Meditation is self-care. Since the lockdown, you can see a lot of people talking
about inculcating the practice of doing meditation regularly. Mediation is a
process in which you actually train your mind to focus on your purpose and
redirect thought and efforts towards it. 

We were introduced to meditation through Pranic Healing which happens to be
a 'NO TOUCH NO DRUG THERAPY' founded by Master Choa Kok Sui. Meditation
requires you to find your inner peace and reflect your activities. Slowly and
steadily it helps you to consciously monitor your behaviour towards others and
yourself and the kind of thoughts that keep running in the mind. It automatically
generates positive and  optimistic thinking along with "Loving-kindness".

Meditation aptly teaches you to strike the balance between professional and
private life through mindfulness, discipline, emotional sensitivity etc.  One of our
biggest learning from meditation has been the ability to detach ourselves from
people who either do not align themselves to our goals or tend to become toxic
in some or the other way. It has taught us to accept that parting away from things
and people is a process in which you allow yourself to grow and unlearn
everything that ruins your mental stability. Holding on to things that might be
uncomfortable can become destructive in the long run. Once you begin
practicing meditation daily, you will always tend to choose joy and value others
mind over their looks. You will reconnect to things, later or sooner, if at all they
are meant for you. Doing meditation now has become an every day ritual. I feel so
grateful to Pranic Healing to have taught us this art.

We at THENAMASOUL have always encouraged our followers to mediate at least
for 10-15 mins daily. It is going to bring unbelievable changes in life.

while schools are busy taking online classes, this
meme page organizes, one-of-a-kind,
inter house gaming tournament.

The Memethodist (formally Memethodist) is a meme and recreational page on Facebook
and Instagram made by the students of Methodist School, Dankuni.
Admist this lockdown, the school authorities are forced to take online classes and
therefore, there's no way the students are getting any exposure to co-curricular activities.

The Admins and members of this page decided to organize an unique online gaming
tournament where the current as well as former students were invited to take part.

Teams were divided into four houses of the school, namely Tagore,Wesley,Bhaba &
Chitamabar. Popular games like Skibble, Ludo King, Call of Duty Mobile, PUBG Mobile and
Valorant were part of the tournament.
Gamers took part avidly and enjoyed the moment of teaming up with school buddies from
the comfort zone of home.

Tips and tricks to win squad games:
1) Drop Location: If you want to rank push or want to make higher chances to win the game make
sure to land in a far away location from the flight path.Take hotdrop only when you are familiar
with the game environment.Less fight increase the chances to win the game for a beginner.
2) Find a shelter: The key point that needs to be considered is to find a shelter whenever you
encounter a squad.Engaging in open combat is quite a risky thing.Hence, first find shelterand
then take fight at the enemies.Keep enough healing items to heal and fight back.
3) Good weapons: A perfect combo of guns always hands you an upper hand in the game.If you
using an AR without any attachments or scopes, or you are carrying an SMG withoutany extended
mag, there would be least chances to dominate in a game.Added to this, carrying a sniper is a
good choice.
4) 1 vs 1 situation: In most of the cases, the enemies' squad usually consists of pro players,
therefore, encountering full squad at a time is a fool thing.Instead, tackle one player at atime.This
reduces the chances of getting killed by the squad.
5) Level 3 accessories: Having neck to neck fight with a squad involves damage to both helmet
and the waist.In such situations,it is always beneficial to carry Level 3 backpack,vest and a helmet.
6) No blind rush: A blind rush into a building full of enemies is a foolish thing,a blind rush can push
you back to the lobby.Therefore,rush but with a clear mind.
7) Cover to Cover: Cover each player in our squad in intense fights and make sure you are always
with the squad, do not go far than 50-100 meters from squad at any time.This is the major reason
why many people die if other teams rush on you unexpectedly.Always use trees, rocks,etc as cover
while playing in open.
8) Build a good Team: Always keep a good team with whom you are familiar with your game play
and use constant communication to plan and execute your strategy.Playing with random players
lowers your chances of winning the game.
9) Throwables and Healing Items: Always make sure to make good use of throwables like
smoke,frag,stun,moltov at right situation and also use healing items at the right time.Also make
sure to share everything with your team if they are in need.
10)Teamwork: Atlast all these points will depend upon the teamwork by the players.

Myself Dhruv Sharma basically from Ajmer and I am an Athlete also an
amateur footballer, being a football fanatic I always love doing football stuff
like post match analysis and gaming, gaming is one of the thing that makes
me feel ecstatic everytime I play.

