Fitness means to be in good physical shape and able to get around without becoming breathless. Firstly, to be fit you must not be overweight. If you are overweight you need to be careful of your diet and avoid excess sugar and food that contains too much fat. Secondly, it is necessary to exercise regularly. Some people like farmers or construction workers get enough exercise just through their work. Others do their exercises by walking, cycling, playing football, volleyball, basketball, tennis and swimming. Those activities are all good forms of exercises. The outdoor ones such as jogging, aerobics, hiking, mountain climbing and cycling can provide excellent exercises as well. People who live in crowded cities do not have many choices of doing their exercises outdoor, so it is more convenient for them to go to a nearby gym but it does not mean they could not stay fit. 3_Eng_M6 TB ready for print.pdf 74 7/31/2015 9:22:24 AM ສ.ວ.ສ ສະຫງວນລຂ ິ ະສດ ິ

95 Bird flu or avian flu can be transmitted to humans by eating uncooked meat from infected birds. It can also be caught by contact with their faeces and other bodily fluids. Infected feathers and dropping on bird cages may also contribute to the spread of the virus. We don’t know whether bird flu can be passed from person to person. So far, cases of bird flu have involved people working or living with birds, often in very poor conditions. The symptoms are similar to those of other kinds of flu, such as sore throat, aching muscles, headache, cough and feverishness. More severe symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, eye infections and could ultimately lead to pneumonia and respiratory failure.
