6 | Old Naples News February 2026MAYOR TERESA LEE HEITMANNCity of Naples MayorLately, I have been reflecting on what truly makes Naples such a special place to call home. Beyond our natural beauty and quality of life, it is the people who give of themselves every day.I think of community leaders, some whose names make headlines or appear on the façades of buildings, and others who work quietly under the radar. I think of people who lead nonprofits, civic efforts, women’s groups, business organizations, and environmental causes. I also think of many whose generosity may never be publicly recognized, but whose impact is felt every day across our city. What connects these individuals is something often called the rule of Time, Talent, and Treasure. This idea comes from faith traditions that teach stewardship, the belief that we are each entrusted TIME, TALENT, AND TREASUREwith gifts and called to use them wisely and generously. Over time, this simple philosophy has become part of civic life, too. It reminds us that giving is not only about money. It is about showing up, sharing skills, and caring for others. In Naples, this way of thinking runs deep.We see this spirit in programs that give children safe and welcoming places to learn and grow. When adults give their time, their skills, and their support, young people are guided, encouraged, and given the confidence to believe in themselves. These efforts provide stability, opportunity, and hope, helping children build a stronger foundation for the future. We see it in efforts that protect our land and water as well. Volunteers and leaders work year after year to preserve the natural beauty that defines our region, ensuring future generations can enjoy the same environment we treasure today. We see it in groups that support families during hard times, offering help, guidance, and a sense of belonging. We see it in business leaders who choose to give back to the community that has supported their success, and strengthened our local economy while investing in people. We also see it in volunteers who quietly give hours each week, often behind the scenes, with no expectation of recognition, simply because they care. These acts of service shape Naples in ways that cannot always be measured. They strengthen families, support children, protect our environment, and build trust and care among neighbors.Naples is often called a paradise. Some call it the green jewel. While our beaches and sunshine are certainly special, what truly makes Naples remarkable is its people. Our community is blessed because so many choose to live out the values of Time, Talent, and Treasure in everyday ways.My hope is that we are all inspired by these generous and compassionate leaders. Each of us has something to give. Whether through volunteering, mentoring, supporting a cause, or simply caring for a neighbor or offering a kind word, we all play a part.As we live and work together in this beautiful place we call home, let us remember that Naples is strong because of the generosity of its people. For that, I am deeply grateful and wish everyone a joyful and prosperous New Year. With joy and blessings,

8 | Old Naples News February 2026The engaging, art-savvy duo of Olga and her daughter, Leeza Arkhangelskaya—owners of East West Fine Art—are celebrating the gallery’s 25th anniversary. Now located in the Vanderbilt Galleria Shoppes, they continue their mission of bringing soulful, professional, and uplifting artwork to Naples. Before making Naples their home, Olga and Leeza endured a challenging journey—one they never imagined would lead to the creation of one of Southwest Florida’s most prominent fine art galleries. In 1994, fleeing post-Soviet turbulence and violence in Moscow, they arrived in Virginia with just two suitcases and determination. Soon after, tragedy struck when Olga’s husband and Leeza’s father passed away suddenly while still in Russia. Alone in a foreign country as a young widow with a child, Olga faced immense hardship yet remained resolute in pursuing the American dream.Olga earned master’s degrees in international economics from Harvard University and Georgetown University. While living in Washington, D.C., she worked at the World Bank and pursued her passion for the arts, earning a diploma in fine art history from George Washington University. When her World Bank contract ended in 1999, Olga chose a new path. Rather than pursuing prestige or financial gain, she felt a calling to align her life with her values—sharing the beauty, history, and positive spirit of art with her community. In 2000, Olga moved to Naples with her 15-year-old daughter and founded East West Fine Art. Working twelve-hour days, seven days a week, she grew the gallery into one of Florida’s most beloved art destinations.Leeza graduated from Community School of Naples and earned degrees from the University of Geneva and American University in Washington, D.C. Though she initially pursued international development, her lifelong love of art drew her back. In 2012, Leeza joined Olga as co-owner, continuing their shared vision of art as a force for beauty, culture, and connection.EAST WEST FINE ARTWomen in BusinessEast West Fine ArtSTORE HOURSMonday - Sunday10 a.m. - 6 p.m.FINE ART GALLERY2359 Vanderbilt Beach Rd. • #410Naples, FL 34109239.691.2484eastwestfineart.comWorking twelve-hour days, seven days a week, she grew the gallery into one of Florida’s most “beloved art destinations.”A MOTHER–DAUGHTER STORY OF VISION AND RESILIENCEOlga and Leeza Arkhangelskaya

