iAC Unite In Arts Booklet
The Unite In Arts exhibition is the first visual art exhibition in IIUM after 40 years establishment of IIUM that showcases a variety of visual arts including calligraphy, digital art, realism, crafts and abstract art. This exhibition aims to give a platform to up and coming Muslim artists of IIUM and to assist in appreciating the beauty of integration between Islamic Art and other art style.
This exhibition will exhibit more than 40 artists artworks with various backgrounds and messages. IIUM Art Club believes that IIUM, one of the most famous Islamic universities in the world, could spread awareness on the importance of Islamic Arts and arts in general to all layers of society. This initiative can make IIUM the Islamic university that cares about every aspect of the field such as politics, economy, social life, history, business and art.
Hence, this exhibition will portray that art is a form of language where art unite people with different backgrounds to appreciate and understand the messages that been expressed by the exhibition artists.
