applications requiring cut resistance and resistance to heat. PRI is capable of designing
and producing coating patterns that meet specifications on string-knit shells to fit with
customers’ needs.

2. M cHenry Manufacturing’s knitting and sewing operation in Bluffton, Indiana specializes
in protective sleeves, work aprons and hoods.

3. Black Pearl Guilderland Center, New York facility offers custom packaging, imprinting and
labeling as well as dielectric testing for electrical insulating gloves and is a manufacturer of
