KATA PENGANTAR Foreword Buku Pedoman Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (BP2K3) Yard Marketing dibuat berdasarkan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang berlaku di Indonesia dan Internasional. BP2K3 menjelaskan tentang bagaimana mencegah kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja pada seluruh pekerjaan atau kegiatan yang berlangsung di Area Kerja Yard Marketing. BP2K3 dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja untuk Petugas yang berkepentingan (PIC), Karyawan, Partner, dan Vendor dalam melakukan pekerjaan atau kegiatan di Area Yard Marketing. BP2K3 juga dapat digunakan oleh Manajemen PT. United Tractors Tbk. divisi marketing terkait, fungsi K3, maupun staff, sebagai dasar untuk melakukan Inspeksi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja untuk semua pekerjaan atau kegiatan di Area Yard Marketing. Yard Marketing's Occupational Safety and Health Implementation Manual (BP2K3) is made based on the applicable Occupational Safety and Health standards in Indonesia and internationally. BP2K3 explains how to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases in all work or activities that take place in the Yard Marketing Work Area. BP2K3 can be used as a guideline on Occupational Safety and Health for interested Officers (PIC), Employees, Partners and Vendors in carrying out work or activities in Yard Marketing Areas. BP2K3 can also be used by the Management of PT. United Tractors Tbk. related marketing division, K3 function, as well as staff, as a basis for carrying out Occupational Safety and Health Inspections for all work or activities in the Marketing Yard Area. AHLI K3 OHS Expert MKT-BP2K3-001 Memasuki tempat kerja sesuai dengan keputusan penunjukan; Meninta keterangan dan atau informasi mengenai pelaksanaan syarat-syarat keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja ditempat kerja sesuai dengan keputusan penunjukannya; Memonitor, memeriksa, menguji, menganalisa, mengevaluasi dan memberikan Keadaan dan fasilitas tenaga kerja. Setiap APD yang akan digunakan harus dicek oleh petugas K3 saat induksi dan APD yang tidak standar dilarang digunakan. 2 Cek secara berkala fisik helm dan suspensinya. Kencangkan dengan tali dagu dan ada nama perusahaan di depan helm stiker lisensi SIO unit di samping kiri dan stiker lisensi selain unit di sebelah kanan. 3 Cek secara berkala semua APD yang digunakan dan periksa sebelum dipakai. Helm yang sudah tertimpa material atau kondisinya sudah tidak normal harus diganti setelah diinspeksi (gunakan daftar periksa). 4 Sabuk keselamatan dan sabuk pengaman tubuh harus diperiksa setiap akan digunakan, pastikan tidak ada kerusakan pada kait tali, tali koneksi, dll. Semua pekerja harus menggunakan seragam kerja yang rapi. Seragam yang digunakan harus memantulkan cahaya/reflektif. Pelindung lengan dari kulit atau pakaian pelindung tahan api harus dipakai pada pekerjaan pengelasan, pemotongan atau gerinda bila diperlukan. 1. 2. 3. 4. Model helm adalah V-Guard dan dilengkapi dengan tali dagu karet serta model otomatis untuk mengencangkan suspensi helm. Helm dilarang untuk dicat (karena akan bersenyawa dengan cat) dan dilarang ditulis dengan spidol. Catat tanggal pembelian pada bagian dalam helm dan di buku catatan. Masa pakai helm paling lama adalah 5 tahun setelah itu harus diganti baru. Helm yang rusak atau terkena dampak (kejatuhan benda) harus diganti. Sepatu harus dilengkapi dengan pelindung jari yang terbuat dari baja, dan anti tergelincir. Catat tanggal pembelian pada buku catatan. Masa pakai sepatu paling lama adalah 2 tahun, setelah itu harus diganti baru. Cek kondisi sepatu minimal setiap 2 minggu sekali, ganti bila cacat atau rusak. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Pelindung standar adalah kacamata sesuai standar ANSI Z.87.1-2010. Pekerjaan pengelasan dan pemotongan baik dengan trafo las maupun las potong harus menggunakan welding faceshield. Pekerjaan gerinda dan alat portabel yang berputar lainnya (mesin senai, sekop, dll.) pada area terbuka harus menggunakan tameng wajah yang dikombinasikan dengan helm. Kait yang digunakan untuk sabuk pengaman tubuh atau sabuk keselamatan harus menggunakan kait yang besar. Panjang tali koneksi tidak boleh lebih dari 1,7 m. Setiap pekerjaan di ketinggian lebih dari 1,8 m harus menggunakan sabuk pengaman tubuh dan pengait dikaitkan minimal harus di atas pinggang. Setiap pekerjaan di ketinggian harus terpasang tali keselamatan horizontal dari pipa galvanis atau tali bantu angkat (tali baja atau tali serat) diameter 8 mm untuk mengaitkan kait pada sabuk pengaman tubuh. Pekerja pada umumnya harus menggunakan sarung tangan katun min. 8 benang. Pekerjaan yang lebih kasar, seperti tukang besi, baja, penanganan tali baja, kawat, dll, harus menggunakan sarung tangan kombinasi. Pekerjaan pengelasan, pemotongan, dan gerinda harus menggunakan sarung tangan kulit. Pekerjaan dengan bahan kimia dan beracun harus menggunakan sarung tangan tahan kimia (bahan vynil, PVC, nitril, dll). Sumbat telinga adalah sumbat yang dimasukkan ke liang telinga. Sumbat telinga harus terbuat dari bahan karet atau plastik lunak dan harus dapat mereduksi bising X-85 dB (X adalah intensitas bising yang diterima pekerja). Penutup telinga adalah penutup seluruh telinga yang dapat mereduksi bising sebesar 35-45 dB. Masker dan respirator harus digunakan disesuaikan dengan pekerjaan dan potensi kontaminasi atau gangguan pernapasan. Untuk pelindung debu dapat digunakan masker sekali pakai yang terbuat dari katun, kertas atau kasa. Untuk pelindung gas, uap dan asap harus menggunakan respirator dengan penyaring yang sesuai. Kartu identitas dikeluarkan oleh pihak yang berwenang setelah lulus induksi keselamatan. Kartu identitas wajib dikembalikan kepada perusahaan ketika masa kerja berakhir. Kehilangan kartu identitas dikenakan denda sesuai dengan peraturan perusahaan. Bagi yang menemukan kartu identitas wajib mengembalikan kepada pihak perusahaan. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
