There are different groups of employees depending on several issues:

According to tax differences:

 Foreign employees with tax residence in Spain:
Maximum Personal Income Taxes rate of 24%. The percentage does not change but the taxable base does.

 Spanish employees:
Applies the general PIT law.

Nursery vouchers

Nursery vouchers for employees with children under 3 years old.

 Taxation:
The amount allocated for the Nursery Care fees will be completely exempt from paying Personal Income Taxes.

 Provider: EDENRED

 Conditions:
– For children on their pre-school education (from 0 to 3 years old)
– Valid for any nursery with agreement with the provider.
– The employee must check if the nursery has an agreement with the provider and if not to request it to Edenred.

 Payroll discount:
In the selected months the worth will be discounted from your payroll

 Termination:
If there were any pending amount it would be deducted from the settlement if it would not be enough, the employee
will pay the difference to the Company

Medical Insurance

 Taxation:
500€/year per each family member are exempt of taxation.

 Provider: SANITAS (reimbursement policy)

 Conditions:
– Depending on your professional level you will have different options through the Web site:
A. Contract a medical insurance for you and your relatives
B. Increase the coverage with a dental insurance (for all the members or the family group).
– You can include your partner and children up.
– It is not allowed to include legal partner in the medical insurance. It is the employee’s responsibility the veracity
of the information included in the web site.

 Payroll discount:
In the selected months the cost of the product will be discounted from your payroll

 Termination:
The pending amount will be discounted from the settlement, if it would not be enough, the employee will pay the
difference to the Company.

Training courses (professional)

You can contract a training course related to your job or professional development.

 Taxation:
According to the Art. 42.2.b) Personal Income Taxes Law: the amount allocated for the professional training will be
completely exempt from paying Personal Income Taxes.

 Provider: Selected by the employee

 Conditions:
– Per diems and Accommodation expenses are not exempt from paying Personal Income Taxes.
– The training has to be related to employee’s job, your career or be useful as a tool for the employees´
professional development.
– The training course has to be approved by HR Dept.

 Payroll discount:
The discount will be done in the installments decided by Campofrio Food Group per every selection.

 Termination:
The pending amount will be deducted from the settlement, if it would not be enough, the employee will pay the
difference to the Company

Car renting

You can contract a car renting for your personal use.

 Taxation:
The tax income is calculated according to the private use of the vehicle:
– For 100% private use: will be considered as particular use and not treated as a working instrument. The tax is
calculated: 100% of 20% of vehicle value as a benefit in kind and the monthly cost will be charged 100% VAT.
– For 50% private use: will be considered as a working instrument.

 Provider: ARVAL (Ruth Molina)

 Conditions:
– This product will be 100% private use when it is the second car offered by the company and 50% when it is the
first car offered.
– You can choose the model and brand, number of kilometers to contract for renting, etc.
– At the end of the period (4 years), you can buy the car or return it to the renting provider without attachments

 Payroll discount:
This is the only benefit included in CFG eFlex that has multi annual duration. If it is selected, you need to commit to
maintain the selection for this period and have a limitation in his amount to select other products from The Plan The total
amount of the monthly service rental will be deducted from your salary slip.

 Termination:
There are specific regulations for the procedure when your contract ends during the renting period. You have to sign
and deliver to the Human Resources Department a document available on the web and at the end of this manual

Meal Vouchers

You can contract meal vouchers for your restaurant daily costs.

 Taxation:
No compensation will be allocated for meal vouchers in the amount of € 9 per day.

 Provider: EDENRED

 Conditions:
– You can contract a maximum annual amount of 1.620€
– You only can use the meal vouchers in the restaurants included in the provider net for working days mail
expenses.

 Payroll discount:
In the selected months the worth will be discounted from your payroll

 Termination:
If there is any pending amount, it will be deducted from the settlement, if it would not be enough, the employee will
pay the difference to the Company

Retirement insurance

Is a saving plan to guarantee certain assistance at the time of retirement, incapacity or death.

 Taxation:
The amount of contribution is not taxable until pension is collected.

 Provider: CASER

 Conditions:
– The plan is a community savings insurance contract with the insurance company CASER
– The Retirement Plan is to guarantee people with benefits in the event of any of the following situations:
• Retirement
• Permanent disability
• Death.

 Payroll discount:
The total amount would be deducted in a monthly installment basis

 Termination:
If there is any the pending amount it will be deducted from the settlement, if it would not be enough, the employee will
pay the difference to the Company.

Commuter card

Pay your commuter spends with a special card

 Taxation:
According to the art. 46 BIS of the PIT Law, the top tax are exempt 136.36€ monthly, 1500€ annual.

 Provider: EDENRED

 Conditions:
– You can request a maximum monthly recharge of 136.36€
– The card will be recharged with the amount requested by you in the months indicated.
– The amount requested will be deducted in the month of selection from your pay check.

 Payroll discount:
In the selected months the worth will be discounted from your payroll

 Termination:
If there were any pending amount it would be deducted from the settlement.

Purpose of the emergency manual

• The purpose of this manual is to provide the employee with information
regarding different emergency situations. Read this manual carefully and
make sure that you understand each step
– In case of an emergency, we have assigned an evacuation team (1).
There are responsible persons in each floor that are prepared for
emergency situations, and they will guide you in case of an evacuation
– A map (2, 3) will be provided where you can see the location of the
evacuation team, and the location of the first aid kits and the
defribrillator
– In case of an emergency, you must follow the emergency procedure
(4). A map will be provided to guide you to the meeting point (5)
outside the building.
– List of emergency numbers (6) will be provided.

4. Emergency procedure

• Once given an evacuation order, employees must follow the
instructions from the responsible persons in each floor. You will
recognize them for the yellow vest

• Follow the responsible person and go out using the nearest
emergency exit

• If you are situated in the kitchen or in the reception, go out using the
nearest emergency exit instead of going back to your department

• Move away from the building and go to the designated meeting point
• Use stairs only. Do not use the elevator
• Do not go back inside the building unless told to do so by the

emergency personnel

 Arrival check-in time: To be chosen within the designated range, thus controlling the corresponding departure
time.

 Lunch Break*: Ranges from 13:30 h. to 15:30 h with a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 1 hour and 30
minutes. This will reflect on the corresponding departure time.

 The percentage of the effective working hours for staff members with reduced working schedules will be
adjusted in accordance to the current work schedule.

 Summer intensive work schedule**: On a trial basis, summer intensive hours are set for the months of July
and August 2018; during this period the restaurant tickets will not be delivered. This summer schedule has no
binding conditions or acquired rights nor is conditioned to persist in the future and the Company can unilaterally
waive and discontinue its application for the following years.

Furthermore, special working hours for the reception area and other functions/areas that require specific
coverage will be set; this will not imply compensation for staff members under such specific schedules.

 Vacation: Due to the new summer intensive work schedule during the months of July and August in 2018, it is
mandatory to take at least two weeks’ vacation during this time frame.