She is certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. After completing her residency in head and neck surgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine, she refined her craft through an elite fellowship in facial plastic surgery at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.“By taking an honest and authentic approach to facial plastic surgery, it is my privilege to help patients make informed decisions about their aesthetic journeys,” she explains. “Every face is unique. I carefully tailor each treatment to a patient’s individual bone structure and features to achieve natural-appearing results. With a practice dedicated exclusively to the face and neck, I combine advanced surgical procedures — such as face, neck, eyelid, and brow lifts — with minimally invasive treatments like fat transfer and injectables to help my patients look refreshed and rejuvenated.”With family ties in Naples, Dr. Burchhardt relocated from Chicago three years ago and quickly fell in love with her new community. She volunteers at Face to Face, an organization dedicated to helping survivors of domestic abuse rebuild their lives. Additionally, she enjoys engaging with and supporting her local community through her contributions to the Collier County Medical Society, the League Club, and The Guild of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children. This winter, she opened her own practice, offering a comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation — from skin care and aesthetic treatments to advanced non-surgical and surgical procedures.“It’s an exciting time in facial rejuvenation,” she says. “Innovation in surgical techniques and regenerative medicine, including nanofat and platelet therapy, is redefining how we deliver lasting, natural results. Community allows us to thrive in ways that we cannot when we are isolated or lack a circle to embrace us as we are. The concept that we are better together shapes our family life, guides the way we serve our clients, and influences the way we lead in business. While it's easy to view wealth as an end goal, or a marker of what being successful looks like, we view money as a tool that can be used to embrace our purpose, serve others, and bring us the greatest joy. So, at Kyros Private Wealth, we seek to know who you are, what you value, and what keeps you up at night. We work together to clearly define what you seek in life and guide you toward meeting those goals. Our proudest moments are when we see our clients empowered to pursue their dreams, delight in the way they're living, and build the legacy they want to leave. Two truths have guided us in our business: Legacy isn't just money. It is peace of mind, clarity and the knowledge acquired over decades of life and experiences. It’s cherishing family stories and passing on values to future generations. It is opening doors for individuals and communities that wouldn’t open otherwise. The most meaningful investments aren’t always financial. We know that true wealth isn’t about numbers on a balance sheet. It’s about seizing opportunities, acting with purpose, and being empowered to live our most impactful, fulfilling lives. Our son is soon to be a teenager, and we’re mindful of the unique opportunities and challenges this season of life brings. At the heart of it, my passion for being a mom comes from fully embracing this calling in my life. From the time I could tuck him into a stroller, walks together have been our ritual. Today, those walks look different, but they remain among my most treasured moments. No agenda. No expectations. Just time to be present. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we walk in silence. In that simplicity, my hope is that he feels seen, known, and deeply loved. 24 | Old Naples News February 2026Kristen Coury is a leader who knows that great institutions are built not only on success, but on courage. Courage to take risks, honor the past, and shape the future. As Founder, CEO and Producing Artistic Director of Gulfshore Playhouse, she continues to redefine what professional regional theatre can be in Southwest Florida and beyond. Now in just its second season in the new Baker Theatre and Education Center, Gulfshore Playhouse has emerged as a vital cultural and economic force in Naples. Under Coury’s leadership, the theatre draws artists and audiences from across the country, fueling the city’s vibrant downtown and earning national recognition. In December 2025, The New York Times highlighted Gulfshore Playhouse as one of the few regional theatres in America defying industry trends, praising its growth, record-breaking attendance, and ambitious vision. This season, Coury has already brought her distinctive directorial voice with Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, a bold and emotionally fearless production that reaffirmed the company’s commitment to artistic excellence. Later this season, she returns to direct The Importance of Being Earnest from March 1 - April 4, marking the first time Gulfshore Playhouse has revisited a production from its past. Originally staged during the 2012-2013 season, the revival reflects the theatre’s evolution and Kristen’s desire to reimagine this classic comedy on the new Broadway-sized Moran Mainstage.Coury’s leadership also shines through her championing of new work. Through the Gulfshore Playhouse Next Wave Festival January 31-February 1, she places Naples at the forefront of American theatre, guided by a philosophy she shared with The New York Times: “My first covenant is with the audience, and I care about what they think.”For Kristen Coury, visionary leadership means building a theatre that audiences love and a cultural legacy that strengthens the community it serves.Women in BusinessKristen CouryKRISTEN COURY“My first covenant is with the audience, and I care about what they think.”LEADING WITH VISION AT GULFSHORE PLAYHOUSE–Kristen CouryPERFORMANCE CENTER100 Goodlette-Frank Rd SNaples, FL 34102239.261.7529gulfshoreplayhouse.org

