in
people's mind in my city & state , even in my country too.
As an Indian , it is always a very good feeling to have an ethnic wear
like saree , salwar and kurta set , lehenga etc , specially in festive
seasons . I think, it defines a major part of our personality .As of my
own opinion , ornaments are equally important & I think in our India
there are many amazing ornaments' collections.
The collections of different types of jewelry not only reflect on the
talents of Indian people but also it keeps our glory in World always .I
love to wear ornaments with ethnic wear . Specially , in festive
season I cannot give me a perfect look with a long earrings . Besides ,
necklace Pendant , ring , bracelet also attract me a lot .
There are many more festivals in india when most of the delicious
dishes & food items are made .In my region , there are a lots of
dishes like Luchi-Alur Dom , Shukto , Keemar Doi Bora , Milk Sweets,
Rasgullas, Chamcham, Sondesh etc .Our West Bengal is also
famously known as the land of maach (fish) and bhaat (rice) .India is
full of cultural heritages , amazing natural beauty & historical glory.
In our country , there are not only many people of different religions
but also their irrevocable relationship attracts everyone of this world.
The beauty and the glory, what mother India has, can not be found
in any other country of world. That is why, every foreigner wish to
come to India & I must say after coming India, they will be totally
mesmerized by India's marvelous natural beauty.
Now a days , in India there are many more influencers of different
topics .I think, for a new influencer, this platform is so hard to gain
more followers and become so famous. But , one should not give up
hopes & one can share his / her creative ideas through social media
to influence his / her audiences . It may happen that one really tries
hard to achieve more fans / followers by his / her new unique ideas
but his/her all ideas are in vain .
But , I think if you decide to be an influencer , you should try & try
until you become that one because one day will come surely when
you will achieve all of yours dreams by your hard work.Last but not
the least , I want to say that to be a true influencer , one should be
positive , creative & confident always .

"City of Joy ", Kolkata!
West Bengal has long been known for its rich
culture and heritage.
Talking about Kolkata , one can just not ignore
talking about the beauty and heritage of
Victoria Memorial. Undoubtedly this has been
the heart of the city!
Coming to the point of outfits, bengali girls
cannot imagine their life without a traditional
saree . I am no exception to this. I have always
loved dropping myself in a saree ever since I
was a child.
Your outfit is considered to be incomplete here
in West Bengal if you are not wearing a piece of
jewellery ! Personally I really love wearing
traditional gold jewellery pieces and
sometimes oxidised and junk jeweleries as
well.
The most important word here is "FOOD"! You
can literally find food surrounding you . "Maach
Bhat", is considered to be the most popular
and loved dish of West Bengal.
The rich heritage and culture along with the
biggest festival "Durga Pujo", is the reason a
huge number of foreign tourists love visiting
the city !I am so glad to be a part of this great
magazine and to be able to represent my
beautiful city.
That was it ! Sending you all good health and
some positive vibes!

FASHION is a way of expression. It defines who“YOU” are. Fashion creates an
invisible means of communication with the people around you. It also affects your
mental health
in either ways, it could be positive or negative.
Why do you think we choose professional clothes for a meeting? Casual clothes to
gang up with your friends? and get dressed up for a dinner party?
With each and every outfit we try to communicate with the world be it
intentionally or
unintentionally.
Back in 2017, ELLE.COM had collaborated with a popular podcast called
*INVISIBILIA* to examine how fashion actually affected your brain. They claimed
that there was a pure
magic in the clothes which can carry moods and abilities that existed outside
of you. Even before they carried out this experiment,in 2012, this whole effect
was termed as *ENCLOTHED COGNITION* by HAJO ADAM and ADAM D.
GALINSKY.
In the experiment, they made few people to wear a doctor’s coat and few people
to be
in their casual clothes and were instructed to perform the experiment.
Surprisingly the people who wore the doctor’s coat were able to pass the
experiment. Doctor’s coat is a symbol of focus, hard-work, concentration and
this is how the magic of the cloth affected the people’s mind even though they
weren’t doctors.

