Fro Des Of Our
Basileu
Dear Sorors:
I am excited about my
second term as the
Basileus of this
illustrious Chapter.
We had a busy and
eventful year in 2018!!!
Please note our 2018
accomplishments in
this issue. All I can
say is Thank you,
Thank you and Thank
you again!!!
Fro Des Of Our
Basileu
As usual we began the year as busy as ever!!! We started the year
honoring our illustrious founders’ at our Reclamation event and
Founders’ Day celebration. We welcome our newly reactivated, transfer
and sorors who continued their membership with Pi Theta Omega.
We served and celebrated Martin Luther King, Jr and the children of our
community through the #CAP and AKA GEMS programs. We continue
serving the needy at the Table of Hope. Through our NJ HBCU
Consortium we served with several HBCU Alumni Associations at the
New Jersey Community Food Bank packing and picking food to go to
families and other food banks in New Jersey.
We worked tirelessly to highlight the hard work and dedication of the
work of the sorority through Pi Theta Omega. As the North Atlantic
Region Awards Chairman I thank Pi Theta Omega for your support and
send a special shout out to the sorors who assisted in the Awards Judging
process.
Sorors please read this issue and reflect on all we do in sisterhood and
service. Thank you to Soror Alyssa Manners our Ivy Leaf Reporter for her
hard work on her inaugural issue. Enjoy!!!
