Introduction

Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank
you for purchasing this eBook. It's
people like you that make me want
to continue creating great content
so that you can get ahead online.

My name is Matt and when I
started into the "making money
online" business I tried all sorts of
things. Most of things either failed,
or I failed to follow through on
them. When it came to Fiverr that
wasn't the case. It didn't happen
overnight, I hate to say it, but it did
happen with some work and some

trial and error, and most of all with
some persistence. I think that a lot
of people try something for a little
bit and then when it doesn't show
them the gold immediately, they
drop it. I think that if you take the
information in this book and put it
to use, and put a little "elbow
grease" into it, you'll find that you
can make a nice side income or
even a full time income.

Fiverr is all about niche products
and services, and what you'll be
offering after reading this are Gigs
that sell and that don't rob you of
your time and freedom.

Now, you could put on a clown suit
and hold a big sign over your head,
many people do this with success,
but what I think you really want
from an online business is the
ability to make money passively, or
at least with minimal time and
maximum profit. Services can
definitely make you money on
Fiverr, it's full of Gigs in that
market, but one of the best ways to
make money passively is to sell a
product.

In this book you'll discover a proven
system for generating money that
actually works, giving you residual
income day after day. I for one am

all about systems, it doesn't matter
who applies the system, it always
works. Take McDonalds for
instance, it built its business model
on a system that any teenager can
do and it was able to do this over
and over again and make millions
of dollars.

If you're already doing well on
Fiverr this may not be for you but it
could change the angle that you
deliver Gigs on. If Fiverr is
completely new to you then this
book will have you covered. And if
you're just starting to dabble in
Fiverr, then you'll find a great
method that will have you focusing

on the right things to do to make
money today.

The First step is to change the way
you view Fiverr and start seeing it
for the amazing marketplace it truly
is. Secondly, I'll give you the boot
camp to make sure you're ready to
roll. Lastly I'll show you how to
massively increase your chances of
success by turning Fiverr into the
automated system it can truly
become.

By tweaking Fiverr to your needs
we can create an almost passive
system that you'll be able to handle
by yourself on Autopilot. These

simple but effective steps will give
you the necessary means to produce
amazing results with as little effort
as possible.

Follow me on this quest to build a
smart Fiverr business you actually
want to run.

The first thing we need to discuss
and which is of the utmost
importance, is what you need to
avoid doing on Fiverr if you want
freedom on your side.

Stop Trading Your
Time for Money

Most people on Fiverr are trading
their time for money…. this
probably doesn't come as a surprise
to you. Well, it may not be a
surprise but it certainly should
bother you. Unless you're looking
to just change jobs then that's fine
but if you're looking for the "4 hour
work-week," you probably want
more.

There are tons of crazy people doing
crazy things and for absolutely
insane amounts of time on Fiverr.

I'm not one of them, and neither
should you be. Here's just a quick
list of things you can do on Fiverr
that may or may not take tons of
time to deliver':

● Write articles or blog posts
● Write letters/emails
● Edit articles or blog posts
● Write product descriptions
● Dance your dog around the

living room shouting a
product name
● Write resumes and cover
letters
● Offer your handwriting
services (thank you notes,
greeting cards, etc.)

● Critiquing websites
● Make a video holding a sign

with the logo of a product
● Do keyword research for

people looking to improve
their website SEO
● Turn photographs into
paintings/digital images
● Design logos and banners
● Design eBook covers
● Design business cards
● Create or modify
spreadsheets
● Edit/retouch images
● Make crafts

I've actually covered those and way,
way more in my book "101 Fiverr

Gigs." Now don't get me wrong,
those can be great ways to make
money on Fiverr and there are ways
to use less of your time on Fiverr
than that but what this book is all
about is EASE. You want to make
money every day, without spending
countless hours doing everyone's
$5 bidding. And trust me, people
want everything under the sun done
for a $5 Gig.

Avoid the pitfall of doing more for
less and turn it around with doing
less for more.

You can do some of these things
above and others and still make a

great amount of money while using
less of your time. Time being the
only thing you really have in life,
you want to spend it wisely.

The solution to this conundrum is
to sell digital products or
productized services. Things like
articles, eBooks, and videos. Put
the effort in once and sell it over
and over again. This is how I
started really making money on
Fiverr and that change in my
mentality was all I needed to ramp
things up to the next level.

So get ready to move onwards and
upwards into a better way of doing

things, a way of doing things on
Autopilot.

What Does Autopilot
Really Mean

Digital products are the way to go
on Fiverr if you're looking for a
good return for your time. Let's be
honest, you'd rather have more
time and more money, not one or
the other. So work towards making
all your Fiverr Gigs products and
forgo the hassles of the service
industry.