emotions of the street 35
david tomson
Hey everyone my name is David Tomson. I was born in Kerala and brought up in Jharkhand. Well
i am a proffesional photographer and am still pursuing my degrees in AAFT University.
While pursuing my passion in photography i traveled a lot across states while doing my
engineering degree and did varieties of photography like wildlife, landscape, street, still
life and macro photography but what i mostly loved while traveling was doing street
photography. It's an another feeling while you travel and talk to new people and about thier life
and hardships. In every picture i try to convey thier story of thier life
and emotions. When i talk about emotions i talk about the person's face, their
eyes. It only tells most of the story as you can see from photographs. It can be misunderstood
that doing street photography well is solely about
photographing people.
Instead of simply clicking pictures of people. I tried to take this idea further and locate
interesting emotions and gestures in all different types of people. I don't
believe that we can differentiate people who is more worthy of photograph based
on thier dress or facial feature. Your most "uninteresting" person
can give you the best photo of your life with a single powerful expression or emotion. So many
compelling moments lie under emotions and gestures. I pay attention to what the person is
thinking or feeling. That's where i start from.
That's when i thought of leaving engineering and make myself fully focus on photography
because i wanted to show the world the life and emotions of the street. I have seen many
hardships in street life than any others . There have been certain time when i get confused
wether to help them or to click pictures. It is really a difficult job too to because seeing such
things it just breaks down your heart. Sometimes i get speechless by seeing such things. We
don't know from what problems they're undergoing until we ask them. Sometimes they only
needs a person to share thier problems with and you can be that person. Try to help them , if not
with the money then you can help them with giving food . If you can't do both atleast try to show
some love! That's all they need. It is really a good thing when you make people happy. And btw I
do social work too with photography by helping them according thier needs. I do the best what i
can do with. It is really a great feeling when you make somone happy or smile. Hope you'll all do
it too!

