FYP ( FINAL YEAR PROJECT)

★ My FYP consists of research and implementation of a bioinformatics algorithm, in result
I created a tool "ChromSACT"( Chromosome Segmentation Annotation and Comparison
Toolbox).
★ The toolbox is a cross-platform ASP.NET core web application.
★ It uses NGS data to run a complex algorithm and give use the output in form of
graphical charts (using Javascript ).
★ It maps specific histone modifications and annotations of the genome together with
clustering.

MEMBER OF MVA (MICROSOFT VIRTUAL ACADEMY) FOUNDERS CLUB

★ MVA is a online virtual academy created by Microsoft in order to teach students
technical developmental skills and programming skills.
★ I have "2682" points accumulated uptil now in my profile (username :

skills like, ASP.Net, C#, web development, UWP development and many more.

using "C#" and "XAML"
