PAGSALINGOY 2023: DANAY NA ORAGON DILG REGION 5 ANNUAL REPORT
The third installment of Pagsalingoy brings us back to the roots of the Oragon heart. The ever resilient and persevering Bicolano has always weathered the changing socio-economic landscapes and braved numerous challenges that come their way. Intertwined and interconnected, the spirit of pagtinarabangtabang or “bayanihan” is not lost and is engraved in every initiative and innovation- much like how the patterns adorning the corner<br>of the page convolute. 2023 was a year of convergence and coalescing with numerous stakeholders valuing the cornerstones of a holistic and more participatory approach to local governance. <br><br>The cover is painted with colors royal blue and gold which elevates the previous year’s teal and yellow motif. These main hues depict the unceasing efforts of the whole DILG Region 5 workforce for going above and beyond the call of their duties to bring forth excellence in their delivery of public service. As 2023 brought on a plethora of new milestones DILG Region 5 remained steadfast in championing a Matino, Mahusay, at Maaasahang pag-gobyerno.