32 | Old Naples News February 2026PALETTE TO PALATE: A FEAST FOR THE SENSESOn February 12, from 6–9 p.m., creativity takes center stage in the Naples Art District as Palette to Palate returns. Hosted by SOHO Design Group at 1610 Trade Center Way, guests are invited to experience culinary dishes inspired by original artworks by Naples Art District artists. This year, accomplished chefs will participate, including restaurant owners, private chefs, Michelin-trained professionals with experience in the yachting and country club industries, and elite hotels. The event also serves a greater purpose: it is a fundraiser for the Naples Art District’s 501(c)(3) organization, supporting local artists and helping provide free art and cultural events to the local community. In keeping with this month’s Women in Business–themed issue, the Naples Art District is proud to highlight three participating women chefs who own and lead their own culinary businesses.Marina Nikolic, Owner and Chef of Angelic Desserts, has created more than a bakery/café; it’s a must-visit destination. More than one person has walked into Angelic Desserts in Naples, bought a pastry, taken a bite, and said, \"This is heavenly.\" Baking is therapy for Marina and a way to give back joy and comfort to others. Guests last year voted her sweets as best of show. CATHY BONACCIAuthor and Marketing & Events ManagerNaples Art DistrictFor Brittany Lee of SWFL Private Chef, her flavor signatures are bright yet comforting. “If there’s lemon zest in the kitchen, I’m using it,” she says, noting her love for a touch of maple to add warmth and balance. She also believes homemade chicken or mushroom stock is a professional secret weapon. “Bright, cozy, and practical—that’s kind of my whole approach.” Brittany also sees a shift in local dining trends. “They want organic, pasture-raised proteins, whole-food ingredients, and clean cooking they can feel good about.”Chef Dally Rios of Dally’s Kitchen Creations, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, draws from an international background, highlighting fresh ingredients, ginger, and bold, layered profiles. Central to her work is umami, often called the fifth flavor, layered seasonings of sweet, salty, sour, and bitter that give food its lingering richness. Through her catering business and food truck, Umami Twist, Dally delivers that culinary experience. “I like bringing something mysterious,” Dally says. She also notes that Naples’ diners are increasingly seeking farm-fresh ingredients and vegan options, observing that crowds at local farmers' markets continue to grow. All chefs were drawn to the event for its creative challenge. “We LOVE creative challenges,” Brittany shares. “Then we got assigned blues and purples and thought—what were we thinking? It pushed us to work locally and seasonally and think more about mood and feeling than exact color.”Artwork Jill Gordon, Chef Brittany LeeDally echoes that enthusiasm, calling the event “so much fun,” and valuing the opportunity to experience original artwork and connect with fellow chefs who share a creative spirit. As Naples Art District President Paula Brody explains, “Like Artful Arrangements, where artwork is reimagined through floral artistry, Palette to Palate is a fun and festive pairing of visual artists and culinary artists, creating delicious edible treats inspired by our artwork.”Guests can learn more about Palette to Palate and purchase tickets at naplesartdistrict.com. Visitors are also invited to explore the district’s many February offerings, including Open Studios every Thursday and Saturday from 1–5 p.m., and Art After Dark on Wednesday, February 4, from 5–8 p.m. Free community events continue throughout the season until the end of April.Artwork Christina Heller, Chef Dally Rios Artist Danell Somers, Chef Marina NikolicWe are a 501(c)(3) organization. 36 | Old Naples News February 2026ROB EDWARDS Managing DirectorSenior PIM® Portfolio ManagerRobEdwardsWealth.comRob Edwards is a Managing Director and Senior PIM® Portfolio Manager at Edwards Asset Management, serving high-net-worth families across Florida. He helps clients preserve, grow, and enjoy their wealth by navigating the complex financial and personal decisions that come with wealth. Rob has been featured in national outlets including Forbes, TheStreet.com, U.S. News & World Report, and Kiplinger, establishing him as a trusted voice for those seeking thoughtful wealth strategies. To learn more, visit RobEdwardsWealth.com.WHY FLORIDA RESIDENCY REQUIRES MORE THAN PAPERWORKWhen you thought of moving to Naples, you probably thought of the sunshine, the beaches, the lifestyle. And, yes, the tax benefits. You did what you were told to do to become a Florida resident. You got the driver’s license. You registered to vote. You filed for the Homestead Exemption. You logged your six months plus one day here in the Sunshine State. These are the commonly accepted steps for establishing Florida residency (sometimes called “claiming domicile”). The