Sanitas MUNDI 100 is a mix health insurance product allowing:
q Inpatient and outpatient coverage through Sanitas medical network by using Sanitas
identity card or
q To choose inpatient and outpatient services outside Sanitas medical network. In this
case, the employee must pay the invoice and summit the reimbursement to Sanitas
for payment according to benefits and limits for reimbursement of the health insurance
policy.
q Dental franchise coverage is optional

ü No waitting periods: allow to access benefits from the 1st day

Flexible Compensation is an arrangement that enables an employee to choose a mix
of pay and benefits on an annual basis that is more appropriate to their individual

I. Introduction:
Advantages of the Flex Reward System
Flexible system: it allows to perceive the fixed current remuneration in a better way to
satisfies your personal needs in every moment.
Personalized: the participant selects products or services needed or can decide not to
choose any service.
Renewable: annually employees will have the chance to modify the contracted
benefits and the amount to destine each of them.
Volunteer: employees will not be forced to choose a certain benefit, there exist the
possibility of continuing perceiving 100 % of the annual salary in cash.
Tax advantages: It increases the net remuneration that employees will receive
because they pay their products with the gross salary obtaining some tax advantages
contained in the Personal Income Taxes law.
Economically Beneficial: It allows to obtain products contracted by the company in
conditions negotiated collectively and therefore more profitable
Comfortable: employee can contract flex products saving time and in many cases Flex
services has been already short-listed to meet good prizes and high quality.
