is very matured enough to discipline us, his playful classmates. He is a
reliable person that do all the tasks when he is told to do so. Way back in
school year 2016-2017, grade 11, I thought Cel was just a simple guy who sits
down and talks with his friends but it turned out that he can be funny at
all times, whatever and wherever group of friends he joins. He’s one of the