problem is that you can do all these things and still face tough questions from your former state.SIMPLY COMPLETING FORMS AND FILINGS DOESN’T CUT ITYour former state is losing out on billions of tax revenue dollars every year that are leaving for friendlier jurisdictions. That makes you – a wealthy individual – a natural target for them.If an auditor from your former state shows up, it’s your responsibility to prove them wrong. They won’t ask to just see your surfacelevel forms and filings. No, they’ll likely want to look across your entire financial life – where income flows, where trusts are governed, where spending patterns point, where professional relationships exist, etc., to try and find anywhere you might have slipped up.And the more your wealth grows across multiple accounts, entities, and properties, the more those details matter.FLORIDA RESIDENCY SHOULD BE A STRATEGIC WEALTH DECISIONIf residency is ever questioned, intent is important. But what carries real weight is consistency.Consistency in how your wealth is structured and where decisions are made. This is where many people underestimate the role wealth strategy can play in Florida residency. When investment accounts, trusts, advisors, and planning decisions remain rooted in a former state, it weakens the high-stakes story you may need to substantiate later. A Florida-based wealth strategy helps reinforce that Florida is not only where you live. It's where financial decisions originate, where portfolios are managed, where planning conversations occur, and where long-term strategy is directed.DON’T LEAVE YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE TO CHANCEFlorida residency is often treated as a personal decision. For highnet-worth families, it deserves more consideration than that. As assets grow and wealth becomes more complex, small inconsistencies start to matter. The best time to review if your wealth is aligned with Florida is before an auditor asks questions. It’s also before a major financial event, like selling a home or business.Florida offers meaningful advantages. Those advantages hold up best when your financial life points in the same direction as your stated intent. That alignment only happens through thoughtful strategy and coordination as your life evolves. And when done well, it gives you something far more valuable than a tax benefit. It gives you confidence that your decisions will hold up when it matters most.Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network does not provide legal or tax advice.Investment products and services are offered through Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC (WFAFN), Member SIPC. 38 | Old Naples News February 2026FOOD FOR SOCIAL JUSTICEANITA HOLMGRENNaples Woman's ClubChair of CommunicationsNaples is widely known for its refined lifestyle—luxury shopping, acclaimed restaurants, and world-class cultural offerings. Yet alongside this abundance are children and families facing hunger, homelessness, trauma, and mental health challenges. Fortunately, Naples is also home to a strong philanthropic community, supported by local nonprofit organizations dedicated to meeting urgent needs and strengthening the future of Collier County through health, education, and social services. One such organization is the Naples Woman’s Club (NWC), which has served the community for more than 90 years. Our members come from a wide range of professional backgrounds—lawyers, judges, financial advisors, engineers, entrepreneurs, artists, entertainers—united by a shared commitment to service and philanthropy. Over the decades, the club’s leadership and membership have pursued many creative paths to fulfill that mission. Interestingly, some of our most ambitious and successful efforts have centered on one universal connector: food.Longtime Naples residents may remember the popular Naples Woman’s Club Kitchen Tours, where busloads of guests visited stunning private homes, each hosted by local chefs offering distinctive appetizers. Proceeds from these tours supported critical community needs. During COVID, we reimagined this beloved concept to support struggling local restaurants. Members purchased tickets to “mystery restaurants,” inviting friends to a private Culinary Adventurehosted by owner-chefs who paired a curated meal with a culinary demonstration. Another innovative and much-anticipated event is Dining for Philanthropy, where members open their homes for exquisitely prepared dinners. Guests purchase tickets knowing that every dollar supports a meaningful cause. Completely sold out, proceeds from the 2025 season will benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collier County and Ana’s Friends, organizations dedicated to helping children who have been neglected, abused, or abandoned.Beyond hosting elegant dining experiences, NWC members provide hands-on support throughout the year at organizations such as Meals of Hope and the Harry Chapin Food Bank, working directly to address food insecurity across the county. Looking ahead to 2026, the Naples Woman’s Club invites the community to join us for an extraordinary new gala event, Culinary Journey, to be held at the beautiful private Maddox Club. More than a celebration of fine dining, this event brings together food lovers, philanthropists, and community visionaries to raise critical support for Path2Freedom, an organization providing safe housing, trauma-informed care, emotional healing, and a pathway to independence for young girls who have escaped human trafficking. Please consider attending Culinary Journey on March 12. This immersive evening will feature two culinary powerhouses: Maddox Executive Chef Darren Veilleux, recipient of “Best Chef in Naples,” and Kayla Pfeiffer of Bicyclette, a 2025 James Beard semifinalist. Together, they will create an internationally inspired gourmet experience unlike any other. As you enjoy live entertainment, bid on exceptional auction items, and savor an unforgettable culinary experience, you’ll be helping change lives—and perhaps discovering a community you’d like to be part of. Who knows? You may even decide to join the Naples Woman’s Club. What’s your idea for using food for social justice?Top: Kitchen Tour GuidesBottom: Culinary Adventure Table Awaits