ENCHANTÉspeaking about mental health
mental health 36
shivangi banerjee
Mental Health! It is more than the mere lack of mental disorders; Something which one has to ÉTNAHCNE
focus on the most in today’s era. It refers to cognitive, behavioral and emotional well-being. In
other words, it is all about how people think, feel and behave. Sometimes people tend to confuse
the term “mental health” to mean the absence of a mental disorder but actually the concepts of
mental health include subjective well-being, perceived self-efficacy, autonomy, competence,
intergenerational dependence and recognition of the ability to realize one’s intellectual and
emotional potential.
For all individuals, mental and physical health are closely interwoven vital strands of life. As our
understanding of this interdependent relationship grows, it becomes ever more apparent that
mental health is crucial to the overall well-being of individuals, societies and countries.
Unfortunately, in most parts of the world, mental health and mental disorders are not accorded
anywhere the same importance as physical health. Rather, they have been largely ignored or
neglected.
Mental health can affect daily living and relationships along with the physical state. Looking after
mental health can preserve a person’s ability to enjoy life. Conditions such as stress, depression,
anxiety, etc. can affect mental health and disrupt a person’s routine. Approximately almost 3 in 6
adults as well as children experience common mental disorder such as excess stress and
depression. Half of mental health problems are established by the age of 14, rising to 75% by the
age of 24. Thus, suicide is the leading cause of death among young people aged 20-34 years.
Therefore, it’s high time to recognize mental health as essential to physical health.
As students, it is very important to know that a disrupted mental health can affect many areas of
students’ lives which include reduction of quality of life, academic achievement, physical health,
and satisfaction with the experiences, and also negatively impacting relationships with friends
and family members. These issues can also have long-term consequences for students, affecting
their future employment, earning potential and overall health. The main point is that mental
health is more wide spread an ailment and it can manifest itself in a wide variety of different
situations both mental and physical. Mental health in some form can happen to anyone both in
its simple or its more complex form. It is however evident that mental health poses a serious
threat and damage to our daily lives. It is no doubt mental illnesses are of different kinds and
levels of severity. Some of the major types discovered included depression, anxiety, schizophrenia,
bipolar mood disorder, personality disorders, and eating disorders. But the main frequent mental
illnesses are anxiety and depressive disorders.
A good thing is, Mental health can be stabilized and in case of illness treatable. Some of the
methods include Pharmacotherapy, certain Physical Activities such as playing, yoga, cycling,
walking, etc, Activity Therapies, such as making crafts and walks, Expressive Therapies which
include art therapy, music therapy, drama therapy and poetry therapy, Meditation, Mental
Fitness that encourages people to intentionally regulate and maintain their emotional wellbeing
through friendship, regular human contact and activities that include meditation, calming
exercises, aerobic exercise, mindfulness, having a routine and maintaining adequate sleep and
Spiritual Counseling which help an individual to gain a better understanding of their issues and
develop a problem-solving relation with spirituality. One should take care of his/her mental
health no matter what type of situation one comes across.
Always remember-
Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you cannot, should
not or need not to do it alone. Mental health is not a destination but a process. It’s about how you
drive and not where you’re going!
@banerjee__007
break the stigma 37
kanika singh ÉTNAHCNE
“Your illness does not define you, but your strength and courage does”
“Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own
abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to
make a contribution to his or her community.” It is cognitive, behavioral, and emotional
well-being. It is all about how people think, feel, and behave. People sometimes use the
term “mental health” to mean the absence of a mental disorder.
Anyone can suffer from mental or emotional health problems—and over a lifetime most
of
us will. This year alone, about one in five of us will suffer from a diagnosable mental
disorder. Yet, despite how common mental health problems are, many of us make no
effort to improve our situation. We ignore the emotional messages that tell us
something is wrong and try toughing it out by distracting ourselves or self-medicating
with alcohol, drugs, or self-destructive behaviors. We bottle up our problems in the hope
that others won’t notice. We hope that our situation will eventually improve on its own.
Or we simply give up—telling ourselves this is “just the way we are.”
The good news is: you don’t have to feel bad. There are practices you can adopt to
elevate your mood, become more resilient, and enjoy life more. But just as it requires
effort to build and maintain physical health, so it is with mental health.
The 2 most common metal health conditions are: Anxiety Disorders which includes Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCP), Panic Attacks,
Generalized Anxiety Disorder and specific phobias. Mood disorders which include Major
depression, Bipolar disorder, Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) affect people each year
and are characterized by difficulties in regulating one’s mood. Keys to overcome this are
social connection, staying active, managing stress, brain healthy diet and quality sleep.
Make social connection your priority especially face-to-face. Phone calls and social
networks have their place, but nothing can beat the stress-busting, mood-boosting
power of quality face-to-face time with other people. The key is to interact with
someone who is a “good listener”- someone you can regularly talk to in person, who will
listen to you without their own conceptions of how you should think or feel. A good
listener will listen to the feelings behind your words, and won’t interrupt, judge, or
criticize you. And reaching out is never a sign of weakness, it can be any person to open
up with who is special to you and close to your heart. Staying active is good for mental
health as it is for the body, Regular exercise can have a major impact on mental and
emotional health problems, relieve stress, and gives better sleep. If you hate exercise
then play with pets, dance to your favorite music, play games this will definitely boost
your mind. Learn how to keep your stress level in check by talking to a friendly face,
Appeal to your senses, Make leisure time a priority, Make time for contemplation and
appreciation, Take up a relaxation practice. Manage emotions to relieve stress. Eat a

In this busy world of today ,people are so engrossed about their physical
appearance and physical health. How they look? What can they do to
make their body a bit more slimmed and trimmed? But there are few of
them who hardly think about their mental health. The words are "Health
is Wealth" but this health not implies to physical health but mental too.
When you are both physically and mentally stable then you are fit to
fight for your success. There are people around us who do talk about
their physique but most of them never speak about mental condition.
And as far our mental health is concerned some indicate to visit a
psychiatrist . My prime question is why? Why we will visit a psychiatrist?
A person who is mentally weak or mentally disturbed needs someone to
share his /her feelings and obviously that another person have to be a
good listener. Advices can be given by everyone but listening is also a
great art. There are many mental problems which a person can suffer
from which cannot be seen through our naked eyes but can definitely
be felt by our inner heart. And the most common problem which we
face is stress.
Today here, I am penning down about exam stress.Being a student, this
exam stress us very common to all belonging to educational fields.
Exams are a part of education. Due to this adverse situation, many have
faced this stress. Be it Boards examinations or College and University
exams. Exams are a gateway to step to a level higher than we are.
Automatically a kind of stress works in our mind a week before or a
night before our exams. However a little stress is good but more than
that can adversely affect our health . The stress goes down when we
start to work hard when there is ample of time in our hand. So we all
need to fight courageously against this problem which each and
everyone faces in their life.
Please do stay at home for "We shall overcome some day".
We can,
We will.
The only thing is we need to fight.