Now that you understand that you
want to be selling products lets
cement this once and for all. You
want to be selling digital products

that you can store on the cloud or
on your laptop and you can take
anywhere and distribute easily. You
want it to be so easy in fact that a
toddler could make this transaction
happen. Make this easy on yourself
and make it easy for your customer;
and most of all, make it fast so that
your customer is happy. But you're
probably asking, don't people want
you to spend some time doing the
thing they've paid for? Well, that
isn't exactly true, and maybe not
true at all. What people are looking
for from their Gig is a result.

When someone comes to Fiverr
looking for something, they're

looking for outcomes. They want a
problem of theirs to be solved or
they want to have something taken
off their hands so they can focus
their time on what matters most to
them. Or they simply don't have
the skill necessary to get a job done;
and that's where you come in. If
you can give people their desired
outcome, be it articles, tutorials, or
simply good information, then they
go away happy and hopefully return
for more later.

When you hire someone to fix your
plumbing, you don't want them to
spend all hours of the day getting it
done, what you're really looking for

is to have your plumbing fixed. If it

took them 5 minutes and they were

done, and you were happy, then

that's what you want. It's exactly

the same thing when people come

shopping online at Fiverr or

anywhere for that matter. They're

there to get something

accomplished… an outcome.

So what kinds of outcomes can you
sell to people so that they'll be
happy they paid $5? Simple! PDFs,
MP3s, Tutorials, Videos, etc. You
can literally put together a video
about how to install WordPress and
send them the link. Now this
should have at least $5 to it. Don't

make a stodgy video that lasts 2
minutes and expect people to be
happy with the result. Yes, you'll
have to put some time in ahead of
the Gig in order to reap the rewards
later, but that's okay.

Now there is another secret to this,
you don't just have to sell things
that you've made but I'll get to that
next.

Before You Launch

As I’ve said before, what you really
need to make this system work is a
digital product. But before you get
that going you're going to want to
figure out who you're selling to.
What you're going to want to do
first is make a plan. You want to
zero in on a target
audience/market. You want to
develop a group of products around
a focal point.

It's important that you view the
Fiverr marketplace as a niche
marketer. It's only with this

viewpoint that you will be able to
sell lots of products to people that
really want. If you just throw stuff
up on the wall and hope sticks then
you're not going to do very well
with Fiverr. You want to attack a
market head on and direct all your
efforts to having a concise persona
on Fiverr. I won't get too much into
niche marketing or niche choices,
there are plenty of books and
sources online that will help you
with that. What you really need to
understand is that you want to
tackle one thing and leave it at that,
don't try to be everything to
everyone; you'll become nothing to

no-one. Great results are obtained
with laser focus. Find that one
product niche you know you can
rock and stick with it.

Once you've picked your niche, be it
Twitter, SEO, WordPress etc., you'll
want to get your digital products
ready. And you're thinking, I don't
have one. But that's ok, there's a
secret loop that Fiverr is completely
okay with, and that's PLR. If you do
have your own content or can make
some quality products then I highly
suggest you do that. I started off
my making my own pdf training
manuals and videos that have done
really well. If you want to take a

shortcut then by all means use the
following to your advantage.

Another thing that you may be
asking is, what if I'm not an expert
in a specific niche. Well, that's the
magic of PLR, you don't have to be
an expert in order to sell this type of
product. You can sell lots of these
products quickly and develop
yourself as an "expert" in that
particular niche. You can deliver,
eBooks, courses, mp3s or even
software in a particular niche that
you didn't even create yourself, but
you're fully allowed to resell.

You can get this going in no time by

using copyright free material.
Private Label Rights (PLR) are
available all over the internet and
are completely free to redistribute.

QUICK TIP: You can find PLR
products all over the web, just do a
quick search for your niche topic
and PLR or private label rights.

Below you'll find some of the most
reputable and biggest PLR sites.

Getting Your Account
Set Up

Well, it's not rocket science. Head
over to Fiverr.com and hit Join.
You can either join with Google or
Facebook but I highly recommend
you sign up for a fresh account with
your email address and keep things
separated. Oh, and not to worry,
Fiverr is free to join, 100%
completely free. You only need to
fill out the fields and insert your
email address.

Once you've jumped through the
regular hoops of signing up you'll

need to check your email and
confirm your new account from
your email. Easy as pie.

Once you're set up on Fiverr you'll
want to take a quick browse around
the site, including the back end.
You'll find the drop down menu on
the right which includes all your
Gig info, the ones you've bought
and the ones you've sold. As well,
you'll see the analytics section.
What you won't see right away is a
place to put your PayPal address;
that's because you need to sell a Gig
before it's available. I'll explain
more on that later.

After a quick overview of the site,
you'll want to take a look at the
Terms of Service. You don't want to
cross Fiverr the wrong way and
have them cancel your account.
Fear not though, it's easy to read
and you'll see that there's nothing
too crazy in there.