For many families, especially those with limited access to mental wellness and enrichment resources, these challenges can seem overwhelming. Charity for Change exists to meet this moment, with hope, purpose, and proven solutions.HUMANITY IN A CHALLENGING WORLDFounded in 2008 on a simple yet powerful belief – that if children are taught to care about each other and their world around them, success will follow – Charity for Change has grown from two pilot schools participating in the program into a far-reaching movement cultivating character, empathy, and resiliency. THE GOLDEN AGE OF ESTATE PLANNINGWHY THE MOST IMPORTANT OPPORTUNITIES RARELY FEEL OBVIOUS AT THE TIME History has a way of revealing its turning points only in hindsight. In 1996, Apple looked like a fading computer company. In 2006, Netflix appeared to be a quirky DVD-by-mail service. In 2016, Nvidia was viewed as just another gaming hardware stock.Today, these companies sit at the center of the global economy. The investors who bought in early were not simply lucky. They were among a small group who recognized the moment before the rest of the world caught up.Estate planning in 2026 is at a remarkably similar point in time. For families with significant wealth, we are living in the golden age of estate planning, a rare convergence of historically favorable tax laws, powerful generational transfer strategies, and planning tools that may not exist in their current form for much longer. What makes this moment especially compelling is that the potential upside of proper estate planning is often misunderstood. While market success depends on timing, volatility, and factors beyond anyone’s control, thoughtful planning can produce measurable and predictable results. In many cases, the longterm impact of reducing estate taxes and transferring wealth efficiently can rival or even exceed the returns an investor might hope to achieve by buying the right stock at the right time. And yet, standing inside this moment, it does not always feel dramatic. Most people are busy living their lives. Markets rise and fall. Tax laws feel abstract. Even families who already have estate plans often assume there is no urgency to revisit them. But as with Apple, Netflix, or Nvidia, the greatest cost often comes not from making the wrong move, but from waiting too long to act.At Generational Strategies Group, we are wealth preservation and transfer specialists. Our mission is to help successful families minimize estate taxes, protect wealth, and design legacies that endure for generations.Led by Chris T. Christensen, our firm focuses on advanced planning strategies designed specifically for high-net-worth families, strategies that take advantage of today’s unusually favorable environment to create outcomes that would have been difficult, or impossible, in prior decades.Recent tax legislation has created a planning landscape that allows families to:• Leverage historically high estate and gift tax exemptions• Transfer appreciating assets out of their taxable estates• Create income-efficient strategies for IRAs and qualified plans• Fund multi-generational legacies for children and grandchildren• Align wealth planning with philanthropic goals and personal valuesThese strategies are not about speculation or timing markets. They are about recognizing a window of opportunity, one that history suggests will eventually narrow.Future changes in tax law are not just possible, they are likely. When that happens, families who planned early will quietly benefit, while others will wish they had acted when the opportunity was clearly available. This is why we are pleased to host Pass the Torch: An Exclusive Wealth and Estate Planning Event.During this private event, Chris T. Christensen and guest speaker Brad A. Galbraith, Esq., will discuss:• Why today’s estate-planning environment is uniquely favorable• How current tax laws create opportunities for advanced planning• Strategies to preserve wealth while maintaining control and flexibility• Methods to reduce long-term tax exposure for future generations• Planning approaches that align financial outcomes with family valuesWhether you are just beginning to think about estate planning, or you already have a plan in place, this discussion will provide clarity on what makes this moment different and why it may be too important to ignore.Join us at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort on February 21 and March 7 for a thoughtful morning of discussion, insight, and perspective. The most significant opportunities rarely announce themselves. They simply pass by, leaving one question behind:Were you prepared to recognize the moment?Your legacy deserves nothing less.“The biggest opportunities never feel obvious when you’re standing in them.”

