2026 Bula Masarig Inkers First Quarter Newsletter
The Local Government Unit of Bula has officially launched the first issue of the Bula Masarig Inkers, its official media team and community newsletter. The debut issue covers verified news stories, government programs, community events, and relevant municipal activities from January to March 2026: a significant step in the LGU’s commitment to genuine transparency and informed civic participation.
The launch responds directly to the need for accessible, credible local information, particularly for residents in far-flung barangays and those with limited access to digital platforms. The publication is available in both print and digital formats to maximize reach across all sectors of the community.
