ABOUT CELINA

With roots dating back to a small town hardware store in 1922, Celina Tent began with the creation of a tent rental business in 1996 serv-
ing the small community of Celina, Ohio, USA. Gaining more and more experience in event services, Celina gradually transitioned into
manufacturing its own tent tops to guarantee higher quality. Eventually selling off the rental portion of the business, Celina Tent has grown
to be a manufacturer and distributor of quality celebration and event equipment with divisions in the United States, China (Celina Tent
Taicang, Co. LTD , est. 2011), and the Philippines. In 2016, Celina established its first distribution center outside of the US. Branching out
to the UK allows us to offer the same quality tents and accessories to Europe and beyond.

Remaining a family owned business, our open-minded attitude toward new and innovative practices keeps Celina Tent at the forefront of
the expanding event market. We source quality products and are known as a major distributor of event chairs, tables, and tents through-
out North America and Europe. All tents we offer are created at Celina Tent-owned facilities to allow us to control the quality. The Celina
team has searched the world for quality materials, state of the art equipment, and improved processes so that we can bring you the best
value and highest quality products.

As the world's first company to offer party tents and related event equipment available for purchase online, Celina Tent strives to cre-
ate the most user-friendly and informative sites possible. In 2000 the website CelinaTent.com was created to promote our products and
services, launching GetTent.com two years later to provide 24 hour streamlined ordering of party tents and supplies. Celina embraces
new technology and better methodologies to improve design, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, customer service, training, and
ecommerce experience. Our technological expertise allows us to offer all of our tent manuals on our website and a multitude of instruc-
tional YouTube videos to aid customers in choosing, using, and maintaining their purchases to make sure their investment lasts for years
to come.

PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION CAPABILITIES

In a predominately old industry, Celina Tent has established itself as a leader with modern equipment, manufacturing capabilities, and
software to make products quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. At the Celina, Ohio manufacturing facility, Celina Tent's quality assur-
ance lab is capable of doing in-house testing on raw materials. The 95,000 square foot manufacturing facility has the ability to produce
more than 250,000 square feet of product per month! Celina Tent Taicang, Co. LTD consists of a 47,000 square foot facility, which
bolsters our stock of engineered fabric products stored in the 64,000 square foot distribution center found in Coldwater, Ohio. With large
warehousing and consolidation capabilities, Celina Tent is able to fulfill most customer orders within 24 hours.

With significant quantities of ready-to-ship tents and shelters in inventory, Celina has played a key role in numerous contingencies relief
and efforts for natural disasters worldwide such as earthquakes, tsunamis and military surges. Development began on Chemical/Biologi-
cal/Nuclear decontamination systems for the defense industry in 2011, further expanding the core competencies in Celina's repertoire.

Celina Tent offers full-container pricing on most of the items we sell. For a full container quote, please contact your account manager or contact us online with your request.
Allow 3 – 5 days for a valid quote.

Manufacturing lead time is around 4 weeks, at which point the container will be loaded and taken to the loading port. Keep in mind that it can take a few days to a week before
your cargo is loaded at the corresponding loading port. The transit time from our supplier network to most locations in Europe and the United States is roughly 29 – 35 days.

The same wait time applies to the destination port, where it usually takes 2 – 3 days before your cargo is cleared and ready for shipping. When the container vessel arrives, the
containers are unloaded, with some inspected by the local customs authorities. Port authorities will begin customs clearing, meaning they are calculating any duties, VAT, port
fees and service fees. Under most circumstances, Celina Tent has already factored these costs into the price quoted to the customer.

Once the shipment is cleared by customs, the container will be moved by rail or semi-trailer truck. For most customers, this will add an additional 5 – 7 days after it leaves the
landing port. When delivered to the customer’s warehouse, there will be a short 2-hour window to unload the container. Any extra costs charged by the trucking company for
delay in unloading the container will be assessed and applied to the customer.

When you receive container pricing from Celina Tent, these costs typically will be included:

Sea freight is quite slow; importation requires more long-term planning compared to domestic product purchases. It is recommended to place an order a minimum of 3 months
before the products are needed in-warehouse.

Classic Series Pole Tent O RING Celina’s Classic Series Pole Tents are designed to be applicable to all types of events,
ADAPTER due to the simple tensioning design. The tent top of a Classic Series Pole Tent is sup-
ported by center poles in the middle of the tent top, which are tensioned down to each of
the corner and side poles. These poles are then anchored to stakes via ropes or ratchet
assemblies, stabilizing the entire tent system.

PROspan Fabric Structure The Celina Tent PROspan Series is a temporary, semi-permanent frame supported fabric
structure. The PROspan is best suited for long term installations and requires less mainte-
SLIDING nance than a standard frame tent. Even though the PROspan is recommended for long term
PANELS installations, the installation process is simple enough to be disassembled and reinstalled for
short term installations. The PROspan structures have a Keder Track system that makes it
easy to slide the roof and side panels out when severe weather or snow is anticipated. The
PROspan will provide an alternative structure with more flexibility than a permanent building.