48 | Old Naples News February 2026QUITE THE COMBOPRINCIPAL AND ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL OF THE YEARCHAD OLIVER Chief Communication OfficerCollier County Public SchoolsThe day before Superintendent Dr. Leslie Ricciardelli named them the Principal and Assistant Principal of the Year, I visited Shadowlawn Elementary and witnessed something extraordinary—a campus-wide exhibit showcasing the ancient, new, and natural Wonders of the World. From the front entrance to the media center and multipurpose room, and lining the hallways, the school had transformed into a global gallery of learning.Right outside the main office stood a striking replica of Chichén Itzá, the iconic Mayan pyramid in Mexico. It wasn’t just a cardboard cutout—it was a carefully crafted structure that reflected hours of planning and teamwork. Students and staff worked side by side to bring these exhibits to life, combining creativity with academic rigor.Inside, student leaders guided visitors through the displays, explaining the craftsmanship and the history behind each wonder. This wasn’t a one-day project; it was the result of a vision Principal Amber Eliason and Assistant Principal Lisa Young launched last summer. Their idea sparked enthusiasm among staff and students alike. Eventually, they plan to add QR codes so anyone can scan and watch videos of students explaining each wonder in their own words. That experience gave me a glimpse into the leadership that earned Amber and Lisa this district-wide recognition. And here’s what makes this moment even more remarkable: Collier County Public Schools operates more than 50 schools, yet this year both the Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year come from the same campus. That’s a rare and powerful testament to the strength of their partnership and the culture they’ve built together.CCPS PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR: AMBER ELIASONUnder Ms. Eliason’s visionary leadership, Shadowlawn Elementary—eligible for federal Title I support—has experienced impressive and sustained growth. The school earned an “A” rating from the Florida Department of Education and reached its highest proficiency levels in English Language Arts (ELA), Math, and Science. These gains reflect the systems, support structures, and student-led growth Ms. Eliason has championed. In addition, she has cultivated a strong culture of collaboration, shared leadership, and collective efficacy across the campus. A dedicated mentor, she invests deeply in developing future leaders and building long-term capacity within her team. Her leadership has truly transformed the learning environment at Shadowlawn Elementary.CCPS ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR: LISA YOUNGAs a key member of the school’s leadership team, Ms. Young has been essential to the growth and success that Shadowlawn is experiencing. She helps drive the systems that support Shadowlawn’s academic gains, ensuring that classrooms receive the guidance and resources they need to flourish. In addition to her instructional leadership, she is known for nurturing a positive and cohesive school culture. She empowers teachers, builds confidence in others, and helps create a supportive environment where students and staff are encouraged to reach their full potential.Together, Ms. Eliason and Ms. Young exemplify the power of shared leadership, dedication, and a relentless focus on student achievement. As I walked through those exhibits—from the towering Chichén Itzá replica to the intricate displays inside—I was inspired. Not only by the craftsmanship, but also by the creativity combined with a thirst for learning about our world. That spirit of curiosity and excellence is what makes Collier County Public Schools exceptional. Please join us in celebrating Principal Amber Eliason and Assistant Principal Lisa Young for the extraordinary impact they continue to make on Shadowlawn and the greater Collier County community.
