Cal was born on the plain planet of Lothal. His mother an
father didn’t really raise him well so he spent most of his
time with the rest of his village. His long lost brother,
Sehran, was abandoned and trained to be a sith warlord.
(Which is exactly what he did.) Sehran spent his time
hunting down Cal and training to be better than him. Cal,
however, was highly force sensitive and tended to use it
to his advantage. Although, he got cocky sometimes and
used it for things he shouldn't have. Cal finally met his
brother when he was captured on Jakku and forced into
becoming a First Order pilot. Cal swiftly made his return
to the Resistance taking down his fighter squadron and
helping them take out the rest on the ground during the
Skirmish of Lothal. Cal finally killed Sehran and claimed
his lightsaber as a trophy. Being one of the 8 sons of Jai
