restart the air conditioner.

Add/Edit Entry Tab
15
Department
Here you can find the list of department numbers
and their descriptions. This is where new
departments are registered. In the CWorks
NETMAIN CMMS, where an entry form requires a
department as an input, these departments will
appear in the form of a drop-down list.
16
Department
17
Level
This gives you the option to set up and organise some or all of the sites into hierarchical structure
18
Site
This tab holds the list of Site numbers and their

This tab holds the list of all cost centre codes or
numbers. It will be used for assigning costs for a
routine maintenance job, for Purchase Orders
billing and for miscellaneous accounting
purposes. The cost centre codes or numbers will
appear as a drop-down list in NETMAIN operation.
It is worth considering the use of the department
field for this as it is linked to every Asset. Thus, it
could be better suited to tracking
costs/commitments per Account Code/Cost
Centre.
29
Cost Centre
30
Account Code
