the need to offload ballast or people. When deployed, the WAVEPLATE extends outward and down from
the transom intercepting and redirecting the flow of water to clean up the opposite wake and form a surf
wave like no other boat. This not only gives you the ability to form a wave on either side instantly, but
also allows for wave customization with variable intensity settings that adjust wave steepness and shape
by controlling exactly how much the plate is engaged.

Integrated Control: Controlling the NSS is the simple press of a button. Integrated into our
Nautique LINC system, users have the ability to customize their settings on the fly and save them in a
personalized profile that stores and automatically engages your preferred speed, ballast settings, and
WAVEPLATE position.

Surf Select Function: Nautique puts control into the hands of the surfer with the Nautique Surf
Switch for one-touch transfers exactly when the surfer desires. For total customization, the Surf Select app
for the Pebble™ Watch features the ability to display and control the ZeroOff Speed Control, NSS, stereo
volume and track while allowing surfers to transfer the wave instantly or at a three-second countdown.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE

Raven Engineered Films recently displayed its commitment to its current and would-be customers by releas-
ing a new online distance learning course approved by the American Institute of Architects Continuing
Education System (AIA CES).

The course entitled “Critical Elements in Specifying Underslab Moisture & Gas Barriers,” is a comprehen-
sive guide covering the critical elements for specifying underslab moisture and gas barriers to create
healthy environments in commercial buildings and residential homes by preventing moisture and gas
migration including radon, methane, and harmful VOCs. The course is listed under MasterFormat™ divi-
sion 07000-Thermal and Moisture Protection, 07260-Vapor Retarders.

Raven partnered with AEC Daily, a leading e-learning company to release this free online course avail-
able 24/7. The course is accessible through www.RavenEFD.com/aia-ces, as well as the AEC Daily
online learning center, which offers users continuing education courses on architecture and engineering
topics geared toward the construction industry. These courses are free and approved by the American
Institute of Architects (AIA), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Green Build Certification Institute
(GBCI), and many others. The new Raven one-hour course meets Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW)
content requirements and upon completion, provides participants with 1.0 AIA CES HSW/LU (Learning
Unit) Hour.