Also do some reading up on the
different levels of Fiverr. Once you
start selling lots of Gigs, you'll be
able to climb the Top Sellers ranks
and Fiverr will feature you even
more prominently in their system.
Rising up the ranks also gives you
access to more Gigs to sell. To start
with you'll get up to 7 Gigs and as

you sell more you'll be able to open
up to 20 Gigs - the top end per
account.

Follow my recommendations below
to get things going smoothly...

Profile Photo:

I'd highly recommend you put a
picture of yourself up there. But if
you're not into that you can also put
a caricature or something - buy one
on Fiverr if you can't do it yourself.
Fiverr is a social place and people
are more likely to buy from you if
you have your own picture up.

Something About You:

This section is pretty important.
It's the first thing someone reads
about you after they click on your
profile. You'll want to describe
yourself and your background
expertise in the niche you've
chosen. Don't worry if you're not
an "expert," just tell people you're
great at your chosen niche. Also
include something about your other
Gigs at the end; something like
"make sure to check out my other
Gigs!" It's a call to action for your
Fiverr Gigs and just adds to your
money making machine.

Speaks:

If you speak more than just English
then by all means include that here.

Fiverr Levels

After you've set up your account
you are a "New Seller." After you
start selling some Gigs you'll rise in
the ranks. The following are the
guidelines to each of the Fiverr
levels.

Level 1

Requirements:

● Needed: 30 days active on
Fiverr

● Completed at least 10
individual orders

● Maintain a 4 star rating and

above
● Have a low cancellation rate

Benefits:

● Able to offer 4 “Gig Extras”
(up to $40)

● Up to 10 Gig in multiples
● Send Custom Offers Up to

$1500

Level 2

Requirements:

● 50 Individual Orders in 2
Consecutive Months

● Maintain a 4.5 Star Rating

● Have a Low Cancellation
Rate

Benefits:

● 5 Gig Extras up to $50
● 15 Gig Multiples
● Priority Customer Support

Level 3 - Top Rated Seller

Requirements:

● Maintain a high star rating
(4.7-5 star rating)

● Exceptional customer care
● Have a low cancellation rate
● Community leadership
● Volume of sales

Benefits:

● 6 Gig Extras up to $100
● 20 Gig Multiples
● VIP Customer Support

Top Rated sellers are manually
chosen at the discretion of the
Fiverr team based on the above
criteria. You can see that if you
reach this level you have some
serious potential to make amazing
money. If you can at least get to
Level 2 you will be in the running to
make great money so that should be
your main goal to begin with.

QUICK TIP:

As with all thing, I highly
recommend that you check out the
TOS on Fiverr.com. I've looked
through it thoroughly and can say
that everything we're doing here is
legit. It's not going around their
backs or anything like that; and you
wouldn't want to do that because
you want a long term sustainable
system. Selling PDFs, videos, PLRs
are all acceptable practices on
Fiverr. Delivering these forms of
product with great customer service
and quickly is a great way to make
money on Fiverr and they're totally
cool to you doing that. But like I
said, make sure to review the TOS

yourself and settle it in your own
mind as well.

The Fiverr Marketplace

Fiverr isn't all that new when it
comes to marketplaces. In much
the same way that eBay and
Craigslist function, Fiverr is a place
where people congregate to buy and
sell products and services. The
biggest difference is that all the
products start at $5. Recently there
have been a number of "knock-off"
sites trying to do the same thing as
Fiverr but selling things for $1 or
$10. Fiverr is remains as one of, if
not the most, competitive and busy
marketplaces online. It's ranking
rolls around but last I checked it

was in the top 300 of all visited
websites worldwide and in the USA.

The other thing that Fiverr has is a
ranking system, similar to eBay.
This is great because it allows
people to find products based on a
review system. Whenever reviews
are attached to products or services,
people are happier to purchase. It's
the strangest thing but social proof
remains as one of the biggest
selling features for just about
anything.

If you take a quick look through the
search bar on Fiverr, you'll find
thousands of things that people are

selling and with the gold stars to
prove how good someone's product
or service is. The real secret here is
that having great rankings lead to
more sales. So, over delivering on
your Gigs and getting top notch
reviews is the key to great success
on Fiverr.

So, keeping up a great profile with
lots of gold stars is a serious
cornerstone to selling on Fiverr.
You want great social proof which
will lead to you have an authority or
"expert" status in your specific
niche.

QUICK TIP:

I highly recommend you start up
your new Fiverr account with a
brand new email account. Set one
up on Gmail that you use
specifically to run your Fiverr Gigs.
This will keep your personal email
separate from your business.
Another reason you'll want to do
this is for the automation process.
If you really want this to run on
autopilot, you may want to
outsource your Gig fulfillment to a
Virtual Assistant. Having a separate
account keeps your personal email
private and lets the outsourcer take
care of your business.
