Our primary manufacturing site is in Cheshire, UK. A modern 60,000 sq.ft. facility with an array of automatic high-speed production capabilities across both liquid and dry products. Our entrepreneurial mindset continues to drive our culture and values. Products Malt Bevie malts cover light malt extract, lager and pilsners right through to porters and stouts and can be processed into packs from 500g to 3kg. All our malts can be sold as a stand-alone products or combined with specific yeast and hop additions to create complete beer kits. Concentrates Bevie concentrates are sourced globally from world-leading suppliers. Our concentrates can be combined to create a large number of flavour profiles to create the cider or wine variety of your choice. We can also supply the full suite of additional ingredients needed to turn our concentrates into a complete wine or cider making kit. Yeast Bevie has over 40 yeasts available for Beer, Wine, Cider, Ethanol, Spirits, Seltzers and more. Yeast can be supplied in pack sizes ranging from 2g to 250g. Beer Yeasts Bevie offers 18 active dried brewer’s yeast strains, in a comprehensive range of styles, organoleptic profiles and fermentation conditions. With options for alcohol tolerance, attenuation rate, flocculation and sedimentation. Wine Yeast Bevie has 14 active dried strains, both singular and combined with nutrition to ferment pure grape, mixed grape and other fruit source wines. Strains available for stuck fermentations, long maceration times, sparkling and secondary fermentations, high alcohol and specific organoleptic profiles. Cider Yeasts Bevie has 8 active dried strains, both singular and combined with nutrition, which ferment apple, perry and mixed fruit ciders. Strains available for dry and sweet ciders, high alcohol, high temperature fermentations and specific organoleptic contributors. Seltzer Yeast and Nutrient Our seltzer yeast and nutrients are based on a low-congener, non-diastatic active dried yeast producing minimal fusel oils, esters and other fermentation by-products. This minimises flavour and aroma contribution in the end product. Formulated with a complete, chemicallydefined, nutrient complex, Bevie seltzer yeast and nutrients are optimised for neutral character sugar wash fermentations.


Finings Our range of natural products provide clarity to your beverages and can also improve alcohol quality and yield. Liquid Chitosan A high strength, high purity solution of chitosan flake for the clarification of alcoholic beverages. Often used as part of a 2-stage clarification process with Kieselsol. Vegan Chitosan In addition to animal derived fining agents, Bevie offers chitosan from a fungal source. This modern alternative is suitable for vegans, and also doesn’t have the crustacean allergen present in traditional chitosan products. Our fungal chitosan fining products can be used in a variety of beverage-making applications from beer and wine to home spirit applications. Kieselsol A negatively charged aqueous solution of colloidal silica for high performance fining of alcoholic beverages. Granular Sodium Bentonite A fine granular food grade high colloidal bentonite clay for protein stabilisation and clarification in wines, grape must, and cider. Also used as an absorbent to improve beverage ethanol quality. Hops Bevie stocks over 80 varieties of pelletised T90 hops available originating from the UK, US, Europe and Australasia. Our hops can be used to add bitter flavour, dry hop aroma or conditioner and can be blended together to create unique recipes and flavour profiles. Flavouring Working with world leading flavour houses, Bevie has a range of over 100 individual flavourings, all of which can be blended to achieve the perfect flavour profile for any beverage. Our range includes spirit and liqueur flavouring for addition to neutral alcohol, fruit flavours for cider, wines and seltzers and varietal style wine flavourings. Turbo Yeasts are suitable for both home and commercial alcoholic beverage making. From utilising wash for distillation as spirit alcohol, or for use in making hard seltzers and other flavoured alcoholic beverages. Turbo Yeasts work effectively with a variety of refined sugars such as sucrose, dextrose, or invert sugar syrup. Our range of Turbo Yeasts have been formulated with a variety of specially selected characteristics. These include high ethanol and temperature tolerant strains, low congener strains for ‘clean’ alcohol with a neutral sensory profile, and specialist distilling strains for the production of highlyflavoured spirit - such as whiskey and rum. Bevie can provide Turbo Yeasts to satisfy all your beverage requirements, including bespoke and customised products. Turbo Yeast Bevie is the world leader in manufacturing, packaging, and supplying of Turbo Yeast products. Turbo Yeasts are blends of active dried alcohol yeast strains, formulated with complete nutrient complexes. These nutrient complexes are key to enabling yeast to ferment refined sugar substrates, since these sugars have been stripped of the natural nutrients - essential for the yeasts metabolic processes during alcoholic fermentation.