I’ve played almost every other mobile and console football games like FIFA,
PES and Dream League Soccer. PES Mobile is one top grossing and my
favourite mobile game.I’ve been playing PES Mobile since 2017 when it was
called PES18, in this game basically you have to build your own team and
you’ll be able to play different modes like online, event or campaign. Initially
you will get a team consisting players rated around 55-70 that too basic
balls(players), after playing number of matches you get some rewards in form
of GP, coins, trainers etc.

After getting GP and coins you can sign players from your desired club and
you can also train(upgrade) a particular player through trainers you get, as a
result afterwards you will have a strong and reliable squad.Graphics, skill
moves, passing ability of even lower overall players and the performance of
players makes the game wonderful. The gameplay is very good and if you love
to see your players dazzle on the field rather than just running straight in and
scoring goals, then this game is for you.My current rating is 1128 which falls
under expert class and my team has strength of 4892.

My squad consists players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert Lewandowski, Lionel
Messi, Kevin de Bruyne, N’Golo Kante, Bruno Fernandes, Alaba, Trent
Alexander Arnold, Sergio Ramos, M. De Ligt and Jan Oblak.

Clash of Clans used to be a trend back in 2016. Its not trending to such extent
as PUBG has occupied a huge fraction of gamers for now. The content in this
game is excellent.

A village will be given to the user which needs to be protected from other
users by placing defences according to the level. Speaking of protection the
user also can raid others' villages for increasing resources, thus an army is
needed. The army will consist of many types of Creatures that add more
attraction to the game which will upgrade according to your level.The
speciality here is not only you can raid villages but play wars as a team from
your clan.

Imagine you with your friends are playing against an opponent group of
villages. How exciting is that! As your level increases there will be plenty of
things to deal with. This game is not simulation or shooting it is packed with
strategy, it requires patience to learn how to fully raid villages. Hope this will

Hey everyone, I am Rounak I'm 15 and an amatuer gamer, today lets talk about
my favourite game - The most commercially and critically succesful game of
all time GTA 5 which is the 15th installment of the Grand Theft Auto series by
Rockstar Games.

The story mode of GTA 5 is a straight up masterpiece from a storyline so good
and gruesome, just like a Quentin Tarantino movie, to 3 different controllable
characters - Michael, Franklin and Trevor each with unique abilities, all placed
within the huge world of Los Santos. GTA online is another fun part of the
game with a massively wide variety of cool features.

GTA 5 is one of those games which has managed to age well with time. It has
managed to revolutionize the gaming world forever with its amazing
characters, attention to detail, superb graphics and a great open world
experience and I hope that this franchise will continue to prosper in the days
to come.

milestones since launch. With regularly organised competitions in
the world and in India, let it be Nation-wide (like ESL or LXG) or competitions
organised by famous companies like Lenovo Legion, Republic of Gamers,
Alienware, etc. or any community-driven tournament, we can find gamers
with high skillset. Some platforms like Sostronk and FaceIt have provided a
venue to test themselves by competing against each other.
Like any other eSports title, Global Offensive requires dedicated time and
practice, which includes perfecting aim, spray, movement across maps,
effective use of utilities, retakes and many more which can be practiced within

Hello Gamers , I am Rritam Mitra, an aspiring mobile gamer . I play PUBG ÉTNAHCNE
mobile and I started to see Esports as a new uprising carrier in India and in
present date Esports tournaments are in big trends , so today I will guide you
guys all about Competitive GamePlay.

2 years ago when PUBG was launched we installed the game and we started
playing it casually with friends , but back then we didn’t knew anything about
esports , and our favourite SoulMortal , 8Bit_THUG and FnaticScout
represented India in GLOBAL ESPORTS COMPETITION .Later we started our
own clan “F4NTOM ESPORTS” , we hire players to play tournaments and we
host our own tournament also. Now a days , its pretty easy to participate in
competions and tournaments , just open a discord account and search for
esports clan who offers T3 ,T2 and T1 customs, and many teams like you comes
with greater dreams to play , so competition is tougher now . But the most
important part , how to prepare for competitive scrims . firstly you need your
own squad , it may be 4 men, 5 men or 6 men squad , and every one must play
with equal importance and dedications .

You have to decide your roles and Choose right weapons by talking to your
squad members . Every squad needs an IGL,a fragger,a support player and a
sniper . And competitive game is very different than classic matches so you
have to grind 5-6 hour minimum daily to increase your team synergy and you
have to spend minimum 1 hour In training ground practicing drills to increase
your reflexes . The more you play , more your game sense will increase . And to
successfully win a tournament you have to be extremely cautious , one wrong
call or one wrong decision can be the end of whole squad and lead to an early
exit from game . you have to trust your team and believe your IGL , whatever
situation whatever call just obey your IGL , and Your team synergy will lead you