Products Activated Carbons A range of 6 available in liquid, powdered and granular form, used for colour removal, polishing and purification of alco-based and fermented alcoholic beverages. Oak Chips Our range of oak chips and powder comes from two tree species – American Oak and the French Oak. These come in a range of sizes and formats from powders through to oak cubes and in a range of toast levels, from untoasted to heavily toasted. All our range is air-dried for a minimum of 18 months from oak casks. Sugars and Sweetener Bevie carries a wide range of sugars, syrups, and sweeteners for a variety of brewing and beverage making. These products can be offered as standalone ingredients, or as ready formulated products. Our portfolio includes white granular powdered sugars such as sucrose and dextrose, syrups including invert sugar, partially hydrolysed glucose syrups, molasses and dark treacle, along with non-nutritive artificial sweeteners such as Acesulfame Potassium and Sucralose. Dried Fruit & Botanicals Our range of over 35 dried botanicals, fruits and leaves can be combined in any way to produce your desired outcome, from a fermentable for a wine base to an authentic flavour edition for a wine or cider kit. White chemicals Bevie carries an extensive range of white chemical products, and other commodity ingredient items, covering most food and beverage additives. These products can be offered as standalone items or as ready formulated products. Our portfolio includes yeast nutrient components such as diammonium phosphate and zinc sulphate, acidulants and acidity regulator, preservatives including antioxidants and antimicrobials, brewing salts, along with antifoaming agents, cleaners & sterilisers.


Packaging Dry & Liquid Sachets Bevie has a number of laminate materials with varying barriers available, including white paper foil, plain clear polyethylene, metalized foil and tea bag. With 9 fully automated machines, sachets can be packed from 0.5g all the way up to 3kg. Sachets come in a variety of styles from gusted sachets, 4 sided seals, tear notches, flexible sizes to duplex. We can offer nitrogen and C02 gas-flushing, as well as inline printing from simple batch and BBE codes, through to customer logos and barcodes. DOY pouch / Pillow Packs Pouch products are available in a variety of shapes and sizes and can house anywhere between 150g (min 110 ml) to 3kg (Max 2.2 l). Contents are pasteurised prior to filling to ensure maximum shelf life. Products are cold-filled and packs are gas flushed in a filtered, positive pressure room to ensure delicate flavours are preserved. MOQ start from 500kg. Our innovative dual-pocket pouch, for both liquid and dry ingredients, means a complete shelf-ready kits can be produced on the line, eliminating the need for secondary packaging, and reducing waste. Flow Wrap Our dedicated flow-wrap line has the ability to combine different sachets and sizes into one pack. This is ideal for a shelf-ready products or to streamline multiple sachets into kits. Non-sachet items such as instruction leaflets can also be combined. Bag in Box A new addition to our range allows for between 5 – 20L of concentrate in a spouted bladder.


BOTTLES IMAGE? Tubs & Pales All non-atmospheric sensitive dry products are also available in tubs and pales. Sizes range from 45ml to 5L with a range of tamper evident seals, induction seals, snap secure lids and child proof closures. All tubs and pales come with inline printing for traceability and with inline labelling options. Bulk Packaging The majority of our products are available in bulk packaging formats. Options include: • 10kg / 25kg paper poly sacks • 20kg Bag in box • 1T FIBC • 1L / 5L / 25L Jerrycan • 1,000L IBC Bottles Glass and plastic bottles are available in standard sizes of 25ml to 330ml with bespoke sizes available on request. ABOUT BEVIE PRIVATE LABEL QUALITY ASSURANCE Bevie has an extensive and thorough quality control procedure for suppliers, raw materials and finished goods. We are proud to be accredited with the BRC Grade ‘AA’ quality standard. This provides assurance that Bevie reaches high levels of competency in all critical areas. It also ensures we constantly monitor and continually improve our product quality, safety and legality and have taken every possible precaution to prevent issues. We also work with our local Beth Din to designate several of our lines suitable for manufacturing kosher approved products. Our entire facility is managed by an integrated ERP system which controls all aspects of our manufacturing and quality process. This means that all products are fully traceable, right back to their component parts. Warehousing & Logistics Our warehouse team works alongside our customers to tailor a range of flexible solutions and value-added services. We currently export to over 40 countries and we have longstanding relationships with our logistics and distribution partners, local and international chambers of commerce, HMRC & the Department for International Trade. Sales Support We are passionate about understanding your business needs right from product requirements to target markets, so we can provide the best-fit products and services. We assign all our partners a dedicated Account Manager who works directly with you to bring your product to life. NPD ( New product development) Bevie has state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and can perform a wide variety of product development and quality control functions. The Bevie Product Development team is multidisciplinary with a wide range of skills, experience and specialist knowledge in brewing, distilling, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and flavour application technology. We use this experience to guide customers through every step of the process from initial ideation, right through to product sign off. Purchasing Over the past 20 years Bevie has developed a global supplier network of longstanding, trusted suppliers and maintain a minimum of two approved suppliers for each “critical’ raw material. This ensures continuity of supply, competitive pricing and batch to batch consistency across all of our products. This extensive supplier network also allows us to source new ingredients specific to your needs quickly and efficiently. Production At our state-of-the-art production site at Ellesmere Port, UK, our 20 fully automated and semi-automated production lines currently produce over 4,000 unique SKUs. We also have specialist in-house liquid and dry blending facilities producing our formulated recipes, which can be output in excess of 1.5 million kg per year. Our customers’ products are made fresh to order by our team of highly skilled and experienced operators. We consistently seek and invest in equipment and facilities to improve our products, processes and offerings to our customers.
